Didn’t get to eat at hotel restraunt as we stepped out. But the bedding was super. Only complaint is parking is limited and may have to walk a distance. Not sure why but I was also billed a certain price through hotels. Com but was told a different price at hotel. So I’m waiting to see outcome.

Parking was totally not handicap friendly, requiring long up hill walk around landscaped area just to get to the driveway. Paid extra for an ocean view room only for it to be a basic window of not so great a view of oil pumps and power poles in the water. No prior warning that this hotel DOES NOT TAKE CASH AT ALL.

We booked this room on a whim and we are so happy we did. Very nice hotel very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great! We would love to see an addition of a spa room/steam room. The view is beautiful and the convenience of a restaurant on site and another in the same parking lot is fantastic.

Staff were very friendly and informative. Bartender Eva was awesome in taking our orders and her service. Had to have an extra comforter & towel brought up & it was very quick. Fitness room was well equiped with towels for drying and even wet towels to cool off.

We stayed here during a dancing competition held in the convention center. Why would they over charge the parking for an outrageous amount of $40 for people not staying there. Then to top it off, if people would go out to get something to eat or to the store, they would charge another $40 again. Hotel is nice and beautiful but I think they took advantage of the situation, is not a place to have this type of events. Also coordinator's fault for not checking this ahead of time. Hotel should have not also taken advantage of soooo many people like they did. I get you're trying to make money but Hotel was already expensive enough.

Beautiful hotel by a marina. We had a great water view, everything was comfortable and immaculate. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We go out of our way to stay here whenever we are traveling through the area. Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful hotel with very reasonable prices. Clean. Location. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Great room furniture. Quiet and cool pool area! Delicious food at their hotel restaurant and 24 hr café. Yummy drinks at the bar. Plus, sunset view over the Port of Houston and gulf area is priceless!

We had a corner King suite and it was exceptional. I am a hotel snob and this one gets 4 starts from me. It had a separate living area with a half bathroom. Yes two bathrooms!!

The property was very clean, bed was comfortable, check in was smooth and front desk was very nice and welcoming. Love the fact that you need your room key to scan to go up to your floor, made me feel really safe. There is plenty of space for free parking, pool was nice, and lots of things to do around the area within 20 minutes. The only problem I had was the air was set a certain way. At night I like it extremely cold, but in the future I will bring a fan. Also their was no microwave inside room.

It was a very clean Hotel. I loved the atmosphere. My bed was comfortable but in the room 317 the bed was very noisy. No matter how many times we moved from one side to the other it would make a horrible noise. I woke up many times during my sleep.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Took one star off because no microwave in room, walls are thin and I could hear surrounding rooms at and after midnight. Loud.Also, I paid for a room with a view and the windows are cloudy and I could not see the view through the window. And last, the music that this hotel keeps on round the clock in lobby and outside is loud, and having coffee outside while watching the sunrise could have been more peaceful. Side note: this hotel chain does not offer a Gideon’s Bible, a sad departure from this important offering in hotels for many years. Overall a nice place to stay.

The rooms were clean, staff was great and they even let us check in after midnight (just call them and ask for a late check in that day) when we arrived driving in from Kansas. Dont let the surroundings fool you, this hotel is a diamond in the rough! I 100% recommend and will stay again when we come down for our next cruise!

The hotel was quiet and away from the city. Our room had a beautiful view. Unfortunately we arrived late and realized the toilet was not working. We waited til the morning to call to ask for someone to fix it since we were headed to bed. It took 3 hours and a couple calls to guest services to get someone to come fix it after a whole night of no working restroom. It's pretty annoying to have to waste time on plumbing problems on a quick trip. There was no apologies for the delay or inconvenience. If i could give 3.5 stars I would.

The staff were amazing. From the front desk to the engineer. I will always make it a priority to stay here. The customer service was awesome. Rooms were amazing. This experience was definitely a 10/10.

This will definitely be a hotel I revisit, with or without anyone else. It\'s like a very mini city, it\'s secluded from the main highway, the rooms are immaculate, the outdoor area and pool area have great views, and the indoor area is very lounge and cozy-like but still maintains an openness. The restaurant and marketplace both have delicious food and snacks. We didn\'t try out the bar, but saw several people enjoying it. I really appreciated the text from the front desk. We had placed the "do not disturb" sign on our door, and no one bothered us but they texted us later to let us know they respected pur privacy but were available to send any additional items (towels, etc.) we may need whenever we may need it. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples, and even families.

Business Hotel Hotel itself is great, rooms /beds are very comfy. Very nice personal Area is not that great ( oil industrie), but if depends obviously on what you expect or need Prices are on the higher site. We stayed there 3 nights

Business Hotel Hotel itself is great, rooms /beds are very comfy. Very nice personal Area is not that great ( oil industrie), but if depends obviously on what you expect or need Prices are on the higher site. We stayed there 3 nights

The property is close enough to Houston to go and do practically anything you need to do. It is isolated far enough from the city though to avoid the traffic and the noise. The views are nice and relaxing. Most amenities aren’t far away.

Great, clean new hotel on a bay in Baytown. Unfortunately, because it’s Baytown, there is absolutely nothing around or to do. The view of the water could be nice, it is littered with oil wells, commercial ship yards, oil refineries, and oil tanker ships, ruining any chance of good scenery. But all Hotels have a purpose, and this one must be for people passing through, or for business related to the oil industry. The Hotel itself is very new, clean, and has very nice rooms, pool/hotub however!

The hotel is very nice and clean. It's a quiet area overlooking the bay. The restaurant has delicious food.A market with a few basic needs and light food like salad,sandwiches,cookies etc. Housemade coffee. There is a microwave at the market for anyone to use as there is not one in room. There is a mini fridge in room.

Beautiful hotel by a marina. We had a great water view, everything was comfortable and immaculate. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We go out of our way to stay here whenever we are traveling through the area. Looking forward to our next visit.

It was very comfortable and clean. It was great to use the excellent workout gym and the beautiful outdoor pool. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was lovely.

The staff were really nice & friendly. The restaurant & Lounge was lovely, the cocktails that I ordered were perfect each time. I only tried the Breakfast and the brunch. They were both delightful. Bottomless mimosas were only $10 for brunch. I had a room with a water view & it was wonderful watching the sunrise. Seeing all the ships traverse the water was really cool. I saw a couple of reviews complained about the view, but me and other members of my party found it to be tranquil & beautiful... in an industrial type of way. I didn't like that there wasn't complimentary bottled water inside the room. You can get a case of water for three-bucks at walmart, why hotels still charge $5 a bittle is beyond me. This should be free at this point. But thats all I can say that i disliked about my stay. I would be willing to stay here again, but I would probably try someplace in a more walkable location.

LOVE this hotel. This is our second time here and the food was still superb and spectacular! Love the staff! They all were lovely and meeting the Chef was awesome. We ate different courses this time and yet again were wowed by them. This time, I was no longer pregnant and this hidden gem allowed us to celebrate our anniversary by giving the feel that we were far from our home, but really were within 10 miles of it.

Paid for the breakfast upgrade, but restuarant did not open until 7:00 am and coffee was not even available. I stayed at this location for a couple of days of fishing and needed to leave to meet the guide before 7:00 am. I would expect this information to be provided up front, very disappointed and expect better from Hyatt.

Beautiful hotel with very reasonable prices. Clean. Location. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Great room furniture. Quiet and cool pool area! Delicious food at their hotel restaurant and 24 hr café. Yummy drinks at the bar. Plus, sunset view over the Port of Houston and gulf area is priceless!

Check in went smoothly. We paid almost 500.00 for a 2 nite stay. Upon arrival, our room appeared to be pretty clean, but the view we paid for, windows were dirty. I was disappointed that our room had no microwave at all. We ALWAYS check our beds when we stay in a hotel. As we were preparing for bed, I showered and the dual shower heads were lovely, but you have to use half your towels to catch the water on the floor from the shower door. Preparing for bed, I asked my husband if he ate on the bed, and he said not at all. So...why was a stain on the comforter??? (gross) We decided to just wait til morning to request a new one, and removed it. We go to breakfast and stay away from the hotel and return at 1 p.m. (NO ONE HAS COME TO CLEAN OR REPLACE LINEN/TOWELS OR BATHROOM SUPPLIES) I call guest services and was told to make sure we remove the sign "do not disturb". I assured him/her there was no sign because we WANTED our room cleaned and linen replaced. I was told someone would be right up (NOT AT ALL). We sit around waiting, no one shows, this has been over an hour. We decided to go to the gym and give it time. Work out for about 45 minutes, return to the room and STILL NOTHING. I call guest services again, told the same thing (again telling us to make sure there is no do not disturb sign) Seriously?? Someone finally shows. They tried to use the same dirty comforter, we tried to explain it was dirty upon arrival, but they spoke ABSOLUTELY NO ENGLISH!

Key didn’t open assigned room door so asked front desk clerk if I could have a room on far side of building and she gladly accommodated me! I was extremely pleased!!!
