North Zen Villas

뷔페식이 아니라 선택식이였는데 홈서비스가 가능해서 가정식처럼 편안하게 조식을 먹을 수 있었습니다 투숙기간 중 불편사항이 생겼을때 직원이 잘 대처해주었습니다. 특히 JANE이라는 여직원이 친절하고 전문적으로 잘 도와주었습니다. 거의 모든 면에서 만족할 만한 숙소였는데 단 한가지 단점을 꼽자면 리조트 부지가 작아서 숙소 바로 뒤 담벼락이 리조트 경계였고 그 담벼락 바로 뒷편은 필리핀 가정집이였습니다. 제가 숙박한 날 그 가정집에 생일파티가 겹쳐서 숙소에서 음악소리가 계속 들려서 편안하고 조용한 휴식을 방해 받았습니다. 리조트 부지를 확장하여 숙박동과 리조트 담벼락 사이의 공간을 충분히 확보해야 이 문제가 해결될텐데 단기간엔 쉽지 않아 보여서 재방문 의사는 없습니다

Large clean and cozy room. King size bed was comfortable which provided much needed sleep. The tub in the room was so relaxing with a fantastic view of nature. Hot water was steady in the bathroom. AC was respite from the outside humidity. The restaurant offered ample sized delicious home grown cooked meals. The staff from the reception, security, environmental services & cleaning crews to the restaurant were actively engaged to ensure you’re attended swiftly. Shout out to Jane!!! This is the place to watch the sunset. North Zen Villas is the sister resort of Oceanic; this resort is quiet and a short ride from the party scene of Alona Beach. Overall, this resort is a solace from a busy hectic life. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Awesome place and will definitely come back.
