Online checking was available that was sent directly to my mobile phone with code access etc. Making it easier to check in at any time. Only odd thing was we had a private bathroom but it was separate to the actual sleeping room so you had two separate codes, but it wasn't an issue

Hard to check in as no reception onsite, there is a bar below that is not associated but that's not clear, unsavoury people hanging around out the front making us feel unsafe and had to park on the street leaving our car near these people. Ended up with loud people in the adjoining room who kept us awake all night with their screaming, swearing and banging on the walls. When we spoke with management they were quite blunt and rude about our concerns and we were made to feel like an inconvenience for being there.

There were far to many codes for doors. I was given wrong codes, the front door was difficult to open and noone said anything about it in pre arrival information. There needs to be some general maintance. Cleaning could be better especially in the common areas. The dryer went all noght and could be heard from the room. The other guests were noisy and very inconsiderate.

It states free parking however there is none, you park on the street. I had to call up twice to get my entry codes. No WiFi login despite it it being advertised. Fairly clean and reasonably priced but they can do better.

Comfy beds and quiet at night. Getting in was a nightmare which took 3 calls to finally get all the 5 codes we needed for the doors. It felt like Fort Knox. Appeared to be newly renovated and was clean but peeling paint, holes in the woodwork, dents in the walls and old almost unusable vanity cupboard in bathroom. Whole premises seem to have had a hard life

The front main door did not close automatically which made the stay unsafe People arguing at 350 in the morning and doing laundry at 4 am was very unpleasant The room was unkept and exposed timber on many frames was disappointing Poorly covered graffiti on walls was also disappointing Pictures on site were not tire to actual room

Very dirty, the hot tap in the shower didnt work, the iron didnt work, the room smelt like stale cigarettes. Would never stay again and do not recommend the venue. Very disappointing.

Save your money! Despite being smoke free, of stunk of smoke. Constant noise of door slamming as doors are heavy. Can hear cars from main road. Stained towels and sheets. Window was broken (hello mosquitos). Shower only achieves skin burning or freezing. Dust all over fan. Marked walls. Needs serious reno, ot just felt cheap and nasty. Definitely not worth over $100 for a night. The only positive i could say was the location in relation to the hospital. And the pub downstairs did a really good meal.

Very average place, nothing special, very poor ventilation, they could at least clean the carpet in the hallway..dead coackraches for 2 days still on the stairs...hygiene is poorly maintained. Toiletts smelly...we could hve done bettet for that price

Bed cover was stained, access codes didn't work, wasn't allowed access to accommodation until after 3pm and the room wasn't finished cleaning, people up all night throwing things down the hall, going room to room playing loud music until early hours of the morning, shower head/arm broken. Absolutely terrible

The TV had audio but no picture. The hot water tap in the shower was faulty, resulting in cold showers. The bathroom ceiling was mouldy. The mixer in the kitchenette had no strainer, resulting in spashing. I could not recommend this place.

The room stunk of smoke. There was cobwebs on the ceiling with spiders and what I thought was their offspring. I could not turn the tv off. My skin started to itch like something was biting me. I left the accommodation and found another motel to stay in. I rang the contact number and told them of my disgust and that I had left the premises and to consider refunding part of my payment. He said he would ask, I haven't heard a thing. DON'T STAY THERE.

One towel had stains on it, sheets had stains, front entrance was discusting... dead bugs everywhere, stairs needed a real good vacumm, at night there was no light outside was very dark and felt unsafe. Staff member I spoke too before checking in was very rude on the phone. Told 2 diffrent check in times... few mins proir to arrival was told they didnt know of room was ready or not or even if it had been cleaned... was told to ask the cleaner's. Won't stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, and the area was safe. My bed had two single mattresses pushed together on a queen bed frame. One mattress was thicker than the other, making for a rather odd and uneven sleep.

Not bad but rather noisy with the front door slamming shut at all hours. With the bed up against the wall it made it hard when needing to use tge bathroom. The meals in the hotel next door were great. Close to the John Hunter which is what we wanted.

Reasonably nice property, room 12 was cosy, the let down was the broken louvre in the bath room which had no fly screen to keep bugs out, and cigarette burns in the bathroom sink

Love the easy access into the building, couldn’t find a dryer in the building as it was raining when we turned up In saying that it did have everything else u needed in the room including a pot scrubber n gloves lol Staff n restaurant in the pub downstairs was nice as well

I have already stated twice I did not end up staying Very dark on arrival people outsuide smoking etc and did not wan to get cards out etc. could not find sign in code anyway. Someone let us in and not a clue which room so left. the placw looked clean though

A pon arrival I was advised my booking was cancelled . Claimed there was contact attempted I received not message . I had driven from the central coast to see a concert very let down 😡

The room was okay however I thought I had booked a room with a bathroom which I was also told I would be upgraded to due to having a young family and I wasn’t. There was no coffee mugs even though coffee tea and sugar were supplied. Other guests were highly disruptive with drinking, yelling and fighting until 5:30am even to the point of needing to call the police

One towel had stains on it, sheets had stains, front entrance was discusting... dead bugs everywhere, stairs needed a real good vacumm, at night there was no light outside was very dark and felt unsafe. Staff member I spoke too before checking in was very rude on the phone. Told 2 diffrent check in times... few mins proir to arrival was told they didnt know of room was ready or not or even if it had been cleaned... was told to ask the cleaner's. Won't stay again.

Save your money! Despite being smoke free, of stunk of smoke. Constant noise of door slamming as doors are heavy. Can hear cars from main road. Stained towels and sheets. Window was broken (hello mosquitos). Shower only achieves skin burning or freezing. Dust all over fan. Marked walls. Needs serious reno, ot just felt cheap and nasty. Definitely not worth over $100 for a night. The only positive i could say was the location in relation to the hospital. And the pub downstairs did a really good meal.

I have already stated twice I did not end up staying Very dark on arrival people outsuide smoking etc and did not wan to get cards out etc. could not find sign in code anyway. Someone let us in and not a clue which room so left. the placw looked clean though

Like=good price Dislike=noisy pub on occasions but was OK at night BUT biggest dislike, other tenants one very inconsiderate person adjacent to my room in room 02 was up all night making noise-calling, music on their phone,moving furniture, sweeping in the middle of the night! Dam inconsiderate will not stay here again

Hard to check in as no reception onsite, there is a bar below that is not associated but that's not clear, unsavoury people hanging around out the front making us feel unsafe and had to park on the street leaving our car near these people. Ended up with loud people in the adjoining room who kept us awake all night with their screaming, swearing and banging on the walls. When we spoke with management they were quite blunt and rude about our concerns and we were made to feel like an inconvenience for being there.

It states free parking however there is none, you park on the street. I had to call up twice to get my entry codes. No WiFi login despite it it being advertised. Fairly clean and reasonably priced but they can do better.

Not bad but rather noisy with the front door slamming shut at all hours. With the bed up against the wall it made it hard when needing to use tge bathroom. The meals in the hotel next door were great. Close to the John Hunter which is what we wanted.

Love the easy access into the building, couldn’t find a dryer in the building as it was raining when we turned up In saying that it did have everything else u needed in the room including a pot scrubber n gloves lol Staff n restaurant in the pub downstairs was nice as well

Online checking was available that was sent directly to my mobile phone with code access etc. Making it easier to check in at any time. Only odd thing was we had a private bathroom but it was separate to the actual sleeping room so you had two separate codes, but it wasn't an issue

Very average place, nothing special, very poor ventilation, they could at least clean the carpet in the hallway..dead coackraches for 2 days still on the stairs...hygiene is poorly maintained. Toiletts smelly...we could hve done bettet for that price
