Airflow through the property almost non existent. Aircon only in the lounge with no fans throughout the premises. Stuffy and very uncomfortable. Asked Ray White to provide fans and were told to leave and get a full refund. This was a weekend getaway for the family and 5pm in the afternoon felt a bit late to be told this.Also, the property isn't that clean, cobwebs on the ceiling etc.

Thank you for a relaxing beautiful time away. The house was perfect for what we wanted . My lab loved the cool tiles and the garden and it was nice to just be able to relax
