Hotel California Road at Inkwell Wines

Excellent location with breathtaking views of the best vineyards in McLaren Vale! Super comfortable bed and wonderful star gazing at night. Mark was so knowledgeable about the wines and area at the Cellar Door.

We had a wonderful two night stay at hotel california. We were late to check in, however was seamless for us after hours to speak to staff and get the run down, checked into the room just as the sun was setting over the vineyards. A stunning place to stay, easily located with everything you need within 10 min drive. We hired bikes from SA E Bikes and got them dropped to the property, we rode around the local wineries all day and ended our day back here to do a tasting.

Pick another spot- owners were not honest. After a discussion with the managers/owners onsite they told Expedia the manager/owner-wasn’t there to help and refused a refund even though I just spoke to them in person. Americans owners that just want to make a quick buck. Stay away.
