Nicely refurbished property, but let down by the service, bearing in mind this hotel costs double similarly nice hotels in the local area. I arrived early from an overnight flight, and enquired about early check in (having been told this was an option they offer), but the front desk person simply shrugged and bluntly stated check in was 2pm. No attempt to check if a room was available earlier. The following morning I tried to get access to the pool at 6am as advertised. Went to front desk and was laughed at, the reply being the pool opened at 8am. Even at 8am I had to get someone to begrudgingly go and unlock it. Avoid this hotel if you want service/facilities that match the price

Me encantó el Hotel Qoya!!! El personal super atento, el bar y roomservice abierto 24 horas y con comida deli y un servicio de primera, la piscina en el Rooftop, la decoración, las pantiuflas (que puedes comprarlas y son comodisimas y lindas), la cama y la ducha buenazas!! Todo estuvo excelente!!

Tivemos algumas felizes surpresas: café da manhã servido no hotel é fenomenal, com opções a la carte e Buffet, tudo muito fresco, reposições rápidas e fartas, experimentem o croque monsier, vale mto a pena! Outro bônus é ter o restaurante Dinho's embaixo do hotel, não conhecíamos tb e foi uma surpresa agradabilíssima, vale muito a pena conhecer! Nice hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. They gave me a free breakfast for my birthday. Restaurant and bar is open 24 hours which is great. Rooms are a bit small and lighting is a bit dim. For some reason the cleaning staff came in my room unexpectedly at 9am on new years morning when I was sleeping.

O quarto estava com odor forte e não foi resolvido. Pessoal muito atencioso. Destaque para o funcionário da recepção Rafael que tentou ao máximo resolver. Mas pensava que era “urina”, mas mesmo depois de limpo não saiu o odor forte. Pode ser da Madeira. Foi o quarto 717, não recomendo esse. Sempre nos hospedamos lá e recomendo o hotel em si. Mas dessa vez, não tivemos sorte.

Hotel novo com excelente custo/beneficio. Bem localizado e com café da manhã impecável. O café da manhã é o ponto alto do Hotel: produtos de excelente qualidade e totalmente diferente dos outros hotéis do mesmo padrão. O Hotel é muito confortável. O quarto tem roupa de cama de qualidade e chuveiro forte. Banheiro muito limpo. Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno, mas não compromete a qualidade do hotel.

Excellent stay. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so polite. The restaurant downstairs is incredible - one of our favorite meals in the city. The area felt very safe and has a nice cafe down the street, as well as a convenience store and a market, and it’s steps away from Paulista avenue. The room was small for 2 people and a bit dark due to the building right across from it (no view at all). The shower however was amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about Qoya São Paulo Paulista was amazing! From check in to check out all the staff was friendly and didn't mind answering questions. They all spoke English or could find someone to help if they didn't. The room was immaculate and room service was prompt. Highlights for me were the 24 hour room service and bar! It's also steps away from Paulista Avenue and centrally located to most of São Paulo's tourist attractions. It does lose a star because the rooms are noisy. I think it's the plumbing. Anytime anyone turns on the shower or flushes a toilet you will hear it! If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying here. Also don't pay for the breakfast. It was fine but definitely not worth the price. There is a bakery around the corner. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I returned to São Paulo!

I had a wonderful stay at QOYA From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had a really great stay and I would both stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had great Italian food for dinner. Great location (right off Paulista), very walkable and close to transit. Room and premises were clean and modern. No complaints, very happy with my experience.

Perfectly fine Hilton. We were warned several times to keep our phones in our pockets on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel because of frequent thefts taking phones right out of peoples' hands. The area seems safe during the day but at night take an Uber.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not large, but they were very comfortable and had everything you could want from a coffee maker with Illy coffee to an iron, blow dryer, and a chocolate in the afternoon. The room service was very nice as well - I was surprised at the quality and flavour of the food both nights that I ordered dinner. The hotel is well-located, although I admit I did not walk around the area much as I mostly took quick Uber rides to nearby meetings. I will certainly stay here again.

Hotel muito bonito, atendimento simpático, restaurante do térreo excelente ,café da manhã gostoso, mas muito falho, cheguei às 9:00 para o café, alguns itens já tinham acabado e eles não repõem ( quiche de queijo acabou as 9:00, o café neste dia terminava às 11:00, então os hóspedes tem que correr pra não faltar , pq eles não repõem , pão de queijo chegou gelado na mesa, fiz um pedido demorou mais de 15 min, estava tão irritada que umas das funcionárias chegou até a mesa para perguntar o que estávamos precisando… o pedido era uma coca cola … mas não chegava !!! Existia um menu, para ser escolhido, tipo: omelete, tapioca… mas o serviço era muito ruim , passavam minutos 15 … 20 min para alguém chegar à mesa ! Como um hotel desse nível , trabalha dessa forma …

(1) CAFE DA MANHA: O mais decepcionante foi o cafe da manha, que nao tinha padrao, as opcoes de alimentos quentes era limitada, e espera-se que um hotel como este tenha boas maquinas de cafe expresso/outras bebidas quentes disponiveis no cafe da manha a vontade para o cliente se servir. Os funcionarios do cafe da manha podem demorar para dar as boas vindas aos clientes que chegam. Por examplo, os sucos em garrafa, embora naturais, nao tem informacao nutricional; havia pratos quentes sem o rotulo descritivo do que esta a se comer; (2) O quarto foi OK, embora pequeno, mas restrito em termos de cortesia, como limitado numero de capsulas de cafe (nem sempre repostas), etc.
