Communication with owner was excellent replied very fast clean house good location

great location but well past its prime, and TV was terrible and needs updating/fixing to get a proper picture

We enjoyed our stay. Though, the first two nights we had difficulty sleeping because one of the smoke alarms on a high ceiling was beeping and needed a battery change, which we couldn’t reach unfortunately. But the hosts were able to come down and fix it for us - they were very pleasant to talk to and apologetic. They were quick to respond to any of our questions in text too. The area is great, a short walk to Rosebud plaza and Rosebud beach which we took advantage of.

Overall the stay was pleasant and convenient location close to the shops and had special welcome wine and biscuits & Milk! Bed rooms were well presented! However for the price, we expected more especially the bathrooms and toilets! Needs upgrading for sure! It’s definitely an old house that has been done up and well presented overall but we were expecting abit more lux for the price we paid & official check in time 4pm is too late although we were able to get in at 3pm.

Comfortable and close to the essentials, highly recommend going for night walks and just taking in an area that you're not used to
