We experienced a warm welcome. The owner went out-of-her-way to provide a special request we had made. Location is great as it is within a short walk to the ocean and various restaurants. Breakfast was generous and the price is very reasonable. It is by no means “luxurious” but is well beyond “adequate”. We’d cheerfully choose to stay here again.
