The hotel was a great choice for the price and quality. It gave us a Miami/California vibe. The swimming pool is open 24 hours, and they had a very large breakfast that included many traditional Turkish breakfast items.

A great location within the town and Pamukkale. We had a great view from our window of the limestone fields. The hotel is very tired, bedding, curtains, towels, general decor. The bathroom was extremely damp and base was covered in black mould. Breakfast is included but not great quality, on the two mornings out if three it was served cold. We would have preferred a better quality hotel to enjoy and base out from. The local restaurants and people of Pamukkale were very welcoming.

Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück ok. Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig. Das Mobiliar ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Das Bad ist alles in allem renovierungsbedürftig. Am schlimmsten war aber ein durchdringender Kanalisationsgeruch in den Bädern, der sich auch in den Zimmern ausgebreitet hat.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison für 2 Nächte dort.Die Lage ist wie beschrieben.Unser Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos, mit Blick auf die Kalksteinterassen.Ein Minus gibt es für Einrichtung und Ausstattung.Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Besonders unangenehm war der penetrante Geruch im Bad.

The room had a view of the Pamukkale site and was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke English. There was a shuttle to the associated restaurant which served good food. The included breakfast was a true huge Turkish breakfast and amazing. Some small negatives, the room had some water damage and the toilet doesn't allow for paper to be flushed most likely due to the slow drainage. The shower door didn't close on the water side so water got out. Overall, for the price I would highly recommend this accommodation for its kind people and good food.

Hotel semplice con personale sorridente e cordiale. Stanze sufficientemente spaziose con Tv e Ac perfettamente funzionanti. Letto king size tra i più comodi della vacanza. Doccia con buona pressione…ampi spazi di miglioramento su Wi-Fi (segnale debole) bagno un po’ datato e mancanza di frigo in stanze. Colazione servita al tavolo, stile turco, abbondante ma poca qualità.

Staff were friendly but the rooms were not in great condition. Paint was peeling off the walls, the shower head was broken, and the door jamb had been broken and was sloppily repaired. One of the rooms did not have particularly clean towels either.

The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. They gave advice and organized a few activities for me. The room was huge and had a lovely morning view of the hot air balloons taking off. A delicious Turkish breakfast was included.

Amazing stay for 1 or 2 nights. It said check in was until 8pm but I messaged them and said if I will be coming at 11:30pm and they waited till I arrived to let me stay at the hotel. Amazing customer service and they really cared about us. We got a king size bed and very comfortable. Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing aswell and we left this place happy and would definitely recommend if you’re coming. 10/10

Hotel dégradé par rapport à l'annonce. La tuyauterie en très mauvais état, évier de la salle de bain coule ds l'armoire du dessous. La chasse d'eau des toilettes évacue très mal pour les cas "solides" 😉 Le wifi défectueux. Décor à refaire. Petit déjeuner abondant, par contre café instant. Hôte très gentil, bonne recommandation pour le resto "White House, nourriture délicieuse et variée, BEAUCOUP TROP CHER POUR CET HOTEL.

Her şey çok güzeldi, güleryüzlü personel, odalar gayet konforlu. Pamukkale antik kentine çok yakın bir konumda, bize nasıl gideceğimize kadar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve tazeydi. Akşam yemeği de çok lezzetliydi ustanın ellerine sağlık, yemekler ücret olarakta çok uygun. Fiyat performans bir konaklama.
