Aulus Chania All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton - Adults Only

Struttura molto bella e posizione meravigliosa. Peccato per tutto il resto, a partire dalla pulizia della camera, del servizio inesistente (5 stelle???) e della mancanza della vista mare, per la quale avevamo pagato.

Resort nuovo e molto bello. Camera molto bella, con vista mare e tutto è curato nei minimo particolari.

This was a nice hotel! The facilities were attractive and very amazing upon arrival especially with the amazing sunset on the large overlook. The room was nice and clean and there was a nice private balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The cafeteria was my least favorite part. The patrons were grumpy and almost feral for food while the staff was rushing just to keep up and often couldn’t. The night time routine of having people check in and then chase them down for the payment was strange especially because there was only one host and she could not handle it all. The kitchen staff were definitely not happy and made it awkward to interact with. My final concern with that are were the bees. In the morning the bees basically hover around in large numbers. There seemed to be about 3-4 bees per table. It was crazy! They weren’t aggressive, just always there always curious. lol. The place where the hotel is situated is beautiful too. Perhaps after the issues with the dining room I just could not recover enough to like it.

Lovely room and balcony. This hotel could be fantastic. There weren’t enough sun beds. They said there was beach bar and food. That was closed. The a la.carte restaurant was closed when we arrived the buffet was £35 a head. Wasn’t very good Could only have one key to room. They said they did t have enough ! No maps of area or in for given when checked in The music by the pool was too loud and terrible taste.

Bestik og slidt hotel. Mug på badeværelse. Billeder ikke tilsvarende aktuelle forhold. Fx intet legerum, flere restauranter lukket, kun buffet med nuggets, burger og pasta, strand lukket. Ingen roomservice. Personale svært ved engelsk.
