Clean and cozy! Updated kitchen and bath and lots of room. Just a heads up there is only one tv in the living room and kitchen needs some new pots and pans. It feels like going to grandmas house but in a good way. Location is great and we would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice cabin. We were town to try our hand at fishing the Guadalupe, so this was the perfect place. It has everything you need, and then some. Would stay here again without hesistation.

This is the second time I've rented this house for my daughter bday/ girl trip. This time they brought the boys too. Love this house perfectvspot to chill and swim. Can't wait to come again.

We loved the house. It was very roomy and comfortable. We cooked every meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of our time outside on the different deck levels. The floating dock and ladder made it easy to get into the river with our flats. So relaxing! Our grandkids caught a lot of fish from the dock. Our whole family had a great time and we never turned the tv on once!
