Hotel Residenz Luxury - Outletcity - Parken - Klima - 24h Check-In

We stayed one night at Hotel Residenz Luxury Apartments in July. Unfortunately, our car was vandalized while parked in the hotel’s parking garage. We reported the incident to the police together with the hotel and are currently waiting for the hotel to provide security camera footage and handle the matter through their insurance. Despite multiple cameras in the parking area, we have still not received any footage. A very disappointing experience so far. We hope the hotel will resolve this properly and will update this review based on the outcome.

Stor yta, skön säng, välfungerande aircondition! Fräscht badrum. Bra läge. Stor TV. Trånga parkeringsluckor. Personal ej på plats och svarar ej heller per telefon.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel Residenz übernachtet. Es handelt sich hier eher um eine Appartementvermietung statt eines Hotels. Der Gastgeber hat uns überaus freundlich begrüsst . Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral, zur Outlet-City sind es zu Fuss gemütliche 5 Minuten. Da es bei unserem Besuch extrem heiss war, haben wir uns über die Klimaanlage sowie den schattigen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage besonders gefreut. Metzingen ist wirklich ein hübsches Städtchen und eine Reise wert. Wir möchten das Hotel Residenz gerne weiterempfehlen.
