Enjoyed my stay. Difficult with the language barrier. Staff seem timid and not confident in their work. Cocktails were not great.

Beautiful hotel near the Mekong river , breakfast buffet was very poor with food prepared hours before guests needed it ,very little protection over food on the buffet so all was dried up and going stale ,an option to have something freshly cooked was provided but was equally poor in quality ,good coffee and very friendly staff ,the hotel is adjacent to two very loud locally operated bars played excessively loud unpleasant music throughout the night
