Kingfish: *Canalfront *Paddleboards *Putt Putt *Heated Pool *Hot Tub

Overall this place was good and very clean, we would stay again. The location was a 10, the house was an 8. The house needed some repairs and updates: primary bath had a corner sink that was sized for kids, not adults, full bath upstairs had a wicker mirror hung with fishing line at a height for people 5 ft and under, cushions on porch furniture flat, need to be replaced, house sleeps 10, but only 6 seats around pool and 8 at dining table, screens missing on some windows, and when we arrived we found out pool heater wouldn’t work if below 60, ok but hot tub should be heated. Again would stay again, but there were only 6 of us, wouldn’t stay with more than 8!

The house is at a wonderful location, very close to the beach. Everything we needed was available or easy to get. The only suggestion that I would have is to make stairs inside and the bathrooms handicap friendly. Hope to come back in the future.

Sehr hübsches Haus mit tollem Pool und direktem Steg-Zugang zum Kanal. Es war alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und freundlich

The hot tub doesn’t work well. Only one jet was barely working.
