Service, food, room, onsen, and overall great experience for our family. We will be back when we can. It wasn’t too big and internet viral, yet a wonderful experience in all aspects. The food was amazing and environment was very tranquil.

The hotel was spotlessly clean,the staff was very helpful and attentive,made us feel welcome at all times. The onsen is really nice and relaxing. Food was fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

첫 료칸이었는데 구조나 시스템에 대해 잘 설명해주셔서 이용에 어려움이 없었습니다. 아침 저녁으로 나온 가이세키도 맛있었고 온천도 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 살면서 이렇게나 극진한 대접을 받아본 적이 있나 싶을 정도로 모든 면에서 정말 행복한 경험이었습니다.
