This is now one of our Eureka Springs favorites! Great breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable. We took advantage of the public space upstairs and outside, that still looked great in November

Robin, our host, was very welcoming and accommodating, sharing restaurant suggestions, etc. Nice, roomy inn with beautiful garden. The bed was incredibly cushy and comfortable. We really felt well taken care of.

Lovely home. Our room was very comfortable with a big cozy bed. We enjoyed being off the beaten path but close enough to downtown. The town trolley has a stop at the B&B and is very convenient. Parking was a snap here. We would happily return.

This place was wonderful! The entire place is magnificently decorated, with cozy rooms, a peaceful garden view, and an unforgettable breakfast made with top ingredients. Robin is classy, warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

The hosts/owners Brady and Robin were very welcoming to us and our fur baby!! The accommodations we’re comfortable, beautiful home and gardens and a delicious breakfast! We will be back!!

The room we had was generous in size. Unfortunately, the A/C vent was right above the bed so we got blasted with cold air all night. There were also many lights not working in our room. Breakfast was terrible. Some sort of egg casserole that was dry and chewy along with some pancakes that looked and tasted like what you would expect if your kids made you a surprise breakfast without supervision. We only ate there in the first day. The host was very nice.

What an amazing experience and such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast this is! Very welcoming hosts and absolutely the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! Beautifully decorated, immaculate rooms, loveloveLOVE everything about here. We cant wait to come back!

Lovely property with equally lovely owners. Robyn was very communicative prior to check-in. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. We hope to return in the future to enjoy the leaves changing colors and this will be our go-to B&B

Property was clean, historic, charming and beautifully kept. Bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept excellent both nights. Hostess & owner Robin is a gem with the best sense of humor. She was accommodating for all of my needs. Coffee and breakfast were superb. Sounds, sights, and the beautifully curated environment helped me recenter my soul. It was a much needed solo getaway. I was planning my next trip to Rose Hall on my drive home. Do yourself a favor and book more than one night. Thank you Robin, it was just what I needed. God Bless. 💕

Inn had been recently painted and was very clean but lacked normal bathroom fixtures. There was little space for towels and no bath/clothes hangers. Other reviews talked about the great breakfast but ours was not good. Eggs not done and little variety. For the price paid it was not what is expected.

The room was clean, but had a few burned out light bulbs and no body soap. The walls are so thin you can hear the people next door using the toilet. The furniture was not in good shape, the dresser drawer would not stay n place. The owner bragged that she was an interior designer. This fact is definitely not apparent in the mosh mash of decor. For her to be driving a Mazzerrati, one would think they could afford to put a box of Kleenex in the room, but there are none. Looks like the money is all spent on her car and not going back into her place of business. Breakfast consisted of some scrambled eggs and mixed fruit in a bowl that was it, we decided to go out for breakfast. The tub and shower area is definitely not for older folks. Unless you have really long legs, it’s difficult to step up out of the deep sunken tub to the floor. The tile gets really slick when it gets moisture on it and there are no rugs. This is not a place that we will be staying again. Spend your money wisely and go to a hotel. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and the advertisements.

Our room was great! The bed was so comfortable that we didnt want to get up in the mornings. The breakfast offered several different items like yogurt, oatmeal with toppings you could add, fruit and hot options like fluffy scrambled eggs with cheese. There was also sausage and hashbrowns! The house atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful. The host Robin made us feel right at home!

I was unable to stay at Rose Hall as I was stuck in Wichita with car issues for a few days. I tried to request a refund for one night (or even a partial refund) but after many attempts at contacting the owner, leaving voice mails, and sending emails, I was denied any refund. Expedia also tried but was unsuccessful. I think this was a very poor business decision given the reason for my emergency cancellation. Google maps also shows this property as closed. I would not recommend staying here -- not impressed.

What a delightful place to stay! Our hostess was so welcoming and the house is beautiful. We wish we had been staying longer to enjoy all it had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Robin was great and even went to get us a bottle of wine for after dinner when we asked where to get one she said I’ll go get it you all just go enjoy dinner. Love the hangout upstairs. Just our style

What a wonderful host . Was greeted and shown the beautiful house and grounds . Super quiet , but close to town. 5 star breakfast and coffee!

Lovely home. Our room was very comfortable with a big cozy bed. We enjoyed being off the beaten path but close enough to downtown. The town trolley has a stop at the B&B and is very convenient. Parking was a snap here. We would happily return.

The room we had was generous in size. Unfortunately, the A/C vent was right above the bed so we got blasted with cold air all night. There were also many lights not working in our room. Breakfast was terrible. Some sort of egg casserole that was dry and chewy along with some pancakes that looked and tasted like what you would expect if your kids made you a surprise breakfast without supervision. We only ate there in the first day. The host was very nice.

One of THE best Victorian B& B's we've been in ( we've ben to many coast to coast!) Truly reflects history of area in Ozarks. Brady, who restored and updated it is a sweet, fun host/ owner. Highly recommend- beautiful breakfasts too.

This is now one of our Eureka Springs favorites! Great breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable. We took advantage of the public space upstairs and outside, that still looked great in November

Our room was great! The bed was so comfortable that we didnt want to get up in the mornings. The breakfast offered several different items like yogurt, oatmeal with toppings you could add, fruit and hot options like fluffy scrambled eggs with cheese. There was also sausage and hashbrowns! The house atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful. The host Robin made us feel right at home!

Inn had been recently painted and was very clean but lacked normal bathroom fixtures. There was little space for towels and no bath/clothes hangers. Other reviews talked about the great breakfast but ours was not good. Eggs not done and little variety. For the price paid it was not what is expected.

Looked nice from outside but could use some updating. Missing small things that make your stay better. A stand for the suitcase, a print out of times for breakfast and rules, and bathroom just ok.

This Inn was beautiful, elegant, and classy with an old school feel. The owner, Robin, was very welcoming and sweet and the breakfast was excellent. Also, the garden is beautiful and relaxing.

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at a bed and breakfast. Everything was stunning. The breakfast was amazing! Robin was so friendly and inviting. We will definitely book another stay in the future.
