Overall, we enjoyed parts of our stay and appreciated the location of the house. Being so close to the beach was definitely the best part, and it made it easy to get out and enjoy the area every day. The setting itself is convenient and has a lot of potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The house was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, and several areas felt like they had not been properly maintained or updated in a while. There are quite a few things that could use attention and improvement, from basic cleanliness to general upkeep and repairs.Because of the condition and lack of updates, we personally don’t feel the property is worth what is being charged per night. The price seems high compared to the quality and condition of the home at this time.With some updates, better maintenance, and improved cleaning standards, this place could be much better, because the location itself is really great. But based on our experience, the value just wasn’t there for what we paid
