The outdoor areas are casual and nice and we really enjoyed the bar and outdoor stage with an excellent and fun bluegrass band playing. The room was clean with comfortable bed, but very old except for updated bathroom, kind of DIY-feeling and just portable heater and AC. Also noticeable highway noise. In summary, fun and friendly, relatively inexpensive but pretty basic room.

Stayed 1 night as part of a road trip with my friend in September. Adorable family owned motel with an onsite restaurant and lounge featuring live music. Room was perfect and super clean. Even though the motel is right off the highway, it's very quiet. Only minutes from the hot springs resort. Wish I would have been able to stay longer, Pagosa Springs is a cute town. Motel staff was just as great!

Local construction made things a bit difficult - but hotel is charming! Music and restaurant were excellent. Quick check in code was so fast and helpful. Will definitely be our first choice on next visit to Pagosa Springs.

This motel was a great find! Loved the bar/restaurant that had live music the night we stayed! Debbie was awesome and helped throughout our stay with check-in and even getting drinks later at the bar. They have a great happy hour! We even got to see a rainbow while sitting on the front porch. Great view of the mountains.

My favorite place in Colorado. Sparkling clean, thoughtful amenities, mountain meadow-like setting, super staff, on site cafe and tavern with live music most evenings, indoor and al fresco seating.NO TV because there's too much to do in Pagosa. As their slogan says, have fun!

Though curb appeal was minimal, a very delightful clean basic room. Only negative was road noise but motel provided ear plugs for sleeping, Lounge served good food and we had the bonus of live music.

It was for one night stay. The room was clean and the decor was cute. The only thing I would recommend is to state somewhere in the room-notice that continental breakfast is available outside on a window ledge by the restaurant. I became aware of it only because I saw another person walk up there and come away with a cup in their hands. That's when I noticed the continental breakfast goodies- which were good, by the way!

We arrived at 8pm exactly but no one was available to check us in nor was there any info about how to check in after hours. We haphazardly were able to do it through a person at the bar. The bed was great with plenty of pillows, and the bathroom was clean and had an excellent shower. We missed a TV. Also, no info or referrals about where to eat after 8pm. Very weird. Since the bar was still going it would have been nice to be able to watch some TV to counteract the bar noise.

I recommend Hotel HoCo for people who want high value and very reasonable cost. The rooms are recently remodeled and include high end touches such as a large walk in shower and nice decor. Check in and out are efficient and staff are helpful. The trade off for the high value is that the rooms are small with not a lot of storage. The road noise is a soft hum and did not bother me.

This was a great place to rest our head for the night. We wished there was another overhead lamp as it was fairly dark at night and in the morning getting ready. We loved the blackout curtains and the room was good sized. The little touches and overall aesthetic made it even better.

Was a good place to stay overnight between Durango and Royal Gorge. The room was very nice and basic. The room was comfortable but could have used a TV. The walls are very thin, but they do give you earplugs. I would use them!!

We had a nice time. They need to let people know that the room has no tv better. We were aware of traffic going by but not bad later in the evening. Also they need to mark AC and heat on how to use it. I can figure most things out but not those. My wife and I did sleep very well though. Bed was nice. Shower was great.

Super friendly place. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Rooms don’t have A/C but evap cooling instead. My unit was noisy but finally cooled the room down.

This place is loud, there’s a quiet time from 10-8 but the neighbors were loud as well as the employees. It took forever for the front desk attendant to show up. We asked if we could check out late but they said they’d have to charge me for another night. There was no hairdryer or tv.

So Enjoyable! From the host’s warm welcome in the artsy lobby, to the stylish, well-equipped, and comfortable room, to the walkable distance from town, we loved our stay and will be back. We did not take advantage of the tasty-looking onsite restaurant, but what a plus! Thank you and keep it up!!

Positives- friendly staff, convenient location ( middle of town) Negatives- property right off the highway so a lot of noise ( earbuds provided but unable to sleep with them on so did not help), no TV ( inconvenient when u stay a night in occasionally for whatever reason), no microwave ( food is expensive in CO so a microwave is a huge benefit), room felt a lil cramped Overall it was an ok stay but I would've paid a lil more for a better location and room amenities and I've also paid less for more than what this hotel offered.

We booked this property the day of, we were pleasantly surprised. We loved the room, very clean and boho vibe. We had been traveling all day, and loved that we could sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful views, and have a cocktail. They have a restaurant at the motel, which was very convenient, food was good. Highly recommend this motel.

Stayed 1 night as part of a road trip with my friend in September. Adorable family owned motel with an onsite restaurant and lounge featuring live music. Room was perfect and super clean. Even though the motel is right off the highway, it's very quiet. Only minutes from the hot springs resort. Wish I would have been able to stay longer, Pagosa Springs is a cute town. Motel staff was just as great!

Motel SOCO was an excellent place to stay! Even with a busy road being next to it, it truly wasn't very noticeable to me. The room was cozy and had an excellent view of the mountains! I felt at home there. The staff were so friendly and pleasant! The restaurant and bar staff were awesome! It truly was a very fun stay. There weren't televisions in the room and I tell you want, I didn't even miss it!!

Easy access and quaint smaller room but homey. Nice cabin like feel. Clean. Parking was good. Noisy road next to it but they provide ear plugs and it’s really not that bad.

Great spot for a one night stay while driving through town. Convenient location. Nice grounds around the property. Staff was super friendly. Really liked the restaurant on the property. I would certainly stay here again next time around.

Though curb appeal was minimal, a very delightful clean basic room. Only negative was road noise but motel provided ear plugs for sleeping, Lounge served good food and we had the bonus of live music.

Quick and easy check in. Nice property and small cozy rooms. Not all the creature comforts as the big chains like a TV which is not a big deal for some. We booked last minute as we rolled into town. Pricing was comparable to other places. Close enough to the main area of town. Would stay again and recommend

The outdoor areas are casual and nice and we really enjoyed the bar and outdoor stage with an excellent and fun bluegrass band playing. The room was clean with comfortable bed, but very old except for updated bathroom, kind of DIY-feeling and just portable heater and AC. Also noticeable highway noise. In summary, fun and friendly, relatively inexpensive but pretty basic room.

This property is a cute unique place to stay! The rooms are a bit small but it was fine for what we needed! The people who worked there were all very friendly. We ate at the restaurant on site. They have a great outdoor area with a stage and live music. The service and food were good! We would stay here again.

Local construction made things a bit difficult - but hotel is charming! Music and restaurant were excellent. Quick check in code was so fast and helpful. Will definitely be our first choice on next visit to Pagosa Springs.

This motel was a great find! Loved the bar/restaurant that had live music the night we stayed! Debbie was awesome and helped throughout our stay with check-in and even getting drinks later at the bar. They have a great happy hour! We even got to see a rainbow while sitting on the front porch. Great view of the mountains.

My favorite place in Colorado. Sparkling clean, thoughtful amenities, mountain meadow-like setting, super staff, on site cafe and tavern with live music most evenings, indoor and al fresco seating.NO TV because there's too much to do in Pagosa. As their slogan says, have fun!

It had a great location. Noise from the music did not bother us at all, I really didn’t t even notice it. The room is small and basic, just a place to sleep which was all we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at SOCO very much! The room was clean, cozy, cool, and had a comfortable bed. Collin, at the front desk at check-in was friendly and helpful with local suggestions. We stayed on a Tuesday and the bar/restaurant are closed on Tuesdays and there is no live music on Tuesdays either (we were very sad to miss these happenings). Check the motel info to see more information on events. 10/10 would stay there again!

This hotel was a lot of fun. The restaurant on property had good food, and affordable drinks. The live entertainment made for an easy evening after a long day of travel. It was a great location, just on the edge of town. A quick 2 minute drive to the river where people raft and sit in the springs. I only had one issue, the air conditioner would not turn on for us. But we left the window open and the temperature was fine. Just check it before climbing into bed late at night when it’s too late to call anyone for help. We enjoyed the staff, the free doughnuts they had and coffee in the lobby as well as the sport stuff like corn hole and frisbee golf. Fantastic hotel and can’t wait to stay again!!
