Good size accommodation for a convenient location with tram at your doorstep. Only small negative shower water went from one extreme to the next and took a while to just get to warm water

The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel wasn't up to standards in certain areas. We ordered room service one time and in their menu, no allergen info was provided. As a vegan I put a note in our order for the bread and chips we ordered. Asked for tomato sauce for instance mentioning I'm vegan. They sent a mayonnaise and the bread was cooked in animal fat. Mind you our room service came over and hour later. None of this info was mentioned in the menu and my note was disregarded. Breakfast, I asked for margarine for our 5 day stay and I was only offered a free coffee for the inconvenience but they didn't provide any margarine nor vegan friendly options for breakfast. Luggage storage was another issue. On our arrival we left our luggage until check in time but the whole time luggage was kept behind the counter with an easy access to anyone who walks in. Breakfast staff need more training in providing clean tables in timely manner. It would be more efficient once they clear a table they wipe straight after. Couple of days we had to wait for them to come and clean after we asked. And they seemed to show no urgency. We also understand they try to create an ambiance with their lights but the foyer and breakfast room lacking of light is a real issue. It's nice to have a pool on a hot day but not enough space for more than 2,3 people in it. May be combine the BBQ area for a bigger pool and seating space?
