Perfekt hotell om du kommer till Florence med bil. Hotellet ligger utanför no traffic zone och erbjuder parkering för 20 euro. Tog cirka 15-20 min att gå in till centrum men med fina gator att titta på längs vägen. Jättegod frukost! Vi stannade här en natt och var mycket nöjda.

We had a fantastic stay at 3110 Arthotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely if you can have it outside on the terrazza. Hotel is close to centre of Florence with just a 20 min walk to Galleria dell’Academia do Firenze and 5 more to the Duomo.

Hôtel très bien placé à 15 mn à pied du Duomo. Parking privé couvert à 100 m. Hôtel occupant 2 étages d'un immeuble donc pas d'enseigne extérieure.. Personnel très sympa et de très bon conseil. Belle chambre moderne et spacieuse, propre, calme. Très bonne literie , salle d'eau bien équipée. Bon petit déjeuner buffet sucré salé

2 night stay for a family sight seeing trip. Good location approx. 20 minute walk from the centre. Don't be put off by the entrance, a simple but tastefully decorated hotel with good sized rooms and a terrace where you can have breakfast. No reception after 9.00PM which we'd forgotten about but Andrea called and made sure we could get into the hotel, very helpful and professional.

Veldig flott hotell med fine store rom. Vi ble godt tatt i mot og vist både rommet og parkering. Stort pluss for parkeringsgarasjen for 20 €. Frokosten var veldig god og personalet var serviceinnstilt og vennlig. Hotellet ligger ca 20 minutts gange fra sentrum som kan føles litt langt når det er 30 grader ute😅😅

The hotel room was very large and kept very clean. Check in was strange as the hotel location and level were not made clear so it was a guessing game with how to get in and what floor I should go to. This could be resolved easily with both clear communication from the hotel prior to check in and signage at the entrance and in the lift. I also found the stairwell was very dark and the light sensors didn't turn on until you were halfway up the stairs.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, der Service ist gut. Der Parkplatz (20€ pro Nacht) ist 300m entfernt. Da er etwas versteckt liegt, wurde er uns persönlich gezeigt. Das Frühstück kann auf einem süßen Balkon eingenommen werden. Die Speiseauswahl ist gut. Kleines Zimmer, aber ausreichend. Bad sauber und modern. 15 Minuten bis Innenstadt. Ein uriges Restaurant um die Ecke. (Panico). Ein Supermarkt auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt.

Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning. This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.
Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning. This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.

O hotel fica num prédio, no primeiro andar, a 2,5km do centro histórico, onde fizemos tudo a pé, após deixar o carro no estacionamento conveniado (20,00 euros/dia). O café da manhã é simples , mas atende bem. Quarto confortável e de bom tamanho (estávamos em 3).

The sisters that work the morning and afternoon shifts are fabulous! The check in was easy and our room was absolutely as expected! Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable with lots of space. The breakfast was wonderful and the little patio to sit at was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this property

I have no idea how this hotel has such good reviews. First of all, the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. Barely an upgrade over sleeping on the floor. I kid you not, our first morning there, we woke up with sore hips (my husband and I are both side-sleepers). My hips felt bruised! The room was dusty- the drapes were covered in dust like no one has even thought to give them a good shaking out. There were spider cobwebs on the ceiling, dust under the bed, and the bathroom was full of black mold. Lastly, the entire room has cracking and peeling paint. The only good things to note about this place was the staff - very nice and friendly, the breakfast- very very good, and the AC worked great. Despite the pros, I would never recommend this place or stay here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's close to downtown and has a good breakfast (Italian standard and portions, not as diverse as American!). Big washroom and shower. The only issue was that our room was smelling cigarette and opening windows for 3 days didn't help.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches, nuestra habitación fue muy amplia y cómoda, el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno es increíble, muy completo y variado. Recomiendo 100% este lugar para hospedarse!

We verbleven 5 nachten in kamer 202. Het hotel was zeer goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer om de stad in zijn volledigheid te verkennen, ook buiten het toeristische centrum. Het was ongeveer 20 minuten aan een goed tempo wandelen naar de Duomo. Kamer 202 was cozy, mooi en proper, met een goed werkende airconditioning. Elke dag werd de kamer grondig schoongemaakt met vers badlinnen. Het verdiep erboven is geen onderdeel van het hotel, maar de bovenburen zijn op werkdagen luidruchtig in de ochtend. Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd, maar wel elke dag exact hetzelfde. Voor een langer verblijf (> 3 nachten) vonden we het te weinig afwisselend. Het ontbijtterras was een oase van rust. De manager was zeer vriendelijk en gaf goede tips. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was beleefd, maar onpersoonlijk (er was geen ruimte voor conversatie). Conclusie: een zeer goed hotel voor een citytrip.

Lovely hotel for 1-2 nights. Our room had a very cute balcony. Only problem for me was the super tiny shower, I guess it’s how is in Italy, but for Me and my husband, both are very tall (6’2 and 5’8), was a struggle to shower. Breakfast was ok. I wish they could add a few more options and some cream cheese. But I would definitely go back!

Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning. This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We checked in and the host showed us around our room and give us a map of all of the attractions, and the best restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also nice and the staff helped us out with booking a taxi to the train station. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely time.

Personal súper atento y agradable, el recepcionista nos dio un mapa y nos informó de lo que ver y sitios para comer…nos vino genial!! Cercano para poder ir andando a verlo casi todo y a la vez zona tranquila para poder descansar a la vuelta. Habitaciones muy cuidadas, limpias, y con todo lo necesario (calefacción, tv, secador…). Desayuno buffet perfecto, pequeño pero productos de calidad. Sin duda lo recomendamos!!

Far above expectations! For a relatively cheap hotel we were expecting a standard room and standard service. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, modern and clean, there was a lovey little balcony too (see photos!) During check in we were given a map with the receptionist giving a run through of the sights and how best to plan our limited number of days. We were also given restaurant recommendations with him offering to book us a taxi and reservation for that night (this was very helpful as we had arrived late ). We then mentioned that one of us was gluten free and the receptionist noted it for breakfast time and we were given a separate plate with gluten free cakes, pastries and snacks… some extras which we brought for throughout the day as finding gf snacks can be difficult! All of the food was fab (much more selection than standard continental) and there was a little outside patio you could eat in the summer. The hotel was walking distance from the train station and city centre too which made things easy. Excellent experience could not recommend more!

We had a fantastic stay at 3110 Arthotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely if you can have it outside on the terrazza. Hotel is close to centre of Florence with just a 20 min walk to Galleria dell’Academia do Firenze and 5 more to the Duomo.

I loved my stay at 3110 art hotel and would definitely stay again! Room is clean, spacious and comfortable, breakfast is also decent with varied options and the staff are always super helpful and welcoming! Can’t thank you all enough for such an amazing stay. 2 night stay for a family sight seeing trip. Good location approx. 20 minute walk from the centre. Don't be put off by the entrance, a simple but tastefully decorated hotel with good sized rooms and a terrace where you can have breakfast. No reception after 9.00PM which we'd forgotten about but Andrea called and made sure we could get into the hotel, very helpful and professional.

Perfekt hotell om du kommer till Florence med bil. Hotellet ligger utanför no traffic zone och erbjuder parkering för 20 euro. Tog cirka 15-20 min att gå in till centrum men med fina gator att titta på längs vägen. Jättegod frukost! Vi stannade här en natt och var mycket nöjda.

We had a nice stay at 3110 ArtHotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fine, with yogurt, cereal, and deli meats. Andrea gave us plenty of great recommendations for the area. Our only issue was check in. We weren’t given any arrival instructions, and there’s no traditional front desk. The building call box wasn’t working for us, and finding the hotel lobby was a little confusing. Thankfully, someone let us into the building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clearer check in instructions would make the experience much easier.

Cute, artsy boutique hotel in a quiet part of town, close to groceries and a few great restaurants. The bus stop is pretty much right outside the door, and the tram to the center and airport also just a few blocks away. Our room was spacious and clean, the AC worked well. The king size bed and sofa/twin bed was perfect for a couple and 12-year-old. The bathroom and shower in particular are a bit small, but perfectly fine. Good water pressure, and my husband loved the bidet! We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with indoor and outdoor patio seating. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the suite on the first floor. The staff was great but you can hear everything outside the room. Constantly sounded like the people above were tap dancing on our ceiling and you can hear the door opening and closing in the lobby. The bathroom has a terrible design you gotta squeeze between toilet and sink to get access to the shower. And the breakfast was very subpar. Not to mention they charge 3 euros for a baby size coke inside the mini fridge over double what our previous hotel in rome charged for double the size. Overall the room was clean and the size was great but thats about all.
