The resort itself seems quiet dated in areas, however you can see the work that is being undertaken to modernise, fantastic pool area, and beautiful restaurant, facilities like tennis court and mini golf although were functional, could you a little maintenance, basketball court was in much need of maintenance, rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully renovated bathroom. A microwave would be handy in the small motel rooms and the mattress on the bed could use with an update, the springs were very prominent in both beds in our room leading to extremely uncomfortable nights sleep. Otherwise a nice spot to sat right on the waters edge.

We thought we were in a cottage with full facilities - so that was disappointing. There were very noisy Neighbours and the air-conditioner was noisy. We wanted to pay mini-golf but the office was closed - we could have rung them but knew they'd had a busy weekend over Easter.

no staff, no help, we were surrounded by water with flooding and no one was around. The room has carpet stains, really not as advertised. It claims to be a resort but is not. No food available, everything shut.

Very few guests! Obviously no idea of how to bring senior citizens into the venue. Syed flies in the room and bathroom gave a bad feeling and smell of the room. Not what we had expected. The room wasn’t what we thought. No cooking possibly. Just as any hotel. Area around abandoned!

The property is under new ownership and you can see they are trying to upgrade the accommodation but the restaurant was not in operation and although the rooms had some renovation, the air conditioner was noisy and not very efficient. The bed was good and the room was spacious. Having some crockery, enabled us to make our own breakfast which was helpful without a restaurant or cafe nearby. I hope the resort can continue to be upgraded as we would like to re-visit in the future

It is a stunning location, but the buildings are aging. My motel room was clean and quite comfortable, but old fashioned. Plenty of noise from the other units due to thin walls and doors with negligible security. The shower door had clearly been broken for a while, but it did not matter much as the shower head could barely muster a dribble. Not so good after a day cycling the railtrails. Overall I would go back, as it is not expensive and the location is fabulous. It just really needs a refresh.

We ended up in a disabled room which was very clean however there was no shelving to place any toiletries in the bathroom. No Soap to wash your hands after going to the toilet, had to use the bulk showergel stuck to the wall in the shower. No table or couch in the room and missing bedside table. Gardens need a good tidy up.

Pretty quiet and calm in the off season. Room is spacious, bathroom functional, nice to have a little shared patio to eat our breakfast on. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Loved my stay at the Lake Hume Resort. Had a king deluxe room and it was clean comfortable and just so peaceful. Water pressure in shower was so good. Wifi worked well in room as mobile reception not so great. The restaurant was great and staff were friendly. Beautiful little getaway. Loved it!

A beautiful venue overlooking the Hume Weir. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is clean and tidy but somewhat dated. The meal in the restaurant was good - however, the variety and choice was disappointing .

The property is under new ownership and you can see they are trying to upgrade the accommodation but the restaurant was not in operation and although the rooms had some renovation, the air conditioner was noisy and not very efficient. The bed was good and the room was spacious. Having some crockery, enabled us to make our own breakfast which was helpful without a restaurant or cafe nearby. I hope the resort can continue to be upgraded as we would like to re-visit in the future

no staff, no help, we were surrounded by water with flooding and no one was around. The room has carpet stains, really not as advertised. It claims to be a resort but is not. No food available, everything shut.

The location was amazing as it is next to lake Hume. If you want a internet and phone detox, go to this resort. There is no internet connectivity and there is no restaurant. I was told about the issues with internet and unavailability of restaurant after my cancelation cooling off period was completed. I could have canceled my booking if I was told earlier. We didn't had internet connection and phone network through out our stay and the hotel staff were helpless.

We stayed in motel room 11. Wifi didn’t work and we had no mobile reception so it was like living off grid. The aircon/heater on the wall is very noisy. We turned it off on the second night only to hear the others running. Location is great and rooms are nice

The room was clean, bed is comfortable and it was a tranquil and quiet place to stay. I didn’t see any staff from the time I arrived to the time I left. No cafe facilities open, although the sign was out saying it was open. So that was disappointing, also the wifi that was given in the information pack could not be found or connect too so that was a bummer when you’re trying to watch the footy!!
