Firstly finding where to check in is a nightmare to start with and where you can park your car whilst doing so is even worse. No clear instructions on which building is the right one as there seems to be about 3 different buildings to choose from. No one is on the desk, after having to ask workers where to check in and what I had to do to reach reception( was not told prior I had to call a ph number). Lady at reception was nice, however the room doesn’t have a parking space and that I needed to have booked one, to then be told there was no available parking spots so I couldn’t even get one as some rooms don’t even have a parking spot set aside. You just have to grab a visitor car park if you see one and believe me there isn’t many, the physiotherapist thats in same complex seem to take the majority of parks along with residents. The car park is a nightmare, if you leave you will lose your spot unless you do book a park. 2 bedroom was neat, however nowhere near clean enough. One bed had stains on sheet, marks all over the walls, top of fridge was dusty from where cleaners arm couldn’t reach the back. Window in main bedroom didn’t even close it swung open in the breeze leaving window right open obviously missing something (very unsafe if a child was to climb up they would just fall out). No block out blinds so it was hot. No fans in bedrooms just a split in lounge fighting against the sun coming through windows. Overall very poor experience, so we left.

Entry and esp. exit. from property very difficult. No signage. Awkward parking access. Toilet seat not secured. TV refused to work. No batteries in the Foxtel remote. No character in the place - it's just a white box! No staff in reception at checkout. Would not recommend this accomodation.

There was a continuous metal grinding noise in one of the bedrooms, when I reported the lady at the reception was extremely rude and said “we can’t do anything about it” , “ guest before you didn’t say anything about it” , “there’s nothing I can do” Let alone a word of kindness or apology whereas the other gentleman at the reception who came to inspect, made a voice recording of the sound to show her , still she was extremely rude whenever she spoke, I didn’t know what she was so mad about Even when I checked out she was asking me to pay for the parking ( I paid for my parking in advance during checking in) she didn’t check records and asked me to pay until finally i managed to show her proofs anyway it was terrible stay No cleaning , poor communication, continuous noise , no comfort , roll away bed was a nightmare to sleep on ( in case you’d need that please be mindful it’s a mistake) garbage smell in elevator ( as large garbage bins are right in front of elevator in the car park ) Entrance to car park is tricky because the reader is on the opposite side of driver ( so you have to get out of the car to tap every time you go in and out of parking ) Just to list a few to help

Nice, clean, very modern two bedroom condo with everything I needed. The pool is wonderful and so large for a hotel pool, and the workout area looked nice too. The lady who checked me in was so kind and helpful!

The layout of the apartment was well done, but there were a few issues. The windows were very dirty (I ended up washing them). The fan in a bathroom continued to run even after the light was turned off making it hard to sleep. Loose power points, loose lamp shades. Location was good, and the pool was lovely.

Average accommodation, NOT 4 STAR. 1. Despite reception having staffed hours the staff are often away and you need to phone them. 2. After 7 nights stay had to request room servicing. 3. Given the minimum number of everything, 5 guests, eg. 5 pillows, 5 cups, 5 plates, 4 towels etc. 4. When requesting 2nd key to apartment was told if we had 2nd key could not get room service daily as they didn’t have another key, this decision was reversed by a different employee a few days later. 5. Only on the 3rd and final week of our stay did we start to receive daily beds pulled up as advertised. 6. Internet/ TV connection is rubbish, need to login and out 3 times to connect to TV. 7. Garage key fobs are hit and miss, 1 worked, 1 didn’t. 8. On arrival door didn’t lock, had to get staff to show us how to jiggle the door back to allow the lock to engage. 9. Carpet and walls marked/ stained. 10. Toilets and bathroom sinks NOT cleaned during entire 3 week stay. 11. Parking is not allocated to the particular apartment, drive around basement carpark to find one advertised for hotel use. Parking space sizes can vary due to storage cages. 12. Pool was lovely.

Kitchen & apartment had all the necessary appliances. Was spacious enough for a single traveller. Gym was decent, pool looked good but didnt get the opportunity to use. Good to be directly across from the shopping centre and food options.

Sorry to have to downgrade my review this time. On positive side issue with shower was fixed quickly. On going issue with guest WiFi, spent over 2 1/2 hours with reception person & internet provider support resolving issue. Sent feedback message to hotel group re this problem, still waiting for a reply!!

I have stayed here before and twice had issues with wifi, first time tech support fixed, second time no fix for the whole trip. Travelling for work this is critical. I’m a very frequent traveler and unfortunately due to the wifi situation and lack of proactivity of staff to resolve I won’t stay here again. On the positive side the apartments are fine and clean. Price is ok too.

I’m a very frequent traveler and unfortunately due to the wifi situation and lack of proactivity of staff to resolve I won’t stay here again. On the positive side the apartments are fine and clean. Price is ok too.

Very convenient for our family visit. Having Knox City Shopping centre was perfect for groceries and dining Wi Fi was terrible ! Only worked half the time. Nobody on reception when we arrived although it was known what time to expect us. Had to ring a mobile number!

Great location across road from Westfield mall and gas station. Apartment very spacious (we were in 2 bedroom), clean and equiped with basic needs. We arrived later than reception hours, and instructions left weren’t that clear how to find our room but luckily there were other guests around to help us.

It is located close to Westfield. Washer and dryer in the room is helpful for a long stay. The only issue is the blind in the living room is see through from outside at night so there is no privacy. People from the apartment next door can see through inside our room.

Firstly finding where to check in is a nightmare to start with and where you can park your car whilst doing so is even worse. No clear instructions on which building is the right one as there seems to be about 3 different buildings to choose from. No one is on the desk, after having to ask workers where to check in and what I had to do to reach reception( was not told prior I had to call a ph number). Lady at reception was nice, however the room doesn’t have a parking space and that I needed to have booked one, to then be told there was no available parking spots so I couldn’t even get one as some rooms don’t even have a parking spot set aside. You just have to grab a visitor car park if you see one and believe me there isn’t many, the physiotherapist thats in same complex seem to take the majority of parks along with residents. The car park is a nightmare, if you leave you will lose your spot unless you do book a park. 2 bedroom was neat, however nowhere near clean enough. One bed had stains on sheet, marks all over the walls, top of fridge was dusty from where cleaners arm couldn’t reach the back. Window in main bedroom didn’t even close it swung open in the breeze leaving window right open obviously missing something (very unsafe if a child was to climb up they would just fall out). No block out blinds so it was hot. No fans in bedrooms just a split in lounge fighting against the sun coming through windows. Overall very poor experience, so we left.

Given the minimum number of everything, 5 guests, eg. 5 pillows, 5 cups, 5 plates, 4 towels etc. 4. When requesting 2nd key to apartment was told if we had 2nd key could not get room service daily as they didn’t have another key, this decision was reversed by a different employee a few days later. 5. Only on the 3rd and final week of our stay did we start to receive daily beds pulled up as advertised. 6. Internet/ TV connection is rubbish, need to login and out 3 times to connect to TV. 7. Garage key fobs are hit and miss, 1 worked, 1 didn’t. 8. On arrival door didn’t lock, had to get staff to show us how to jiggle the door back to allow the lock to engage. 9. Carpet and walls marked/ stained. 10. Toilets and bathroom sinks NOT cleaned during entire 3 week stay. 11. Parking is not allocated to the particular apartment, drive around basement carpark to find one advertised for hotel use. Parking space sizes can vary due to storage cages. 12. Pool was lovely.

Entry and esp. exit. from property very difficult. No signage. Awkward parking access. Toilet seat not secured. TV refused to work. No batteries in the Foxtel remote. No character in the place - it's just a white box! No staff in reception at checkout. Would not recommend this accomodation.

There was a continuous metal grinding noise in one of the bedrooms, when I reported the lady at the reception was extremely rude and said “we can’t do anything about it” , “ guest before you didn’t say anything about it” , “there’s nothing I can do” Let alone a word of kindness or apology whereas the other gentleman at the reception who came to inspect, made a voice recording of the sound to show her , still she was extremely rude whenever she spoke, I didn’t know what she was so mad about Even when I checked out she was asking me to pay for the parking ( I paid for my parking in advance during checking in) she didn’t check records and asked me to pay until finally i managed to show her proofs anyway it was terrible stay No cleaning , poor communication, continuous noise , no comfort , roll away bed was a nightmare to sleep on ( in case you’d need that please be mindful it’s a mistake) garbage smell in elevator ( as large garbage bins are right in front of elevator in the car park ) Entrance to car park is tricky because the reader is on the opposite side of driver ( so you have to get out of the car to tap every time you go in and out of parking ) Just to list a few to help

No one seated in the reception during office hour and doors locked on arrival .. I tried to log in using the after hours terminal on arrival which didn’t work. I then had to call the number and someone came out. It was very awarkward.. be aware - no 24 hour reception or anyone after 6pm. No details supplied or map to find the pool and no useable wifi passwords - only the free public wifi which is not secure.

Nice, clean, very modern two bedroom condo with everything I needed. The pool is wonderful and so large for a hotel pool, and the workout area looked nice too. The lady who checked me in was so kind and helpful!

Property is close to convenient shopping, particularly food. Only issue was difficulty at check-in. No one at manning desk and you can't enter foyer for check-in unless you have an access fob or another guest/resident happens to be available. No success calling listed number either. Once finally checked in the stay was good.

The closeness to Knox City Centre and Wantirna club meant we could walk to both destinations. Apartment spacious, well appointed. The only drawback, both being elderly, was lack of grab rail in the shower.

Room was relatively clean, it was large and strong. However the fridge “snored” louder than my husband so i didn’t get much sleep, walls were pretty thin so i also could hear everything going on. It was great for the cost but not fabulous

Room was exactly as advertised, location was perfect for what we needed. Check in was easy. Had to pay a fee to use a car park, I never came across this when booking the room, was happy to pay the fee, just glad there was still a park available. Would stay here again.

Apartment was good but was unable to get the wi fi to the tv working and there was never anyone in reception to help. Had to take the quilt off bed as multiple nasty stains on it.
