Jasmine Pyramids Hotel

The property is well maintained and lovely from the moment you enter the premises. Has a Bar fridge, pool, water bottles in the room daily, roof top restaurant that has stunning views of the pyramids. if you wish to have alcohol beverages, you will have to purchase it outside the premises and they allow you to take it to the restaurant. Breakfast was most days lovely and offered omelettes. The staff at the resort go out of their way to make you feel welcome and can provide great places to shop. Special thanks to Mustafa and Shams for being such great ambassadors for Egypt and the hotel. We did the dinner Nile cruise and Giza tour with the hotel which was great. The front desk staff were all very well versed in providing. great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Très bel hôtel ! La pression de la douche est parfaite (200/100) et l'eau chaude n'a jamais manqué, contrairement à d'autres hôtels que nous avons visités durant notre voyage. Le repas est correct pour un 3 étoiles, mais nous aurions peut-être aimé avoir plus de choix. Nous n'avions pas le droit de nous baigner dans la piscine.Les lits son confortable, le personnelles très aimable je recommande 🙂

Excellent service and all the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. A little disapointed with outdoor pool as it's only for decorative purposes not allowed to use. Indoor pool is nice but very small.

The breakfast was ok. The shuttle bus was very late and was only free if you were staying four consecutive nights, but two rooms for two nights didnt count as such, even after they at first said it did. Dont expect any alchohol there is no bar, and two mebers of staff said it was illegal to sell us alcohol, which was rubbish. But the hotel is modern and very nice, and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

La piscine dans la cour n’est pas utilisée, mais il y a une très belle piscine intérieure 5x20 (chauffée, j’ai adoré !! Après les journées de visites c’est fun).j’ai trouvé la chambre en bon état générale et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner, simple mais avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien se restaurer, de plus des boissons fraîches restent disponible toute la journée. L’ensemble du Personnel ainsi que la Direction sont sympathiques et disponibles. Pour la visite des Pyramides l’entrée est à 5mn à pied et pour le grand musée à 25 mn également à pied. Pour Sakkara on évite en très grande partie à la circulation du Caire et on peut s’y rendre en 30mn de voiture. Dans ce petit complexe il existe aussi un bon restaurant en terrasse au 5 éme étage pleine face aux pyramides (tarifs plus que raisonnable et vue imprenable.

This is a very nice boutique hotel that is a short walk to the pyramids. They do have a pool in the middle of the facility but it was not in use and it was green. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant onsite but you do have breakfast. The breakfast is ok, very Egyptian. I wish they had danishes and such instead of food fit for lunch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are really nice and spacious.

Beautiful place to stay and great staff, however the pools were to dirty to use which was a big disappointment for the kids. But everything else was Fantastic!

Il faut aller dans une autre piscine où pas un rayon du soleil (pour bronzer, il faut aller sur l'avenue). A notre arrivée à l'aéroport le premier jour, personne pour nous emmener à l'hôtel,une heure et demi on a payé 25€ pour un taxi ,de notre poche, réclamation à l'accueil de l'hôtel, réponse : il y'avait quelq'un qui était là, où ?????

My wife and I arrived at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel at 03:00 in the morning. The hotel itself is a small boutique hotel in a quadrangle with the Exotic Pyramid. We were met by a young man named Ahmed (big shout out!) who could not have made us feel more genuinely welcome. The room was the cheapest offered, but comfortable and adequate for our needs. The next morning we were met by the reception team who showed us the pools, breakfast restaurant and roof restaurant. The reception team always stand to greet you with a smile and offer their support. They were able to help us book a private tour of Cairo which was excellent. The hotel has both an indoor pool with bar and an outdoor pool. There is a rooftop restaurant with a perfect view of the pyramids (linked, but paid separately) and a partnership with a local Spa called Dr Sphinx. There is also a supermarket about 1 mile away. (EGP 66 by Uber). Breakfast is included in the low price and provides both European and Egyptian food. Boutique hotels make every guest feel special and welcome. The Jasmine Pyramid staff accomplish this perfectly. I am writing this review from my next hotel of our trip and I miss the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel and staff already. Thanks to Ahmed, Alaa, Jana and Abdo for making our stay wonderful.

Great place to stay near the pyramids. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully more dinning options open near this hotel soon; there are a couple but it’s limited. The breakfast was good and had different options for all three of the nights we stayed.

Bathroom smelled like a sewer. They came 4 times and just add perfume and clean. Very nice but smell never went away and they should have changed us room or offer something better for us. Terrible in the rooms but staff is very nice

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and comfort were not priorities. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, evidenced by stains that remained from the previous night. The floors were filthy, as shown by the dirt on my daughter’s feet after walking barefoot. The room itself was poorly maintained. There was no proper shower, only a jacuzzi tub with a handheld showerhead, and the fixtures looked as though they hadn’t been updated in decades. The towels appeared old and worn, and the shampoo and body wash bottles were obviously refilled, adding to the lack of hygiene. Construction noise started far too early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, leaving us with stiff necks and backs. To make matters worse, the staff struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to resolve issues. Mosquitos were a constant problem, coming in through poorly sealed AC vents and windows that could not be closed. Housekeeping was intrusive, calling multiple times to clean the room. The temperature in the room was another issue, especially at night, as we couldn’t regulate it properly. We requested a crib upon arrival, but it was never delivered. Think twice before booking your stay here. Better to stay at the Marriot down the road.

Property is located in a relatively quiet area, but within a comfortable walking distance from all the local shops, restaurants and amenities. It has been thoughtfully decorated in both ancient Egyptian and modern themes. However, the best selling point of this property is its staff who are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. One can conveniently book all manners of tours and excursions with a great piece of mind. I would particularly like to mention Ra’uf and Ahmed who could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are a real credit and great asset for this establishment. And I very much hope that their employers value and cherish them and credit them accordingly. As without their dedication and commitment this establishment cannot function and deliver an excellent service to its customers. Very well done and thank you 🙏

This was a great place to stay. We were a twenty minute walk (uphill but still) to the pyramids. So cool! The rooms were very nice and there were good spots to sit outside by the pool. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. There was some hammering going on outside and when we asked, the front desk made it stop. I read reviews where people complained about lack of restaurants. There is a terrific rooftop restaurant just next door with a fabulous view of the pyramids and great food.

Good clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff were helpful. Was not walking to pyramids as website suggested, new highway been put thru and so now 15min drive. Just close veiw of pyramids

The internet was very weak and the safe in the room doesn't work.

Expect timing delays of hotel pickup airport shuttle and hired car service. Room smells like cleaning products, the floor is uneven and the lighting LED flickering and not calming. This is not a 4 Star hotel, expect a 3 star quality level. Bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Rooftop restaurant is excellent however with great view of Pyramids. No elevator means you will climb many stairs with luggage.

Well positioned within a gentle 20 minute walk to the Giza plateau and the pyramids. Clean and comfortable room in a small hotel courtyard complex. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, if you reason for going to Giza is to visit the pyramids for a couple of days the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel is very good. The streets outside the complex, as in most local Egyptian towns are not cleaned however the complex is clean. I will go again.

My only complaint is that the bed was hard and uncomfortable for a curvy body. I always travel with a 3” air mattress, which I had to use.

Upon entering first room, door wouldn’t lock, staff unable to repair it. Room very cold, no heat. Second room was better, door locked. No heat but space heater provided. Took a long time to warm up at all. Staff are exceptional.

Nice stay at the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and Ahmed has been nothing but wonderful to us. However, the breakfast was not good at all : the selection is different everyday, sometimes with very little options, most of the pastries and cereals were stale and the cooked options were way too salted. The room was ok and well cleaned when we asked for it but water was leaking from the shower all over the bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we really do recommend this hotel but stay away from the breakfast and please go enjoy the view from the rooftop which is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

The reception manager, Alla, is the best! Any problems we might have were taken care of immediately. Her performance was better than any concierge we’ve used in Las Vegas. Alla deserves a promotion and a raise! Unfortunately, we were unable to pack her in our suitcase.😉

The service is brilliant! Staff is friendly and engaging. They can assist with last minute plans with an affordable tour guide or transportation and they are always helpful (with no pressured sales). You can either book a scheduled driver to take you to your destination, or alternatively use Uber to visit different landmarks. The hotel breakfast buffet is delicious and prepared with variety of fresh fruits, salads, warm cooked food, and breads. You can ask them to make you coffee. Just beside is Elite Pyramids boutique hotel with an impressive 5th floor rooftop cafe called Zeeyara, which has a great view of the pyramids, and the cafe offers delicious food and drinks. The Jasmine Pyramid hotel bedroom is clean and plenty of space. I highly recommend brining mosquitoes repellent. I used ear plugs to sleep, as there will be scheduled prayer time played through the outdoor public speakers as early as around 4:40 am. There is a nice indoor boutique pool. The outdoor pool is for display only.

The staff went above and beyond. I shared it was my moms bday and they decorated her room and got us a cake. Both Marina and Ahmed were so helpful. My dad got sick and the hotel provided us with medicine. Ahmed also built an itinerary based on what we wanted to see and took care of transportation. The drivers and guide we got were also super friendly. My parents enjoyed it greatly.

I recently stayed at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel in Giza, Egypt, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. While the rooms were decent, the hotel made significant errors that greatly impacted our stay. Upon arriving late due to flight delays, we were informed that our room had been given away. The staff blamed the booking website and failed to take responsibility. As a result, we were left with the inconvenient option of sleeping on the lobby couch or in a vacated guest room. This mishap had a substantial negative impact on our first day tours in Egypt. It disrupted our plans and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It's disappointing that the hotel's staff did not proactively address the situation and find a suitable solution. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was average at best. While it offered a sufficient start to the day, it did not offer anything exceptional or noteworthy. In summary, my experience at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel was marred by the staff's mishandling of our reservation, resulting in an inconvenient and uncomfortable stay. This, in turn, affected our first day tours and overall enjoyment of our time in Egypt. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations for a smoother and more enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 4 days and I must say it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with dignity n respect. They were so attentive and understanding. We arrived at 5AM and were allowed to check in right away.

We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Hussein, who brought Egypt’s rich history to life with enthusiasm and clarity. His knowledge and energy made our excursions both educational and enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was their help in organising a surprise birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter. They assisted in arranging beautiful flowers ,decoration and made the occasion truly special . While the breakfast was adequate, it offered limited variety. A broader selection would enhance the overall experience, especially for guests with diverse tastes. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the warmth and professionalism that defined our stay. Jasmine Pyramids Hotel is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking comfort, heartfelt service, and easy access to Cairo’s iconic landmarks. The entire team is amazing everyone is genuinely happy to help, and their hospitality made our visit unforgettable.

The property is quite clean and the stuff was super friendly. It is priced modestly and offers plenty for the price point. Great breakfast that is different provided daily. Located within ten minute walk of the pyramids. The area appears to be tourist friendly but not an easy commute to other attractions. Uber is not a good option in Giza/Cairo as they will demand more than twice the fair in cash... Arranging a car/driver from the hotel can be quite pricey on Egyptian standards.

Really nice hotel located close to the pyramids. First time at a hotel in Egypt and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very clean and modern, staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to walk to the pyramids in less than 15 minutes!

The location for the Giza Pyramids is perfect, also the restaurant upstairs is very good. Breakfast is ok

Those not familiar with Egypt might be nervous based on the appearance of the area. Also expect like many countries that rely on tourists they will always try to raise the price or up sell you. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, would not say anything negative. Just know what you are getting. If you can get a ride to the airport for $8 they are going to tell you it’s $30. But overall the hotel is very clean, everyone is very nice and it’s walking distance to the pyramids.

The property was very nice once inside and off the street. When we first arrived at 10 at night it was dark and there was trash with dogs eating it on the street. I was nervous. But once inside the courtyard it was nice. Staff for morning breakfast was very friendly. The location to the pyramids and GEM museum is excellent. For the area it was a nice hotel. If you’re looking for luxury or great places to eat go to Mena House. For the price and location this hotel was very good but not even a four star hotel by American standard.

Property was being renovated while we were there. Some noise from works during the night. Some parts looked very good but others didn't. Pool was not for swimming in, only for viewing. We weren't given the pool view room that we had booked. Housekeeping didn't change our bedding at all while we were there. Nile cruise organised for us by staff at the hotel was disappointing as we were kept waiting for ages and most of the food was gone by the time we were allowed onto the boat. On the plus side, it was very close to Giza pyramids.

The property itself was fantastic with a lovey big courtyard and a rooftop restaurant associated with the hotel that afforded amazing views of the pyramids and really good food.

I had late check in with no problem. They kept my luggage in a storage for free. Service was very good and breakfast was excellent free of cost. Chef made fresh omelette according to your own choice in front of you.

The hotel is beautiful! Staff is friendly and very welcoming, but I like to single out Alla, she is a treasure. She helped me out with so much things and was able and willing, such a dear. The reason I rated How was your stay at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel a four and the rest a 5 star, is because of the following. 1. Day 1: many persons where loudly conversing underneath and beside my window till 2am in the morning. Luckily I had earplugs with me, when mentioning this to Alla she immediately took action 2. Day 1-3: the wifi needs to be much better 3. Day 1-3: the breakfast needs to be much better; coffee beans coffee or a coffee machine instead of instant coffee, more tea choices and last but not least too many types of bread, prefer many other types of (hot) foods instead
