Rooms could use a thorough cleaning and change the pillows. Our door was not aligned correctly making it difficult to close the door and the bathroom door as well.

Our room was very cramped, hardly any room to move around. It was not cleaned very well either. A light bulb in the bathroom burned out, the soap and hair shampoo containers were empty. Our key cards had to be recoded every day. The breakfast was the same every day, absolutely no variety. There was only one front desk clerk that was somewhat helpful and friendly. The rest were not particularly friendly and were hardly at the desk. We have stayed there many times in the past but won’t use this hotel again. It’s not worth the lower prices.

Arrived after driving for 7 hours to be told by Sydney the night clerk that I had no reservation. I had a confirmation number but she wouldn’t accept it. Said it was the wrong date in HER system. Then offered zero assistance even though they were not full. She had a terrible attitude with me, my husband and the hotel.com rep who was trying to assist. While we were trying to sort it out, we watched her be rude to several other customers, one being an elderly woman trying to buy a bottle of water. I will never stay at a comfort inn again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.
