I didn't like anything about the property it was people roaming the hallways it smelled like cigarettes it had weed smell in there the elevator wasn't working the front staff was very unprofessional you wouldn't never have to worry about me ever going back up in wood springs extended stay hotel ever again and you all will get a bad rating I will let my friends and family know don't ever God go in there and pay your money for nothing we went in there we supposed to had two double beds it was three of us y'all gave us a queen size bed with a little raggedy sofa in it and that was the end of that I think that was so unfair to us but you don't have to worry about it no more yes you will get bad ratings as of this day thank you

My overall stay was ok. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I noticed inside the elevator and the hallway on the floor I stayed continue to need sweeping. The appearance inside an elevator is a very important common area to simply keep swept and clean. It leaves a negative impression of the facility if the common areas look unclean.

The room sheets were dingy and not clean. Urine was in the toilet m, fake rose petals on the floor. Pillows were hard and flat like cardboard. The facility and rooms are suppose to be non smoking and both rooms smelled just like cigarettes and smoke. And for some reason sitting on the bed made us itchy.
