I was looking forward to staying here, the grounds were nice, the staff friendly and attentive. However, the hot tub was broken and looked disgusting, the pool was dirty with floaties and one elevator was down and no ice machines were working on our floor. Usually not a problem but I paid over $160.00 plus tax to stay and it was not worth it.

Hotel was clean, but our room had a foot stool that hadn’t been moved and had trash under and behind it. Breakfast was super minimal, very little variety. Hot tub was closed the entire time and pool got closed halfway through our stay

The pool was dirty. The hot tub was broken. The gym was nice. The breakfast buffet had no food left when we arrived. The room was clean and bright. Room was not serviced on a 2 day stay. Bed was not made. Towels were not replaced.

When checking in the gentleman at the front desk had zero personality and was very short with us. When we got into our room our AC was making a very loud noise when we investigated it there was Raman/ noodles in it. We tried to get ice but all the machines were broken, the pool was green and the hottub was broken.

I would love to have given this hotel a great rating, however, I simply can’t. I can most appreciate that the hotel is new but the cleaning service was far from acceptable. We were given 2 sets of towels to begin with. We requested another set of towels the next day but never received them. We had to use our bath towels to wash our face. We called for towels and were told we would get them but after 4 hours I had to go downstairs to request them. I still didn’t receive them at that time. We were told because the hotel was at capacity they didn’t have enough towels. Each day was a struggle to get new towels and the trash emptied. We sat the trash cans out and when they were finally emptied, only one side was emptied. There was also a lot of purple hair left on the side that was emptied which let me know the hair was already in the trash can and we didn’t see it because it was located under the desk. I reported this when I had to go downstairs to follow up on towels. The one day I requested the room to be cleaned, it never was. The woman that cleaned rooms clearly didn’t like her job. Each morning she came through rooms, very early, and opened each door loudly by allowing them to slam up against the door latch, which kept doors propped. If this hotel had better cleaning staff, it would be much better.

Hot tub was broken, pool looked green and dirty. Shower curtain in the room had pink mold and filthy all over. Bar fridge in room had no shelves, iced up and bad mouldy smell. Asked for the shower curtain to be changed. It wasn’t until we asked a make cleaner in the hallway and waited until it was done. Breakfast was over early or gone both mornings we were there For the price I expect much much better. Will NEVER be staying here again.

My stay was 12 nights. The room was servied every other day. No clean bedding in 12 days. Some towels were folded and reused. Other towels were replaced. There were very small bugs in the bathroom on the floor that i killed.

Things didn't start off well: We checked in and they sent us to dirty rooms. We had to go back down and get new ones. Not my favorite after a long day of travel. It took a few minutes for the stoner working in the back to put his joint out and come to the front to set us up with a new room. He thought it was quite funny. From there on, the experience was just mediocre. Everything was basic, nothing exceptional. 2.5-3 stars all the way around.

Great location, great staff, good workout facilities…my only issue was there was a problem with the cable tv where the channels didn’t not align with the actual stations…made it difficult to check out the local news…I hope its fixed by th weekend

The hotel was clean and kept up well. The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was convenient, but inconsistent in quality. Unfortunately, the pool was not available, which is something we were relying on to occupy the kids and the room HVAC system is terrible. We had to leave one room because it broke and the other room was difficult to keep a consistent temp.

The premises were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was adequate, though nothing particularly noteworthy. However, the air conditioning in our room was rather noisy. We seemed to become accustomed to the sound after a day. Additionally, there were some stains on one of the bed sheets and a pillow. The hotel is fairly new the beds are extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms are large with modern conveniences. The bathrooms are large and well lite. The morning breakfast is awesome, something for everyone.

We were in town for a Buffalo Bills game. It was very snowy and the parking lot was well plowed. My only issue was the TV didn't have the channels correspond to the guide. I was unable to locate local news r Spectrum YNN. Kind of a quirky problem with the service. Otherwise, my stay was very enjoyable.

I got stranded due to a snow storm so chose to stay at this hotel because of the pool/hot tub, the availability of a fridge to store the food I had with me, and for a desk for working. As I checked in they said the pool/hot tub were out of use - though I could use the one at the hotel across the street (in a snowstorm?) I couldn't connect to the wifi and was given a helpline number to call myself - spent 45 minutes getting connected. Then when checking out the next day opened up the fridge to remove my food to discover that it wasn't actually running - and my food was spoiled. The front desk said they couldn't give me any kind of refund because I had booked through a third party site - but offered me membership points (though I'm not a member and this experience wasn't exactly an advertisement for signing up). Disappointing on many levels

Finding it was a bit of a challenge but once there it was very convenient to a few restaurants - even quicker to walk to them than to drive. Very comfortable rooms and the thermostat actually worked well!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect location clean, comfortable, and simply amazing. The staff were outstanding, with a special thanks to Maleeka at reception for being so kind, polite, and helpful. I would definitely return and stay at the same hotel again.

Staff very welcoming and professional! Tyler was very helpful with some questions about future check-ins . I've come in at different shifts and all employees were great! Breakfast had many options. Rooms clean. I'd recommend.

We called prior to our stay to request for a crib however when we arrived late, there was no crib set up in our room. The bathroom was dirty. you could hear people in the next room speaking. THe hotel was definite not at capacity but when we asked for more pillows, they said that there were not enough pillows. Free continental breakfast was barely edible. They seem short staffed.

The property was hard to find. GPS sent me to a parking lot that did not go through to hotel. Then there is a complex you could go through to find the hotel in the back. Finally there was a street to travel to get it but it was still hard to figure out.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect location clean, comfortable, and simply amazing. The staff were outstanding, with a special thanks to Maleeka at reception for being so kind, polite, and helpful. I would definitely return and stay at the same hotel again.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, easy to book and check-in. Staff was helpful. There were a couple amenities that were unavailable or temporarily out of order, but nothing important to us. Hotel is at the end of a No Outlet road, making for less people traffic and a safer experience. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, but our room had a foot stool that hadn’t been moved and had trash under and behind it. Breakfast was super minimal, very little variety. Hot tub was closed the entire time and pool got closed halfway through our stay

Stay was good but we couldn’t get breakfast in the morning as it was available till 9 AM on weekdays though on weekends it was available till 10 AM. It should be either 9 AM or 10 AM on all days shouldn’t be different timings on weekdays and weekends… trvallers are not aware and due to this confusion their schedule can be disturbed

The pool was dirty. The hot tub was broken. The gym was nice. The breakfast buffet had no food left when we arrived. The room was clean and bright. Room was not serviced on a 2 day stay. Bed was not made. Towels were not replaced.

This is a beautiful Fairfield Inn and Suites, by Marriott. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; they try to help with all your desires. The rooms are comfortable and very clean the bed was comfortable amd all the linens were clean, fresh and white. The morning breakfast had many healthy choices. I also enjoyed using the swimming pool diring my 7 night stay. Thank you, Marriot.

A pleasant surprise during our visit was the pool: although we were informed during booking that it wouldn't be available due to maintenance or scheduling, it was actually open and ready for use when we arrived. The only gripe I have is how upon checking in is you aren't told about the $50 per day incidental fee. I didn't know about this until I was charged. Kinda ruined my trip and was not able to enjoy myself like I wanted to. Will not be staying again
