Room smelled awful, I can hear the people next door talking all night. I’ve stayed here 3 times, I didn’t hear neighbors the other two stays. Not sure how to request the room without paper thin walls so we won’t be staying here again. Oh, and they charged us an extra $10 for parking. We were only there for a few hours and didn’t get much sleep due to smells and noise so the extra charge really rubbed me the wrong way.

I enjoyed staying here. Everything at the hotel was top notch. I do have one complaint. Paying for parking was completely ridiculous. I would understand if this were a city center hotel. There was no reason to pay for parking. It feels like a way to jab me for more money.

Hotel was clean and in good area. Everything in the room was good with one exception, that we did not have hair conditioner in the bathroom and when we called front desk it took a very long time for somebody to pick up. Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and I had to call back again and they wanted to put me on hold again, so it took about 35 minutes to get conditioner. Pool and jacuzzi were under construction, we were really looking forward that jacuzzi. Otherwise there were no problems.

The property is very nice with the exception there is NO SIGN or SIGNS indicating where the Lobby is???? Have never been to a hotel were it is so confusing as to what door is the lobby!!!! Disability parking is lacking. MORE disability parking in front of the lobby is needed; two spots for disabled near the lobby, whats the problem. If you need the State to get involved in this that can happen...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Roseville. The staff was always friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Breakfast was fresh and also EV charging onsite was a bonus. Nice restaurants within walking distance- highly recommend.

Overall stay was nice, room could use some cleaning. Attached pictures show the pillow case we found on our bed, refrigerator door had fingerprints and white cream on it, water faucet had water spraying out when turned on and the back flow trap was filthy l, black and green goop. Management was very apologetic and offered us discount, but as this being the Marriott, it still was disappointing.

Overall our stay was very nice. The room condition was excellent but the common areas had a strange smell - like stale BO. Beds were comfortable enough - on the better end of typical hotel beds. Condition, quality, and style of all the room decor and amenities was very good.

We had great comfort in our beds. I liked how the toilets closed relatively easy. However, we did have a bug in our bed. We also had difficulty in getting our keys to open the doorto our room and the pool area. We were unable to resolve this situation at the front desk. Sometimes our keys worked. Other times they did not. We also had some trouble getting ahold of people at the front desk. Finally, when we checked out, our luggage rack was not available until after we had packed and ready to leave and didn't need it anymore.

Great hotel! The rooms were huge and that was a big plus for us. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well with a good food selection. Great location that is next to restaurants and entertainment like Top Golf. We will definitely be back!

We liked the room although the furniture was very uncomfortable. The couch leaned back at an odd angle and wasn't conducive to watch TV. The shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked. It was nice to have a dishwasher but it was difficult to wash a pan that was not a non-stick with the little scrubber.

We checked in late to stay the night only, as our son was taking an improtant 4.5 hr test in the morning in Roseville area. I specifically requested from the person that checked us in for a quiet room, as our son.needed to get a good nigtht sleep (he needed tp get up at 6:45am for the test). Instead, we were given a suite that was fully facing the FREEWAY! Let me tell you- this was by far THE WORST Marriott stay of our lives! It was like our beds weew ON the FREEWAY! The womdows are paper thin, single pane, there zero! insulation from tbe outside and the noise level was UNBELIEVABLE! It was an unbearable night and I cant believe we paid $400 for a completely sleepless night! Way to accommodate your Bonvoy members, Marriott! It was SO BAD that we will.never stay with Marriott at any location ever again. And not even an apology in the morning, after we complained during checkout. Crappy service and treatment of a customer!

Booked 2 bedroom and it was like an apartment. 2bed/2ba. Had kitchen and dining table. Each room had own TV. Bathroom had shampoo conditioner and body soap. Living room had sofa bed. For breakfast, they had many selections and waffles. Got free water bottles at check in. Restaurants in walking distance.

I always stay here during the winter every year. This was the first time I stayed in a studio with King bed that did not have a bar. The kitchen was too tiny for me to prep. I was in rm 158. I would not want to ever stay in that rm again. There was a broken desk lamp. The mattress was awful and I could feel the springs poking me. It needs a new mattress. Someone also broke the hinge on the dishwasher door where you feed the soap. This place is excellent to stay at but room 158 needs attention. Also the tv was glitching out watching cable and the remote was not responsive. I had a hard time making selections. I expect more from this place.

My original reservation was supposed to be at the residence inn but i received a call that my reservation has changed and they booked me over at their sister hotel, Towneplace suites. I can tell Residence Inn overbooked and had to move my reservation to another hotel. They need to correct that problem.

The place was good. Everyone was okay. Our tv in the room wasn’t working but it wasn’t an issue. The internet was slow. And wasn’t meeting to par. The staff in the front was okay. Need improvement on their customer services.

Front desk were all friendly and attentive. My room was so much better than anticipated! Booked a king room but got a suite. Everything was so clean. Every detail thought out. I absolutely loved this room. Will absolutely stay here again & recommend to anyone having an event at Top Golf.

We had a wonderful stay here. Easy freeway access with lots of shopping and Top Golf nearby. Parking was plentiful upon arrival and check/in was easy. Courteous and efficient staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. There were plenty of outlets and charging points throughout our unit. Bathroom was very spacious with a large walk-in shower and a separate area was available outside the bathroom itself with two vanities. We slept well…comfy beds and pillows. One of the nicer places we have stayed and we felt quite safe. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Roseville. The staff was always friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Breakfast was fresh and also EV charging onsite was a bonus. Nice restaurants within walking distance- highly recommend.

Love love love the Residence Inn! Easy check-in. Clean comfortable rooms- very spacious with all the comforts of home. Excellent customer service. This hotel is situated close to many family activities and less than a mile away from convenience stores. Breakfast was great- well- stocked and delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Booked 2 bedroom and it was like an apartment. 2bed/2ba. Had kitchen and dining table. Each room had own TV. Bathroom had shampoo conditioner and body soap. Living room had sofa bed. For breakfast, they had many selections and waffles. Got free water bottles at check in. Restaurants in walking distance.

Check in was ok. We were not put in the correct room. We were put in an accessible room in which we never reserved one. Not sure if there was a difference in room size. Breakfast had items that were out and didn’t get refilled for quite sometime. Took too long. It could of been better

Spacious, clean, and comfortable! There are two separate rooms which helps if you have a whole family staying. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Bathroom had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap. Beds were cozy with very clean shhets. No pests, in sight at least. Seemed pet friendly. My only complaint is that breakfast was run poorly. The person managing it seemed angry and disgusted. He was borderline hostile when guests spoke to him. Food was pretty good though. I suggest more waffle makers as it's really popular and there are only two. The chafing dishes need to be filled more promptly as well. These two things might help reduce the chaos and stress on staff. I do appreciate that there is a hot breakfast and that it is free. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay here.

From check-in to departure, everything was seamless. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and remarkably quiet. The staff was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Excellent location, top-notch amenities, and great breakfast options. We’ll definitely be back!

We were in room 216, view was a freeway and we heard freeway all night. First night A/c started roaring at 2:00 am from large door in our room and was set at 74 degrees. Had to turn off. Second day called down stairs and staff came and worked on it. Breakfast I went down for all of us. I was toasting a bagel and a women not speaking English kept moving my plate to the condiment table without asking me. I was only one in food area? They she followed me around. We didn’t go back. Breakfast had a lot of choices but low quality food. The kitchen was tough they give you one trash bag at a time, one dishwasher soap but they did provide paper towels. No oven. No ice in Refrigerator. Bathroom had small sink area shower was nice but our conditioner dispenser was empty. They charge 10.00 a day per car parking and have 2 Tesla chargers. We waited to get to charge but half way someone unplugged us and attached their vehicle. Pool was nice and they had towels. They had a luggage cart but it had a big bubble in the bottom and luggage falls off. The property was not a 9.8 more like a 7.8. The staff was nice but too expensive for what you get.
