It was simply the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in, and we ended up leaving after 1 night. And we only stayed 1 night because we used more than 2 hours in phone with Hotels.com. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was so filthy that you could not see the bottom of the basin. All facilities were neglected, and there was dirt everywhere. The staff managing the hotel were sitting drinking in the bar with guests, and they were drunk when we arrived at 7 PM. I cannot recommend this hotel in any way. The hotel is really oversold in the pictures, and when I contacted Hotels.com, they were of no help. We could not get any refund. The worst hotel experience ever.
