Overall great stay and property was accurate to listing. Myself, wife and 5 month old had a great stay. Great layout of the room which enabled me to work on one side and we had easy walking access to main street. The host was great, very responsive and proactive to ensure we had a great stay. The resort has great amenities - gym, game room, pool/hot-tubs, etc. This was a Fall trip but if you happen to be there in the winter, you're steps to ski lifts

Great studio condo, perfect size for my wife and I. Well equipped kitchen. The location was steps to Main Street and Quicksilver ski lift. Scott the owner was very helpful with check in and quick to answer any questions we had. The health club was very nice to use after a day of skiing. It has multiple hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room and much more.

Overall, a great property. Amenities are amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tubs and game room. The room was a bit tight for 4 people with the extra furniture in the room, but would be comfortable for just two. We did have a housekeeper come into our room while we were there the last full day, which was a bit concerning. Usually we weren’t around, so I have no idea if they came into our room any other time. Hopefully, it was just some confusion on our check out date. Overall, would recommend. Very close to the lift and convenient ski pick up/drop off in the building.

Scott ensured that every aspect of our trip went smoothly. From discount tips to where to buy groceries - he takes his host position to a new level. The Condo was perfect - Clean, quaint, comfortable, just a five minute walk to downtown, but the most amazing Mountain view from this corner unit. The heated parking garage and rental place are inside the building and a NICE perk! And if that wasn't enough, the Health Club (also in the building), with outdoor fire pits and multiple hot tubs, was awesome!!! It was the perfect vacation and we will be back!!!

Downtown condo with amazing views and a 3 minute walk to peak 9 lifts and the Maggie. Multiple hot tubs and heated indoor/outdoor pool. Heated parking garage. 3 minute walk to Main Street and shopping and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Five stars all around.

This is an extremely convenient location in Breck. This particular unit was clean and well maintained with some updates to the decor. The furniture is nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchen is older and not perfect but good enough. If you want to walk out your door and head directly to the mountain, this is the place to stay. It's also walkable to all my favorite restaurants. One criticism of management is that they were supposed to text me when the room was ready - this was scheduled for 4 pm. I waited around for a couple of hours and by 5 o'clock I had to call and find out why I didn't have room access - apparently they mis-typed my phone number. Also, there is an App to access the room and parking - it works but a little buggy on my I-phone. This is all a new system and may need refinement. I would rather just have a key card. But the people at Ski Colorado are always very nice, helpful and responsive. p.s. I put new batteries in the TV remote - they were dead.

Scott is a great host! He took time out of his day to check in with me ahead of my trip and upon arrival to ensure everything met our expectations. Excellent location; steps away from Quicksilver lift and short walk to town. It was nice to have a swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna on the ground floor. I would stay here again and would reach out to Scott for future stays.

Scott’s place is wonderful. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is plenty of space, full kitchen and you can’t beat the location and price! Scott was incredibly helpful with pointing me in the right direction for shuttle services to and from the airport and to and from our snowmobiling and dogsledding adventures. He also guided me to the most convenient ski/snowboard rentals. Very grateful for all of his guidance. The check in process was seamless and Scott called to make sure everything went as planned. The hot tubs, indoor/utdoor pool, sauna and steam room, health club and game room were such a bonus to have at our disposal. They’re located in the building next door and are easily accessible. I can’t recommend Scott’s place enough!

The studio condo was steps to the ski lift and town. Great view of the ski mountain. Also the hot tubs were nice to have after a day of skiing. The unit was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Scott was very quick to respond to questions and give recommendations. He was also helpful in setting us up with a driver to/from Denver.

Room was exactly as listed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Facilities in the resort were very clean and updated. Scott, the owner, was 100x more helpful than any VRBO host I’ve ever had, and even reached out several times to check in. Thanks for a great experience!

The condo certainly isn't new and shows it's age a bit but that didn't detract from our visit at all. We loved that it was less than a 5 minute walk to both Main Street and the Quicksilver lift. The 4 hot tubs are big and perfect after a day of skiing. For anyone that prioritizes location/comfort to modern/new/fancy, this place is perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The efficiency we stayed at was clean and has great views of Peak 9. Breckenridge is beautiful in the summer with all the flowers and it's so clean wherever you go. Will definitely return.

The space was perfect for my husband and me! Well decorated and clean. And those views right from our window - WOW! Loved being able to use the amenities as well. Host was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Celebrated the 4th of July in Breckenridge, and this condo was just about perfect. The location is close to everything that we wanted, and the check-in process was very simple. Clean. A little dated, but not a problem at all. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

Amazing location! Parked our car and never had to get it out again. 200 steps from front door to Quicksilver lift. Easy walk to Main Street for food & shopping. Only downside is there really is no view.

If you want to be right at the base of Peak 9 and a short walking distance to town, this is the perfect place! Very comfortable and typical ski ski condo-type lodging. Kitchen is fully equipped and we ate in many meals, although Main Street has tons of amazing options less than 5 mins away.

This condo was just as advertised! Excellent location, and everything I needed for my stay. Full kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is nice size and King bed is very comfortable. I will definitely plan to stay again next season.

We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO. The best thing is the ideal location just steps to the slopes. It truly is ski in ski out. Plus we were able to easily walk every day to the best parts of Main Street - no car needed for this trip. The unit is comfortable, though a bit small (it’s a studio). We made it work as a couple, but it would be tough with more than 2. The kitchen was moderately well equipped. Bed, couches and other furnishings were comfortable, but not luxury. The condo amenities are recently renovated and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the steam room and many steaming hot jacuzzis. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. He personally checked us in, showed us around the property, and was also attentive when we had questions and concerns during the week. We were desperate for a humidifier for example and he helped us get one into the unit when there were none available in town or near us on Christmas. We very much appreciated his kindness and care. We probably would opt for a larger place on a second trip, but would consider booking through this same host, who owns several properties in the complex.

I was very displeased with the check in process at the VRBO. The front desk would not help us check in and we had issues figuring out what room number was ours. The instructions had misleading information and they were not able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. Very disappointed in the experience.

All was exactly as advertised. The unit could use a bit of updating, but we could tell that from the pictures and assumed that going in. I'm not sure if I have ever had better communication with a property host. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location for access to lifts and to Main Street downtown. Most importantly Scott the host immediately responded to all inquiries and assisted with everything from checking in to restaurant and ski rentals recommendations to assisting with parking. Very pleased with responsiveness.

The front desk at the Villages didn't seem to want to help those of us that are renting through VRBO. If you are a hotel guest they are friendly and accommodating. We had difficulty checking in due to the room not being ready and were quickly put into another room for the evening. However, the next day we had to pack and move to the original room which was somewhat an inconvenience but the property owner (Scott) went above an beyond in helping us to get settled and was also very apologetic and sincere. I appreciated the professionalism and follow through from him and would definitely stay again due to his customer service.

Scott was very helpful and explained the parking and everything about the unit. The location was great and so was the place. Went with my wife and two little kids and the condo was more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend.

The unit is just as described and Scott is an amazingly gracious and responsive host. We did not have any issues with check in or our stay. It was lovely to take in the mountain peaks and the location is central to everything in Breck. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Scott!

This is an extremely convenient location in Breck. This particular unit was clean and well maintained with some updates to the decor. The furniture is nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchen is older and not perfect but good enough. If you want to walk out your door and head directly to the mountain, this is the place to stay. It's also walkable to all my favorite restaurants. One criticism of management is that they were supposed to text me when the room was ready - this was scheduled for 4 pm. I waited around for a couple of hours and by 5 o'clock I had to call and find out why I didn't have room access - apparently they mis-typed my phone number. Scott is a great host! He took time out of his day to check in with me ahead of my trip and upon arrival to ensure everything met our expectations. Excellent location; steps away from Quicksilver lift and short walk to town. It was nice to have a swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna on the ground floor. I would stay here again and would reach out to Scott for future stays.

The condo was great! It was very close to the lifts (2-3min walk) and you could also walk to town for dinner and shopping! Check-in was easy and they were very easy to communicate with about parking before we arrived.

The condo certainly isn't new and shows it's age a bit but that didn't detract from our visit at all. We loved that it was less than a 5 minute walk to both Main Street and the Quicksilver lift. The 4 hot tubs are big and perfect after a day of skiing. For anyone that prioritizes location/comfort to modern/new/fancy, this place is perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location! Parked our car and never had to get it out again. 200 steps from front door to Quicksilver lift. Easy walk to Main Street for food & shopping. Only downside is there really is no view.

If you want to be right at the base of Peak 9 and a short walking distance to town, this is the perfect place! Very comfortable and typical ski ski condo-type lodging. Kitchen is fully equipped and we ate in many meals, although Main Street has tons of amazing options less than 5 mins away.

Gorgeous view from this unit- couldn’t ask for better. Also incredibly centrally located- we moved the car exactly once during our stay because we had easy access to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, the works. Would highly recommend this property.

Using phone to check in wasn't convenient, no help from front desk wasn't helpful, not knowing where to park when we were at an event all day was stressful. Place was outdated and hard to cook eggs on an uneven stove. Not much room for 4 adults with all the large furniture and very small tv. We would not stay at this property again.

Couldnt ask for a better location! Loved how close it was to the slopes and not a far walk to restaurants and shopping! The only thing that there was to worry about was the water in the shower had periods of scolding hot bursts. The manager was informed and it seemed to resolve by the second day! Otherwise we loved our stay!
