Room door entry system wasn’t working; had to wait for a desk clerk to walk to your and let you in, every time you left your room. Breakfast was minimal/sparse…the milk ran out.

The lady that checked us in the night we arrived was very hospitable and the ladies in the dining room also were exceptional. The sitting area and dining area was nice and clean. The view from the room was very nice. The room was not as expected from pictures in size, there was a smell in the room like WD40 (same as in elevator). Most of the furniture and appliances had rust on them and the glass on shower wasn’t cleaned well.

The front desk staff have great energy and attitudes. The actual 1 bedroom suite i paid $200/night for (rm 233) did not include a full kitchen or dining area as advertised in the pictures. The pots and silverware in the cabinet were dirty and rusted. The coffee machine was rancid and the sweeteners/condiments were old, lumped and water damaged as if they hadn’t been refreshed for tears. The carpet in front of the desk had a 6-inch round hole worn into it and the walls in various areas of the space were scuffed and had stains (some hand prints). The walls of the shower also has residue and stains that can be removed by fingertip. Lampshades had dead insects on the undersides. For that rate, I expected a better maintained property.

This was our second time staying and we were welcomed by the same staff, which was nice. The hotel was undergoing some major repairs which took away from the ability to use the interior spaces, but we were still able to eat breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay and we will be back again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t in the best of areas the outside of the hotel was showing signs of dirt and the entrance was poor. Our room smelt of damp and windows were filthy. We woke this morning to find there had been a flood in the lobby. No maintenance men were there just the poor receptionist putting sheets and towels over the floor and trying to mop the water. There was only three tables to sit at for breakfast due to this. Breakfast was served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Before we checked out the water had spread to the lift.

Great place to stay! Beautiful river front that is walkable, you can ride your bike along it too! The hotel has a wonderful outdoor space with plenty of comfy furniture, a firpit, and a bbq island! Very clean, rooms are spacious with nice kitchenette, and layed out great. The even RECYCLE, with containers on every floor, very accessible! Right across the river from downtown Natchez. And a Walmart is 5 minute drive away. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Esthetically outside it's a nice venue. My room smelt very damp. Air conditioner was noisy. Very skimpy on towels. Staff was pleasant. Location was perfect for our purpose as we were visiting a relative in hospital next door.

We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year during our roadtrips back home. We have noticed that over the years deferred maintenance has only accumulated and not been addressed properly. It is unfortunate since there are very few hotels in Vidalia of this caliber

The man who rented our room the day before us came back and told the front desk that he left something in the room. THEY HANDED HIM A KEY TO OUR ROOM!! He walked in on my wife and I, which terrified us. Our dog charged at him snarling and he left - as confused as we were. When I discussed the incident and our security concerns with the front desk, they eventually apologized but offered no financial concession. This was and incredible security breach. If it had happened an hour earlier we would have been out on a walk , my wife’s purse would have been in the room, and the man would have had full reign to go through our possessions. Incredible security breach caused by poor staff training. We had a future reservation here and are cancelling it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t in the best of areas the outside of the hotel was showing signs of dirt and the entrance was poor. Great place to stay! Beautiful river front that is walkable, you can ride your bike along it too! The hotel has a wonderful outdoor space with plenty of comfy furniture, a firpit, and a bbq island! Very clean, rooms are spacious with nice kitchenette, and layed out great. The even RECYCLE, with containers on every floor, very accessible! Right across the river from downtown Natchez. And a Walmart is 5 minute drive away. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Esthetically outside it's a nice venue. My room smelt very damp. Air conditioner was noisy. Very skimpy on towels. Staff was pleasant. Location was perfect for our purpose as we were visiting a relative in hospital next door.

Room door entry system wasn’t working; had to wait for a desk clerk to walk to your and let you in, every time you left your room. Breakfast was minimal/sparse…the milk ran out.

The lady that checked us in the night we arrived was very hospitable and the ladies in the dining room also were exceptional. The sitting area and dining area was nice and clean. The view from the room was very nice. The room was not as expected from pictures in size, there was a smell in the room like WD40 (same as in elevator). Most of the furniture and appliances had rust on them and the glass on shower wasn’t cleaned well.

Very nice hotel. Wish the breakfast would start at 6AM instead of 6:30AM. Many guests were there early trying to get food. Mostly because they, like my wife and I, had appointments or work for 7AM. We will stay there again

This was our second time staying and we were welcomed by the same staff, which was nice. The hotel was undergoing some major repairs which took away from the ability to use the interior spaces, but we were still able to eat breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay and we will be back again

Upon my arrival I was told the elevator was down but since my room was on the first floor it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Love that the hotel is beside the Mississippi River. There was a wonderful walking path, across the street, along the river. Also Natchez is just across the bridge. The carpet, in the hotel hallway, was stained and dirty. The carpet in our room had snags and a tear which made the property feel worn and less clean. Many of the guests drove commercial pickups and trucks, with a couple large semi trucks and travel buses taking up much of the parking. Those guests stayed multiple nights. The fitness room was closed due to on going construction inside the hotel. The women's restroom in the lobby was out of order. It is a quiet location, and the hotel staff is very friendly.
