We enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite and helpful. The pool area is very nice. The only thing I would say is that the lift for people in a wheelchair did not work and a guest came in with a friend that wanted to use the pool and couldn’t. Coffee, tea, chocolate and water offered near the bar area, included. Would stay here again.

Showed up at 515 to a full parking lot. Asked front desk about what was going on and a very smug middle aged woman laughed and said ya there a event they be gone by 7. This fundraiser took over the whole parking lot and bottom floor. oh and the only other place to park possible will tow within hours they called us in our room to say.

I loved the property and the ease of check in. Only thing that was a little frustrating is the parking. Not much options if you return anytime after 8pm. Other than that the staff was welcoming.

This is our third stay at this property. It’s very easy to get to, the shopping and dining options in the area are great! The staff and property as a whole are 5 star. Rooms are comfortable, updated and clean! We appreciate having an onsite bar and mini-restaurant for breakfast and dinner!

The stay was ok but not as expected or even worth the price per stay first of all our flights was cancelled and by the time we arrived at the hotel it was 4 am next morning and when we entered our room we did not like the smell of the room it smelled like foot, no enough light in the room and the beds did not look or smell clean. I was not happy.

Staff is always nice at this hotel and they were able to connect 2 Expedia reservations because I decided to come a day early. I was disappointed though in the vacuuming of the room. I found a peanut and a wrapper on the floor in the room, so it was obvious that the they either did a sloppy job or just didn't do it at all. I will still go to this hotel and just hope they clean better next time.

Beds where very comfy, staff were very well versed in their jobs and personable. Parking was adequate for the number of rooms. The lobby was clean. My only complaint was I found hair from the previous occupant on the bedside table, the floor, the wash stand and the shower. Thank god there was none in the bed I was exhausted and did not wish to change rooms!!!!

The staff was apologetic I believe her name was Alana.We were switch 3 times all rooms weren't cleaned well.It was hair all over the floor in the first the other two showers were dirty.No one has reached out to say anything.

Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, there was one light by the bed burnt out. When the cleaners made up the bed it was not made up properly, they only pulled the covers up to the top of the bed and placed the pillows over it.

Hotel was average. Our room had a musty odor and the air conditioner made a grinding noise. The breakfast was good. Dinner was good but with one cook (no fault of his) it did take a long time. Front desk staff upon checking in could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! My only comment about the room is that it seemed to lack enough lighting. The window was north facing. In the mornings and evenings, it was hard to get enough light.

We were disappointed to find out that your Continental breakfast was no longer free as that was not told to us when booking. I'm not about to a pay $5.00 for a banana and yogurt. Also, we didn't get any good sleep as our room faced major street "HWY 56". We could hear the cars racing on that street late at night and early morning. This is the 2nd time this happens to us this year when staying there. I guess I need to ask for a room to the back of the hotel. Maybe someone needs to get the police involved because it is out of control and surprised nothing has been done.

Excellent hotel in a very safe area. Would have loved free breakfast. Outdoor pool was open in November! Took us about 45 min to drive to Clearwater beach- not too bad! Would stay again!

It was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while in the area for a wedding. Great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We even asked to be moved to a room further from the elevator and they were able to accommodate that. We did not go to the bar or restaurant, but it was nice that they had one.

This is our third stay at this property. It’s very easy to get to, the shopping and dining options in the area are great! The staff and property as a whole are 5 star. Rooms are comfortable, updated and clean! We appreciate having an onsite bar and mini-restaurant for breakfast and dinner!

Good and clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not as good as a buffet but enough to grab something and do things around. Not worthy the $20, maybe $10 breakfast will be ok.

Convenient location to I 75. Clean and sanitized building and room. Comfortable room. Enjoyed the bar and Leslie the bartender was great! Liked ability to eat at the bar/restaurant. Salads, salmon and burgers were delish. All in all relaxing overnight stay!

I loved the shower specifically because I LOVE glass showers so that was nice! It was also a very quiet stay and the Internet was perfect for getting work done. The food from room service was delicious! I would recommend this property to travelers as well, it has everything and great amenities and is close to a lot of other food options and an outlet for shopping.

Hotel was average. Our room had a musty odor and the air conditioner made a grinding noise. The breakfast was good. Dinner was good but with one cook (no fault of his) it did take a long time. Front desk staff upon checking in could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

Loved my stay there! Staff were wonderful. Bar and bar food good. Room was very comfortable. Bed cozy, pillows soft and nice. Attention to detail great!

we find the Hotel staff so accommodating and very friendly. we were a family gathered for a funeral and the lobby was perfect for all of us to get together and share our stories. the breakfast staff couldn't have been more pleasant and always had a smile--would highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was very clean and nicely presented. We liked that the parking was included with the stay. The pool was crystal clean. There were several of us staying at the hotel for a family wedding. This location was great. One thing I kept hearing was the bar wasn’t open earlier on Saturday. We would definitely stay again.

Roach found in room crawling on carpet. I killed and expected the room to be vacuumed, but I noticed room service removed the roach, but not the residue from the bug!!!!!! Also, I called room service for an order, but no one answered the phone. I then went downstairs and the attendant questioned me whether I had called from my room, in which I replied yes. She responded in a rude manner, that she was there and she didn't get a call. Check the records, please! I DON'T NEED TO BE INSULTED FROM THE HIRED HELP!!!!
