Excellent stay rooms are clean and new, pool is great. However, could have had more towels

10/10 for the property and staff. Breakfast was awesome, pool was clean and always had towels. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room had every amenity needed.

The location is close to everything. In a shopping and entertainment area, new casino across the parking lot/street. Suites have kitchens and more space than your traditional hotel rooms. Basketball court and indoor pool. Breakfast daily.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room. Even though hotel was busy, it was pretty quiet. Great pool area and fitness center.

The staff is nice and helpful. They have available EV chargers for Tesla and other electric cars!!!

Staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and smoke free. The room was large, nice kitchen, bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Laundry room was very clean with several machines available. Breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from. The only negative thing was the couch was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the bed bars through the cushions.

Room was large, kitchen was nice except dishwasher wasn’t working. Beds were very uncomfortable. Walls were very thin, heard person snoring each night n room next to us. Location is great and easy parking. Breakfast was great and ample. Room cleaning, bed, couch could be better.

This hotel has a bunch of energy saving features which might seem nice but really means low water pressure and not enough lighting.

I stayed here for 6 days and it’s been the best experience ever. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always went above and beyond, the room and hotel was super clean , the space was comfortable over all and it really felt like home. On top of that , it’s close to all of the stores nearby making it super convenient, all walking distance. I would definitely stay again, I was sad when it was time to go home

We really wanted to love this hotel - it is right next to all of the places we shop and eat and very convenient. . However, I don’t think we will be back. We checked in later in the afternoon, my husband our newborn and myself. It was our first time traveling with our daughter. We dropped off our things, lots of them, including the babies bags and bassinet. It took us two trips. We then fed the baby quickly and headed to walk for dinner ourselves. When we returned from a great meal at the new casino, I took off my boots and walked to the bathroom. . The floor was SOAKED. They had shampooed the carpets. . however put us in there while they were still so wet it was visible when walking. We quickly inspected our bags and it was all wet. Including the bassinet. By this point it’s late. We don’t want to move or have the energy to. So my husband went and talked to the front desk. She offered him 2 free beers, a $30 dollar discount, and told him to check in the morning about having it fixed. She was very sweet. I stayed on the bed all night, the baby had to sleep with us since her bed was wet and in the morning it was still damp. We were told the next morning we would be credited 30,000 points for another room a different time. 2 weeks have gone by now, I tried to give them the benefit to make it right and after calling 3-4 times this week to be placed on hold, disconnected and have my messages ignored. . We still haven’t been credited for our $260 room that we couldn’t even enjoy.

Absolutely wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Overall, the best!

Unfortunately for the price this is not up to standards. Trim on the walls falling off, LED lights not working, doors do not get wiped down, show heads are not cleaned, security on the property is nonexistent, thefts are such a common occurrence they give you a card saying so. I was robbed for over $6000 worth of property and they have zero security cameras for law enforcement to view.

Good breakfast, nice views of the water and birds and pleasant helpful staff. Housekeeping provided a larger coffee maker upon request. Not nice to see the dog waste around the property.

Sheets were not clean/old and I asked if I could change rooms. Hotel is sold out. So, with no housekeeping, I was given sheets and changed my own bed.

Stayed here with my family, including kids and an infant. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown Reno. There's a casino nearby and plenty of shops and eateries in the area. A beautiful lake sits behind the hotel, and the view from our room was fantastic. The room was clean, and both the housekeeping and front desk service were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended - we will definitely visit again!

I really enjoyed having a complete kitchen set up! It made it nice for us. We also liked the free breakfast, lots of choices from oatmeal’s and fruit, to bacon eggs and biscuits and gravy. Front desk staff was nice and helpful as well. We definitely stay again.

I loved staying here. It was very comfortable. Wothin walking distance of a mall, a casino, and good dining options! The room I got was very spacious. The continental breakfast was good, and the hotel was quiet. I got a pretty view out my window too. Would stay here again for sure!

Studio suites are nice!

We had three adults and two kids. The room was spacious enough for us all and we would stay there again. Pull out couch was perfect for the kids. Kitchenette was unexpected but appreciated. Morning breakfast was good.

Would never stay at this facility again and would not recommend it! Our room smelt like smoke (fire) all night coming in from the outside. There was not a fire in the community and they did nothing to investigate it. They told me they would move me rooms or comp me the night with Marriott points, but then told me the next day that they can't do that and who ever told me that was not a manager and they weren't going to honor what she said! They basically called me a liar and have treated me horrible. It has become a big argument between me and the manager, Rachel! I thought Marriott was a reputable company, but this staff is not showing that side of this company. Will never stay with Marriott again... And I travel quite a bit!

The woman checking us in was exceptionally nice

The stay started with the reception staff telling me my card didn’t bill and I needed to contact hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com via chat and the representative immediately resolved the situation. When I spoke to the reception staff she told me the hotel attempted to overcharge my card by a small amount. She clearly knew what was happening and specifically chose to inconvenience me. Poor experience! The hotel wi-do is “open” and unprotected. They offer a paid wi-fi that’s protected called “premium” The room I was given overlooked the roof and was next to the elevator and service closet. I’m not really sure what I did to get such poor service from the staff but suffice it to say for over $200 this was clearly NOT worth the cost! Highly recommended you do NOT stay at this hotel. Super bummed since a big reason I chose this hotel was the 9.2 rating from customer reviews…

Excellent property and close by to shopping center, Casino within Walking distance, nice walk around property nearby trail, short distance to Reno Casinos. Clean rooms, clean around property campus, and breakfast was great also. Thanks for wonderful stay, will definitely recommend to others and stay next time we are in the area.

It was safe, clean, and so comfortable. Close to a lot of restaurants. Always love it there!

New property well maintained. Nice area around the lake close to the outdoor mall. Plenty of food choices. Walking distance entertainment: movie theater, casino, escape room, shops, walking path around 77 acre lake.
