Room was decent but we notified the front desk that the fridge didn't work after we had already unpacked all of our belongings. The front desk advised the maintenance crew was already gone and we offered to let us move to another room or we could wait for the maintenance staff the next day. We opted to stay the first night and let them replace the fridge. The next day, when I didn't hear from anyone, I called back down to be told that the maintenance staff were off on Wednesdays! As if the person from the day before didn't know the maintenance staff was off on Wednesdays! Again all they could do was move to another room but that was completely unacceptable. They offered nothing more and were completely careless about the lack of a fridge in the room, when that was one of the reasons we booked the room. Will not stay at this property in the future and would advise others that the staff does not take any accountability for their guests. Also, there is a ton of construction going on and it was so loud from early mornings on during the day.

Staff very friendly, breakfast was typical of this level of hotel. Parking is difficult. The front entrance only has parking for handicap or special member hotel guests. Otherwise you have to park at the back. Great location

The grass was dead had weeds the pool was gross I had to clean it out before I could even swim in it. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were clean.

Front desk was not that helpful and nice on our arrival, i called prior to arrival and the person I spoke to prior was nice and had tried his best to help me. When I got to the Hotel. I told her that I called and I asked to check in early so we can rest from our long trip from Hawaii but she keeps saying she can’t check us in because they’re full and had to wait for check outs. We stayed in the Lobby to wait. We see so many checked out already. And that was it not even a smile on her face. This was not a great experience. Hope they train their staff on how to be firm but friendly & helpful at the front desk.
