I always stay here when traveling between home and the Bay Area and have always had an enjoyable stay. The only complaint is that the pool is never warm enough to use whether Summer or Winter. Nice selection of breakfast items!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located amidst an abundance of dining and retail options. I choose to stay at this location when traveling between Southern California and Northern California. It is ideal for a short stay at a reasonable price and also accommodates pets.

This was a very nice place to stay and get a good nights sleep and a tasty breakfast. The only drawback was that I was really looking forward to having a swim in the indoor pool and it was ice cold. Please consider heating the pool so that people can actually use it.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot for arriving late at night.

As always my stay at Hampton Inn (Arvin) was very relaxing and enjoyable. I still have an issue with the temperature of the pool, it's always on the "cool" side, but other than that the property suits all of my needs!

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn at Arvin Tejon Ranch on many occasions due primarily to its location, convenience, and cleanliness/appearance of the property. My only consistent disappointment is that no matter when you visit the property (Summer/Spring/Winter/Fall) the swimming pool is never quite warm enough to be comfortable. The property has alway been maintained in good condition and the breakfast selection is very nice.

Plenty of parking. Several guest were towing boats and it wasn’t a problem.

Politely greeted at check-in. The room was spotless. A follow up text from the staff was a nice touch.

Upon entering my room, I heard water running in the bathroom so I went in and saw there was a dirty towel in the shower and the shower was leaking. There were also dirty footprints on the floor. I immediately went to the front desk to notify the gal, Angela, working. She just shrugged her shoulders and told me there was nothing she could do because all of the rooms had the same thing and the towel was there to prevent the bathroom from flooding. I tried to go to bed and couldn’t sleep due to the noise of the water coming from the bathroom and I could hear the person next door snoring. I reached out to the desk again at this point and then she finally agreed to move me to a different room. I had to pack up all of my things, and get out of bed to do this at a late hour, when I would have preferred to be sleeping. The new room did not have water leaking, nor dirty towels on the floor. I would have checked out and found a new hotel upon first arrival to my room if it had not already been so late.

Clean room, didn’t really like the barn doors for the restroom has not enough privacy. Scrambled eggs for the breakfast were the best!

Small room, very basic, noisy air conditioner.

The hotel was very nice and the front desk was so friendly. The room was nice and spacious, however the beds were very uncomfortable. The bedding itself was rough. I also had to call the front desk because the floor above us had kids running up and down the hallway into the night. I know this is not the hotels fault, but the walls are very thin. Breakfast was a great perk! We especially liked the chocolate waffles.

I didn't like the BARN DOOR to the bathroom. I don't like hearing family members go to the bathroom.

We had a lovely overnight stay as passing through. Clean comfortable room. Could do with a microwave in the room. No noise from the roads, but thin walls made other guest noise quite prominent. Breakfast was great. Overall a nice place to stay.

I’ve stayed at this location before, and although the rooms are clean, and it is mostly comfortable, the Internet service is not the best, television was sketchy, and on this particular occasion, I had an issue at midnight with people upstairs from me. Upon checking in, there was a sign that noted there was “no one available and thank you for your patience”, but I still had to wait for someone to get to the front desk before being able to check in. None of it was terrible, just not ideal.

Great room. If I would say anything wrong it would be the placement of the shower head It was usable but I feel it was placed way to high on the wall. Great stay. Thanks

They could not find my reservation and had me waiting for 45 mins. They asked for another credit card after I showed I had already paid. Then charged my second credit card anyways. So I paid twice. Then on checkout it took for ever to get them to correct what they did. They told me it would take for them 5 days to refund the second the second charge they charged me. What a mess.

We checked in and were told we didn’t have a reservation. After 2o minutes reservation was found. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair we went to our room and keys didn’t work, I had to go back down with my husband and were given a new room with different keys. We were never given an explanation and the person working the front desk was not friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue I experienced with my recent reservation made through Hotels.com. I booked a double room for two adults and two children. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the reservation in the hotel’s system was for one king-size bed only. Additionally, the confirmation email I received did not clearly specify the room configuration, which made it impossible for me to notice the discrepancy in advance. As you can imagine, it was not feasible for four people to sleep comfortably in a single king-size bed. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very kind and provided an additional folding bed, which allowed us to rest for the night. While I appreciate the staff’s effort and hospitality, this situation should not have occurred in the first place. The staff apologized sincerely but explained that they were unable to change the room due to availability. It was clear that this was not an issue caused by the hotel staff, but rather a system or communication error between Hotels.com and the hotel. Unfortunately, this mistake left an unpleasant mark on what was supposed to be an enjoyable family trip. I have been using Hotels.com for over ten years, and this is the first time I have encountered such a problem, which is why I was especially surprised and disappointed. The check in staff was very unfriendly. There was a horrible noise upstairs from 6:45-8:30 am that ruined our sleep. Because we booked through Expedia there was no refund for the room and they offered a $5 Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience. Unacceptable!!!

Convenient location.

Continent location to stop for the night if you are traveling. Next to the outlet, tesla supercharging station, and restaurants. The included breakfast is a nice add on. Couldn’t hear the noise from the highway from our bedroom.

It is very convenient, right off the freeway. Lots of dining options around, close. Clean, quiet, and safe.

Perfectly adequate hotel if you’re travelling on I-5 and need to stop. Next door to the Outlets if you want to shop. Food wise it’s limited - pretty much every fast food chain you can think of is there but if you don’t just want a grease burger and cheese you’re a bit stuck.

There are no 24-hour restaurants to speak of — even Denny’s and IHOP close early.

Clean, big rooms. My mom is in wheelchair and ira so easy for her to move around in the room. And only 2minutes drive to shopping outlets

I like that the hotel is right by the freeway. It is also clean and close to lots of food options and the outlets. Check in was really easy and quick

We always stay at this property when traveling to/from the Southern California area. We travel with our toddler and this place is very comfortable and provides a delicious breakfast!

Excellent property would definitely stay here again. Staff was very kind and professional. Breakfast buffet and seating space 10/10 my daughter especially liked the banana waffles. Theres a options around property to eat and shop it was great.
