New Cozy Beach apartment, WiFi

Je pensais que réserver un appartement par Abritel était sécurisant, mais en fait cela ne sert à rien, autant passer de particulier à particulier. L’appartement n’est pas vérifie par Abritel, la climatisation fuit, les stores ne fonctionnent pas, plutôt gênant pour un appartement en bord de mer avec 35 degré !! C’est la propriétaire de l’appartement qui vous réceptionne,..le seul contact que j’ai eu avec Abritel c’est le paiement. Appartement pour 6 personnes mais si vous êtes plus de 4 vous payez un supplément de 170€ par personne !! Je ne réserverai plus jamais par Abritel.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Valencia. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and bus direct to city. Its a bit of a trek to the city when bus was standing room only but being so close to the beach more than made up of this. Cabanyal is a lively lovely area. Felt like we were living as locals. Nice cafes bars and restaurants close by. One negative was the noise levels from the street. Cars buses trams motorbikes people shouting late at night. All heard from the main bedroom. So if a light sleeper like me bring earplugs! But overall a brilliant experience.

Perfect spot for out group of three to be near the beach but still not far from downtown

Very friendly locals, super walkable, great food options, easy access to public transit.

A great stay - good location for beach and restaurants. Easy parking nearby. Very clean and well equipped. Would return….
