Room and location were great, nice and quiet and a short walk to the city centre and plenty of places to eat round about. Major downpoint for me is that it was advertised with a gym, swimming pool, spa etc. To get access to these you had to pay €35 per person, any other hotel I have stayed in this is all included. On the first morning the lights in the room turned on just before 6am, when we asked at reception about this we were told this is what happens which we found odd. We were later told its a security feature if the room is too dark then if the sensors pick up movement the lights turn on. Weirdly this didn't happen again for the rest of the stay so not sure what was going on. Overall, staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is worth staying in and enjoyed our stay.

It said on hotels.com that they had a gym and a spa for their guests. The cost for the spa was 35 euro, but it was no info that you had to pay 35 euro for the gym. I talked with the manager and informed her about the text on hotels.com, that it was no information about the cost for the gym. I booked this hotel only because they had a large gym I could use. The manager told me that she new about the "problem" and that she had informed Expedia about it. So after a long discussion where I believed I had the right to use the gym (free of charge) the manager did not agree and would not let me use it for free..... And just to top off the bad service, the next morning there was no hot water in the shower. I let the water run for 30 minutes. Tried calling the reception, no answer. So it ended up being a very cold shower that morning. At checkout, there was a cheerful girl who had only one excuse, she had just started work.

Really fantastic hotel. Small, cosy and great facilities. The spa is beautiful and so relaxing with great massages! The bar has a lovely relaxed vibe and staff were very helpful. Location was good too.

Harmon House is an elegant boutique hotel in the perfect location of Brussels! A 5 minute walk to the high street shops and 30 minute walk to Grand Place! The gym is excellent with absolutely every possible piece of equipment available. The spa is faultless, a powerful and hot steam room, a beautiful dimly lit pool area at a good temperature, with ultra modern changing rooms and a waiter on hand for drinks. The bedrooms (We were upgraded to a Master Suite due to the double room being not to our expectations) are fantastic and spacious! A huge bath and shower area and Smart TV! Only improvement in my opinion could be for the option of food. It would’ve been nice to sit in the bar area, and have food options as next door (Pentahotel) had food and sports bar facilities! As for how staff are, Thiago was absolutely excellent and provided amazing assistance to us! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay! Special Thanks Thiago!

Our room was tiny but clean. There is no lock on the door so if you are inside the staff can enter your room! The hallway is extremely small and the staircase was smelly so we needed to squeeze yourselves in a tiny area and wait for the elevator. Everything is very modern and minimalist. There was a suspicious device on the ceiling that looked like a motion detector/ camera!!! The pool and spa is not free, they charge €35 / pp but looks beautiful. Kind of scary basement though. If you don’t check out before 11:00 am, they charge extra €10 per hour. The staff are very nice. I think is overpriced for what you get.

Could be improved: cupboards and drawers in the rooms (there is no space to store clothes); at least more coat hooks (I asked at the reception and they told me they didn't have any); something about the bad smell in the lift; provide hair conditioner; and check that the lights are working (not all the bulbs are on).

J\'ai séjourné 1 nuit au Harmon House. - C\'est un hôtel bien situé, il est facile de se garer dans la rue. - Il se situe à 20/25mins à pieds de la "Grand Place" - Brunch excellent, frais et complet. - Personnel de l\'hotel très professionnel Cependant j\'ai noté quelques inconvénients. - Insonorisation des chambres mauvaise - Niveau sécurité il n\'y a pas de verrou sur la porte de la chambre, seulement la poignée - Tv très petite avec peu d\'options de chaînes / pas d\'abonnements films etc.. - Pas de vitre pour refermer la douche ? Je pense que la mienne a été retirée car sans doute en réparation. - Salle de sport non incluse dans le prix de base, il faut régler un supplément obligatoirement couplé à l\'espace SPA et çela revient tout de même à plus du tiers du prix global de la chambre qui est déjà assez élevé. En résumé l\'hôtel est propre et correct et le personnel est très professionnel.

Wir haben das Zimmer für 2 Tage gemietet.Der Service war sehr freundlich und nett, aber die Temperatur im Zimmer war 16,4 Grad und daran war nichts zu ändern. ( draußen -1 Grad) Uns wurde weder ein anderes Zimmer noch ein Rabatt empfohlen. Meine Frau lag nach der Heimkehr 2 Tage lang mit Fieber und Schnupfen.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la clim, que nous navons jamais su arrêter et pourtant nous avons attendu jusqu'à 30 min pour voir si elle s'éteignait. Nous l'avons signaler a notre départ, la gérante a tres bien entendu notre avis et nous a fait un geste commerciale que nous avons apprécié. On s'attendait a plus de choix aussi au petit-déjeuner pour le prix car personnellement j'en ai fais beaucoup des hotels. La literie etait suoer. La chambre tres jolie, juste ne pas mettre la clim sur 25°C cat il faisait mourant de chaud a notre arrivée

J\'ai séjourné 1 nuit au Harmon House. - C\'est un hôtel bien situé, il est facile de se garer dans la rue. - Il se situe à 20/25mins à pieds de la "Grand Place" - Brunch excellent, frais et complet. - Personnel de l\'hotel très professionnel Cependant j\'ai noté quelques inconvénients. - Insonorisation des chambres mauvaise - Niveau sécurité il n\'y a pas de verrou sur la porte de la chambre, seulement la poignée - Tv très petite avec peu d\'options de chaînes / pas d\'abonnements films etc.. - Pas de vitre pour refermer la douche ? Je pense que la mienne a été retirée car sans doute en réparation. - Salle de sport non incluse dans le prix de base, il faut régler un supplément obligatoirement couplé à l\'espace SPA et çela revient tout de même à plus du tiers du prix global de la chambre qui est déjà assez élevé. En résumé l\'hôtel est propre et correct et le personnel est très professionnel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very close to the tram and an express supermarket across the street. I enjoyed my stay.

Room and location were great, nice and quiet and a short walk to the city centre and plenty of places to eat round about. Major downpoint for me is that it was advertised with a gym, swimming pool, spa etc. To get access to these you had to pay €35 per person, any other hotel I have stayed in this is all included. On the first morning the lights in the room turned on just before 6am, when we asked at reception about this we were told this is what happens which we found odd. We were later told its a security feature if the room is too dark then if the sensors pick up movement the lights turn on. Weirdly this didn't happen again for the rest of the stay so not sure what was going on. Overall, staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is worth staying in and enjoyed our stay.

The staff was excellent. Olivier at the front desk was very helpful. We found the cappuccinos and hot chocolate a the hotel were the best. Camille at the bar during breakfast is a had worker. Dolce Amore and TerO are excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. When I do return to Belgium I will be staying here for sure.

It said on hotels.com that they had a gym and a spa for their guests. The cost for the spa was 35 euro, but it was no info that you had to pay 35 euro for the gym. I talked with the manager and informed her about the text on hotels.com, that it was no information about the cost for the gym. I booked this hotel only because they had a large gym I could use. The manager told me that she new about the "problem" and that she had informed Expedia about it. So after a long discussion where I believed I had the right to use the gym (free of charge) the manager did not agree and would not let me use it for free..... And just to top off the bad service, the next morning there was no hot water in the shower. I let the water run for 30 minutes. Tried calling the reception, no answer. So it ended up being a very cold shower that morning. At checkout, there was a cheerful girl who had only one excuse, she had just started work.

Amazing hotel and friendly/helpful staff. My husband and I stayed here as our 2nd hotel in Brussels because I wanted a little bit more of a comfortable yet elevated experience instead of always going for the cheapest option, and am I glad I asked my husband to do a second hotel! This was such a nice hotel in a better/cleaner location. The location was also near metro stations and tram stations. It's right by a convenience store and many other restaurants. The staff were super nice to us and were able to accommodate us even though we arrived early. We were only looking to ask them to help us store our bags since we got there at 10am, but the gentleman at the reception said they already had a room available so we didn't have to wait. Thank you so much for that! I also appreciate that both sides of the bed had a touchscreen feature that helps us control room temp, a do not disturb feature, helps us with turning on/off lights, and an ambiance feature.

Harmon House is an elegant boutique hotel in the perfect location of Brussels! A 5 minute walk to the high street shops and 30 minute walk to Grand Place! The gym is excellent with absolutely every possible piece of equipment available. The spa is faultless, a powerful and hot steam room, a beautiful dimly lit pool area at a good temperature, with ultra modern changing rooms and a waiter on hand for drinks. The bedrooms (We were upgraded to a Master Suite due to the double room being not to our expectations) are fantastic and spacious! A huge bath and shower area and Smart TV! Only improvement in my opinion could be for the option of food. It would’ve been nice to sit in the bar area, and have food options as next door (Pentahotel) had food and sports bar facilities! As for how staff are, Thiago was absolutely excellent and provided amazing assistance to us! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay! Special Thanks Thiago!

Great stay. Close to most landmarks in Brussels but not in the middle of everything/chaos. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bon accueil, le SPA nous a été offert par les équipes dès l’arrivée. Cependant le petit déjeuner à 50€ pour les 2 jours pour deux personnes était décevant. J1 absence de gaufres et qu’un seul petit burger à partager à deux… J2 absence de lait, bacon, beurre, gaufres, fromages, jambon, burger/toast, jus d’orange, rosti, pain, une fois le réassort fait le pain était encore congelé à l’intérieur. La réceptionniste agacée par la situation s’est excusée, nous a proposé de nous offrir de nouveau le spa mais nous devions partir. Nous sommes restés sur notre « faim ». Heureusement que le personnel de réception est très adorable. La chambre « deluxe » plutôt agréable même si le lit double était en fait deux lits simples qui se séparaient dans la nuit… L’accueil est magnifique, le spa agréable mais au delà de 4 personnes cela devient vitre envahissant.

Really fantastic hotel. Small, cosy and great facilities. The spa is beautiful and so relaxing with great massages! The bar has a lovely relaxed vibe and staff were very helpful. Location was good too.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la clim, que nous navons jamais su arrêter et pourtant nous avons attendu jusqu'à 30 min pour voir si elle s'éteignait. Nous l'avons signaler a notre départ, la gérante a tres bien entendu notre avis et nous a fait un geste commerciale que nous avons apprécié. On s'attendait a plus de choix aussi au petit-déjeuner pour le prix car personnellement j'en ai fais beaucoup des hotels. La literie etait suoer. La chambre tres jolie, juste ne pas mettre la clim sur 25°C cat il faisait mourant de chaud a notre arrivée

J\'ai séjourné 1 nuit au Harmon House. - C\'est un hôtel bien situé, il est facile de se garer dans la rue. - Il se situe à 20/25mins à pieds de la "Grand Place" - Brunch excellent, frais et complet. - Personnel de l\'hotel très professionnel Cependant j\'ai noté quelques inconvénients. - Insonorisation des chambres mauvaise - Niveau sécurité il n\'y a pas de verrou sur la porte de la chambre, seulement la poignée - Tv très petite avec peu d\'options de chaînes / pas d\'abonnements films etc.. - Pas de vitre pour refermer la douche ? Je pense que la mienne a été retirée car sans doute en réparation. - Salle de sport non incluse dans le prix de base, il faut régler un supplément obligatoirement couplé à l\'espace SPA et çela revient tout de même à plus du tiers du prix global de la chambre qui est déjà assez élevé. En résumé l\'hôtel est propre et correct et le personnel est très professionnel.

AC was broken, but staff fot me a protable unit, met the owner, they were hosting an interesting event in the main space, breakfast was good, interesting design of the rooms and lobby.

Pros: - Convenient location. - very warm and helpful front receptionist. Cons: - hotel charges to use the gym, even guests staying at their hotel. - air conditioning on the top floor was not working when we stayed there. It was stuck on high heat. We needed to turn it completely off and open all the balcony doors instead. We were not informed of this when checking in.

It said on hotels.com that they had a gym and a spa for their guests. The cost for the spa was 35 euro, but it was no info that you had to pay 35 euro for the gym. I talked with the manager and informed her about the text on hotels.com, that it was no information about the cost for the gym. I booked this hotel only because they had a large gym I could use. The manager told me that she new about the "problem" and that she had informed Expedia about it. So after a long discussion where I believed I had the right to use the gym (free of charge) the manager did not agree and would not let me use it for free..... And just to top off the bad service, the next morning there was no hot water in the shower. I let the water run for 30 minutes. Tried calling the reception, no answer. So it ended up being a very cold shower that morning. At checkout, there was a cheerful girl who had only one excuse, she had just started work.
