Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no question the home and location are stunning. However additional basic touches are needed to call it luxury, particularly at the price:- minimum basics not provided, for example salt was empty- windows and bathroom floors dirty- 1 towel per person provided, no towels for jacuzzie, 2 small laudry powder packets insufficient- coffee machine broken on arrival (later discovered to be a maintenance issue) and no back-up available. This was managed throughout our stay, but took convincing this was an issue with the machine, not that we didnt know how to use it- check in code arrived 10 minutes after the time, seems minor but when staying at such an amazing place every second counts. A check-in code 10 minutes prior to check-in is surely possible- induction cooktop but not all cookware compatible- no property instructions, for example we only discovered the switch for the jacuzzi jets because it was being serviced while we were there (hidden in bedroom wardrobe)- being advertised on AirBnb and another site is confusing, duplicates the work, different requirements for each booking site- deposit taken too early before stay- no toiletries provided, only bar soap in the bathrooms. Although it is mentioned in the description, when advertsied as luxury accomodation it essentially provides less than a hotel or AirBnB.

This was unexpected and slightly inconvenient.Spa Lid: We were advised to keep the spa covered, but there was no lid present upon arrival. Unfortunately, this meant the spa couldn’t maintain its temperature during our stay.Missing Batteries: Several remote controls were missing batteries, making it difficult to use certain features.Spa Instructions: We tried to use the spa’s bubbles feature, but the instructions provided were inaccurate, and we couldn't get it to work.These are relatively small details but collectively impacted our overall enjoyment of the stay.Lastly, we were approached by the neighbors within the first five minutes of our arrival, asking us to turn off the lights and be mindful of our usage. While we understand the importance of being respectful, this initial interaction wasn’t the warmest way to start our holiday. highly recommend. house was beautifully cleaned, fully furnished and stocked up with all the essentials. lots of space for all ages/interests. incredible view, pizza oven that gave us a night of great memories, a spa we couldn't get enough of...loved our stay and will definitely be back!

You can’t manually adjust it and I was told that the heat pump runs from 7am to 9pm and this can’t be changed due to council regulations. However, we could hardly hear it so I doubt it would be an issue to have it on. Effectively we couldn’t use the spa most of the times as it was simply not warm enough. Incredibly disappointing since the main reason we booked the house was for the spa and view.

Very modern property. The jacuzzi on the verandah was just perfect! Even though the weather wasn't great all days we were there, we really enjoyed the luxurious facilities and spacious property. Despite a minor issue with the cleaning, the hosts were very responsive and addressed it asap. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. However, had a lot of concerns with the cleanliness of the property which took away from the experience. Did not feel like we got what we paid for considering the couch was extremely dirty and had a smell. The property managers were helpful and communicated well with us regarding our concerns. We did experience a storm and power outage so that affected our holiday as well.

Unprofessional staff: Some of towel was located on the bed while some of them were hidden underneath bed sheets and we had 1 towel missing that I rang the office next day and Sam (if I recalled right) asked me to count the towel and when I called him 2nd time, he said we have the right number of towel because I updated guest agreement for the number of 10. I found it was not professional and definitely not the best customer experience. I should not and also do not want to count the towel when I'm on holiday and paid a fair amount of money for the accommodation, not to mention this property has 3 levels. This was quite disappointing as I found all of staffs were quite friendly and professional. The second issue was the air conditioner/heater was not working in the 2nd bedroom on the middle floor but we managed to sleep.

The location and view is Spectacular and all bedding was more than adequate. The kitchen and bathrooms were of top standard. Nothing within the house is of a low standard but of the highest to the extreme. We will definitely be re booking again next year.
