San Marco Suite 755

El apartamento es muy lindo y bien situado pero el servicio es pésimo. Éramos 4 y solo nos dejaron toallas para 1 persona aunque las solicitamos. . Sobrecargaron 200 euros al precio inicial y Diego en recepción fue muy poco atento.

El hotel no tiene elevador, demasiadas escaleras por lo que no se puede llevar equipaje prácticamente. El baño es súper pequeño el resto de la habitación es bella muy cómoda y limpia.

Esta bien localizado

The location of the apartments is amazing. 5 minute walk to the main square and the rialto bridge. The look of the apartment and styling is great. We booked a room with a separate kitchen / sofa bed as we were travelling with our 8 year old daughter so we had a separate bedroom from our daughter in the same apartment which was perfect. Our only gripe was the AC. All the apartments had independent AC however we were told when trying to turn it on that the whole building was set at the same temperature and could not be changed. When we turned the AC on it just blew hot air. We were in the top floor and our apartment was roasting. We opened the windows obviously and were given fans however the streets below were very noisy when it came to our daughters bedtime so we had to close again and the fans were just blowing hot air around. I don’t think the apartments should be advertised as AC’d if they’re not. Overall a great location and the styling of the apartments is lovely but the lack of sleep from the heat and an unsettled daughter spoilt our trip.

Noisy at night and smells a bit “off” but plenty of space and lots of hot water if you are traveling with family.
