There was a small problem with water leaking thru the bathroom ceiling shortly after we entered the room, but it was reported and we were given a different room. The walls are thin because we could almost make out what the people in the rooms next to us were saying. Plenty of free parking. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator in the room. Overall, the stay here was ok and we would stay here again if we visit the area again.

Pleasantly surprised on the room. Was clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. Definitely great for the price. Only downside; website showed pictures of a pool however the pool was closed.

Room was clean and didn’t smell stale like many hotels I have stayed in before. The room had a smell like some things were new. Seems as though it was remodeled not too long ago. An ice machine would have been nice but the room was so spacious. My only complaint was that the shower water didn’t get really hot. Other than that my stay was great & I will be staying here in the future.

The check in service was extremely pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the AC was working properly and was comfortable. Only 2 things I found issues with one the TV had these dots on the screen, it wasn’t from tv I believe it was provider end. Just because it was also happening at a separate screen miles away. The other no do not disturb sign to be found Would stay again and recommend to others.

Hate to have to leave a negative review but I have to, there were baby roaches crawling all over the shower curtain in the bathroom shower. Very displeased with this stay.

I picked a non smoking room, but immediately after walking in, I instantly smelled cigarette smoke. Everything smelled like smoke which made me feel icky. The floors were dirty - like they hadn’t been mopped in months. The toilet was really slow to flush. The only good thing was the big walk in shower, the area was quiet, and it was only 20 minutes from Atlantic City. Would I stay here again for another weekend trip? Probably not.

Clean, nice room, though the floor was a bit sticky. I think the floor was clean, but it always felt kind of sticky. It's very noisy outside, and there are no blinds, only curtains. You can't open the curtains and have any privacy. But a perfectly decent, clean room at a good price, and I felt safe.

It was a good stay. Route 322 is always busy and motorists speed through there. It may be hard to get out at times especially during morning or evening work day traffic. Just a 15 minute drive to Ocean City one way and the same going to Atlantic City. Rooms seemed to be recently renovated but some of the usual amenities like blow dryers for women or irons were not part of the rooms. Fridges were much larger than the usual mini-fridges that are in most rooms. Good to have if you plan on staying more than two days. If you have smaller children, Storybook land is just down Hwy 322 about 5 miles. Hamilton Mall is nearby also. Overall, it was good but there were some shady characters that appear to be actually living there as witnessed by the cats in a downstairs room window sill. Bathrooms are big. Hot water was great after a day at the beach. Price is good for what you get.

The staff is very hospitable, no matter who you encounter from the front desk to housekeeping. It’s very quiet. There’s lots of grass and trees around. The rooms are very spacious. Full size fridge and lots of counter space. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s literally the best bargain in town. I stayed there for 10 days with my husband and service dog and if I’m ever in town again, I will most definitely stay there again..

We only stayed one night in which we felt was good enough for our short stay. Its not fancy by any means but we do recommend it. There is no hairdryer in the room but the front desk has them for use. It has a shampoo and conditioner mix for you to use but i felt it dried my hair out so I would just bring my own if we stay here again. Its a dated hotel but good enough for the nightly cost. It had a large refrigerator which is nice for those who want to utilize it for a longer stay.

It was my husband’s and I first time staying here and it was a very great experience. The room looks like a studio apartment. Very nice very clean and very convenient front desk. Staff was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

Was given towels & washcloths for 2 people but 3 people were in the room. Desk clerk was reluctant to give us more. Had to use the same sheets and towels our entire 5 day stay. Management was rude.

I booked and paid for the stay at 10am and arrived at 4:30pm. They told me they had no booking. It took almost 2 hours to finally get into a room. They wanted me to pay them when I had already paid. They said I had to get the money back from Expedia. I wasn't going to pay double and fight to get money back. The woman from Expedia was a great help. i think she charged it on her carg so we could get the room.

Checking in staff member was she was a little rude. Checking out the guy was very friendly. We were put in the back of the hotel where people lived @ and had there own curtains up so if you know, you know what that means. Also this place was not newly renovated @ all. The mattress was hard as a rock and the top of the toilet cover didn’t even fit on the toilet because it didn’t belong to it. I do feel as we were discriminated against because of the color of our skin, so she thought it was ok to put us in the back with God knows who lived there. Never again will we stay here.

The room smelled horribly of smoke. The property advertised on Expedia said they had breakfast but it was only coffee and tea. The rest was what you’d expect for the price.

Room reeked of tobacco & permeated the bed & bedding. Electric plug in bathroom did not work. Many of the TV channels were messed up, poor reception. No coffee maker in room.

Our room has a smokey unpleasant odor all the time. Even though it was non-smoking? No coffee pot or anything resembling an amenity. Could definitely use a deep cleaning to the bathroom and floors. People above us allowing their children to jump on the bed at 6 am and 11:45pm.

The only thing I liked was the spacious room. There is nothing around the hotel and felt that they could have at least had complimentary breakfast...don''t like that we were charged 30 dollars for an early check in, but found out someone else was not charged....never again at this place

Liked microwave and fridge in room; and big shower area. Didn't like the smelly rooms, the spider in upper corner ceiling, no dishes or even microwaveable cups, no tea/cofee packs in the room's "kitchen", no tooth paste provided, and changing of linen and towels one day a week (that's disgusting).

Not very clean bathroom. Electricity went out on our second day (literally couldn’t see anything, charge our electronics, etc, or even go in or out of the rooms without help from the register), unclear instructions, very poor lighting in the room (when the electricity wasn’t out), no tissues were provided when asked, room wasn’t not cleaned/trash not taken out when we asked for it (on day 2 of the reservation)

Upon check in, staff was unable to locate my reservation. I reserved the room for 2 nights but after the first day, I went to get ice and was unable to return to my room as the key was disabled. The hotel only checked me in for one night. The following day, I felt rushed to leave as the cleaning personnel continued to pace up and down my door waiting for me to leave prior to the check out time of 11am. The room provided the full size refrigerator and microwave but lacked sufficient towels and washcloths.
