Truck parking available, excellent. Food and dining is just not there, but it is avavailable in Holbrook Az. Pizza Hut delivers. 60 dollars a night beats sitting in my truck for two days twiddling my thumbs and half as expensive as Show Low prices where my load delivered. You get what you pay for

The pool, the trees, Bar-b-que, and staff were all first rate.

This is an old motel 6 it needs updating. It also seems to have a lot of permanent residents even one staying in a camper on the property. The linens were clean the room basically clean however there was a smell that smelled like a dog may have previously pooped on the rug in our room. The tables in the communal area were very dirty. The pool appeared clean we didn’t use it. Used the laundry room however after an hour and a half of our stuff being in the dryer it was still very wet. The dryer exhaust needs to be cleaned as there’s hardly any air coming out of the dryer vent fins. We told the receptionist that there could be a dryer fire she just said mmmhmmm. There are a lot of people here and there’s always the smell of marijuana. If I were there alone I wouldn’t have felt safe.

This was honestly the best Motel 6 I have stayed in across the country. The room was perfect for what I needed at a good price with both a microwave and mini frig. There was a pool and large covered outdoor sitting area (with a barbeque, I think) which I found to be a very nice touch.

Pet friendly, great employees, clean rooms (we had a broken A/C and were immediate offered an alternative room). The outdoor patio was welcoming and the pool is small but workable.

The property is so clean and cute with decorative dinosaurs around the pool and courtyard. Staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was plentiful and well lit. The rooms very clean and beds were comfortable.well definitely be back.

The pool was not cleaned during the time that I was there & I have a cut so deep I seen blood & had to get a first aid kit for. Room was very clean safe very friendly. They are understaff but they do a very good job meeting my needs when I needed them.

Less than ideal would be ok but I've stayed in barns in South and Central America that were more comfortable than this motel. The room wreaked of cleaning perfumes so I left the door open while I unpacked. As the perfume smell diminished another, familiar odor took over: the smell of cockroach feces. I know the smell because I purchased an apartment house that was infested and it required removal of some interior walls to remedy. Then I saw a few after getting out of the shower. I was exhausted, it was quite late so decided to stay. I should not have. The heat did not work, the neighbors were noisy, the floor felt grimy so a took a damp wash cloth, dropped it on the floor and swiped the floor with my foot. Wash cloth is pictured. Then while tryin to go to sleep I noticed the fire/ smoke detector was missing.

Bedding was so dirty full with animal hair

I enjoyed my stay at the Motel 6 in Holbrook, AZ. The price was very good, and the motel was clean, quiet, and safe. The registration staff was very friendly and got me checked in expediently, and I experienced no problems during my stay. This is, of course, a budget motel, so there were no frills, but the room was clean and everything was in good working order.

The cleanliness of the room was just very unsatisfactory and the shower was low in pressure. Room need some maintenance work and better eyes on cleaning

Uncomfortable smell, not clean

For the most part, I have come to expect a clean, basic and comfortable room from Motel 6 and Holbrook Motel 6 met those expections in spades. I have no need for all the amendities that earn three to five stars for other motels and hotels at double the cost and more. I got exactly what I needrf. Stacy at check in could not be more kind and patient as well as professional. The room cleaning person did a fine job and even gave some thoughout touches. The bath room was clean as was the bed and rest of the room. I would have liked to be able to adjust the air conditioning higher but that is less of an issue than having the room too hot in Arizona. I would gladly stay again.

I come through this area at least once a year. Service and cleanliness always top notch. Convenient to fast foods and Love’s directly behind motel. No complaints.

Got a room. Opened the covers, and sheets were dirty. Switched rooms. New room's sheets were also dirty. (All covered in long black hair. I was grossed out. Also the rooms smelled mildly of cigarette smoke and I had trouble falling asleep because of it. Worst night ever. Everything else was fine, but the things that were poor made my stay one of the worst nights of sleep of my life, so it doesn't really matter.

The room was nice and clean or so we thought. The floor was filthy as I had to wash my feet (which were black) before putting my shoes on. There was also a stain on the bed sheet that looked like blood.

We have stayed in heaps of motel 6. This was the second worst. We paid to upgrade to a queen bed but it was pushed up against a wall so access for the second person was very hard over the first. The bed was very poor comfort. There was unprotected wiring on the wall. There was only a bar of soap no shampoo but worst of all it was absolutely filthy. The floor needed washed desperately. Don’t stay here unless there is no where else to go.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and not reliable during my stay.

The heat did not work.

The room was fine for the price point. However, the wifi was terrible. And the AC in my room appeared to not cool. Fortunately the evening was cool and my room was comfortable to sleep but had it not it would have been miserable.

Horrible property. The bed was probably 30-40 years old. Sagged horribly. Could feel the springs. The room smelled like old smoke and musty. The baseboards weren’t even painted although the walls and ceiling appeared to be. The floor has a greasy film on it. Other than that it looked like it was clean. Just LOW LOW end fixtures and an unforgivably poor mattress. There are rooms with grills outside if that tells you anything. And shirtless drunken men and at least one of them was walking around with no shirt but a holstered pistol, drunk. Lots of sketchy people. All these positive reviews must be these residents. Overpriced budget motel for sure. Especially for this area which appears economically depressed.

Very clean room. Quiet area. Only dislike was the size of the shower. Would not fit a full sized person.

Bed was not very comfortable. And it was creaky. Also there was hair in the shower. The room smoky smelling but the front desk staff did get me another room. She was extremely gracious and was the best thing about the stay. Very below average accommodations… but maybe to be expected.

A/C didn’t work

The AC was out in both rooms we had and the second room they put us in had urine in the toilet when we went in. We left and drove overnight to our next stop because of the heat in the rooms.

The room was so small, with the bed up against the wall, needless to say with no nightstand. NOT a room for two people! The noise from the 18-wheeler truck traffic was unbearable, especially at 5:00 am. There was NO hairdryer in that bathroom as indicated on the website, but I was given a loaner, that ended up not working!

Very basic Motel 6. Room was clean and seemed newly redecorated. The stairways and corridors were dirty, stained and had roaches roaming about. The parking lot/area around motel had slightly unsafe feel. WiFi did not work for entire duration of stay.

Staff was very helpful. Check in procedure was easy.

I appreciate the fact that they gave us a bottom floor for my partner who is blind, but my room was not clean. I had dirty socks behind the door. The bedsheets did not fit the bed. We had to use the top sheet as a fitted sheet for the bed there was old popcorn behind the nightstand popcorn under the phone. I booked my hotel for three nights and got charged for four and they said that’s because you check out on the fourth day well I checked out at 6:30 in the morning to drive back to where I was living. Neighbors were loud and fighting and smoking weed that would come into our room, causing us have to air out our room so the dog can be in there safely yelling until almost midnight slamming doors next-door. Definitely do not recommend this place.

The heater didn’t work and the individual at the front desk broke into my room at 7:30am ?!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great price

The morning service lady was absolutely rude and pounding in the door 10 mins bedore check out and screaming in the door.

Where do I start?.. I went on to the motel 6 website and Hotels.com to check pricing and the price for what we wanted for the night was same on both places. I decided to call and confirm we could check in really late and the lady asked how long we would be staying and that it would be almost double and she would take my credit card. Politely, I told her that I would just book online because it was much cheaper. She then told me they were sold out at the price I was looking at. I replied telling her I was looking at their website and on another and they both say the same thing. She then tells me ok well I can try paying online and if there are any problems to call her back. I was able to pay online. I also want to mention that the next two nights we stayed at other motel 6’s (we were driving across the country) we paid same listed price. Anyways, we get there and I’m not sure if it was the same lady but she tells me she is putting me up front down stairs room 105. Ok.. which happens to be next to a “resident” that had his window next to our wall open all night. He had a bbq outside his door and the next morning I heard commotion and saw he was letting his dog pee right outside the on the sidewalk ramp that I might have wheeled my suitcase through when we left thinking it was just water. The room was clean except for dirty air vent and the toilet ran all night. I just closed the door. Would not recommend.

Twice now I’ve gone to check in at this location, and the person at the desk completely ignored my reservation and charged me $20 more than the room rate. During my stay, they insisted on changing the room lock while I was there, leaving the door open for anyone walking by to see me and my possessions. The next morning, when I returned after grabbing breakfast to pack up and check out, the door wouldn’t work, and my dog and I were locked out for over an hour with our belongings inside the room.

Ok for 1 night stop. Close to highway exit

The hotel was good but police was called because there was some disturbance on property. A couple was in an disagreements and officers was called and took one person in custody.

The street happened to be quiet, even though it was full of Hotels. My particular room was near the stairs to upstairs, so it was noisy whenever somebody went up or down. But it had the basics and a good price.

Staff was courteous and efficient and helpful in giving us a bottom floor with a window facing the parking lot, which was important since we are on a motorcycle. We also forgot shampoo and conditioner, which they graciously provided (although it is not in the room when you check in). They also have coffee in the AM; downside if that Motel 6 is a budget motel, so no frills and no breakfast. But we knew what to expect.

They have a great diner (Tom & Suzie's) just down the street that my husband enjoys (homemade pies) so whenever we are traveling we stop in here for the night. We actually plan our trip around this location.

There are a couple of good cafes to dine at: Tom & Suzie's and 66 cafe both on Navajo Blvd.

It was near the interstate, unfortunately they didn't have any breakfast. The refrigerator was noisy and didn't work correctly.

Check in was easy, room was clean & comfortable with microwave & fridge, coffee in the reception area in the morning. A no-frills place, but quiet and we felt safe. Just passing through and it was reasonably priced. Wifi kind of slow.

Ok stay for one night. No bkft so slightly cheaper. Bathroom is renovated. Toilet could’ve been slightly cleaner. Floors were ok. Towels were fresh. Overall, fair for one night sleep. Would look for something slightly cleaner and fancier next trip.
