Anlage war sehr sauber, Personal alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Die Liegen waren an beiden Pools kostenlos, nur am Meer war ein Mindestverzehr erforderlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings war die Einrichtung sowie die Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ein Hotel, das zu empfehlen ist. Das Meer war sehr sauber und klar, Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

This hotel was in a perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had beautiful swimming pools and access to its own private part of the beach. It’s very near bars and restaurants all overlooking the sea. The hotel caters for all ages and despite it being quite popular and fairly large it was very quiet. A very relaxing place to stay. We stayed in early September and it was perfect. A very safe sandy beach too.

Nice property with lots of amenities. Breakfast and pool especially nice. We booked an apartment for family of 4 but were put in a smaller suite with little room our for our luggage, which was just 4 carryons. Very nice decor and service but too small for 4 people. Wish we had the apartment we had booked. Grounds were nice in areas but unkempt in others. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beach was packed with paid umbrella sets, which were reasonable for a beach day but no open spots to just go to the beach for a bit without paying for space without walking far from hotel. Hit or miss with pool bar service. Either they came all the time or not at all. Beach service worker was amazing and always available. Drinks cold and fast and food served quickly. Restaurants around hotel were stellar and beautiful.

This place is amazing!! We had issues at another hotel and had to leave after the first night with our entire family. We went over to AP and they took care of us from the second we stepped foot on the property. First cass service all the way around. They have a great restuarant, two pools, two bars and loungers on the beach, which is a 2 minute walk from whatever room you have. We had the best time there and it salvaged what was about to become a very expensive and unpleasant situation at another hotel. This place is a MUST STAY experience on an amazing beach with everything within walking distance.

Our best hotel so far on this trip. Pools are awesome. Good bar. Staff was unbelievable. Valkis, Anna and Katerina were amazing, this crew really knows what customer service is. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Naxos

Very old building and rooms. Decor very outdated, feels like a very old one star motel, with ants crawling everywhere. Toilets impossible to flush (have to push your finger couple inches inside the tank), no coffee in the room. Loungers on the beach (and at one of the pools!) are paid even though this is supposed to be a waterfront resort. Staff are awesome and extremely helpful!!

This place was great! The staff was outstanding! Super friendly and helpful. Front desk staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and make sure we were happy. Grounds and pool area were nice and the free shuttle to and from port was great. Rooms could use an update. The beds were ok but a mattress topper and nicer bed spread would help update it. Sconces on the wall could be updated to lamps to make it a little nicer. The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and was so quiet and peaceful. The restaurants on the strip in front were ok but if you keep walking further down and around the corner the restaurants are amazing. The atmosphere at night and fir breakfast was fun and the scenery was breathtaking. This area is a hidden gem! The staff was so good we’d come back again

We enjoyed our stay hotel is located right near the beach . It is just a cross the road. Only complaint is that you have to pay extra for your chair or bed even if you staying at the hotel. room was updated and very comfortable we booked the suite . Pool was spotless . We got pool towels that had holes and very old and were told these are for our whole stay they do not change them .Good selection at breakfast. Staff are super friendly. Lobby is very outdated but very clean. There are quite a few good restaurants in walking distance with views of the ocean . A mini market and just a few shops in some of the restaurants. Naxos town is about a 20 min drive .

The beach is small but, nice. Excellent clear water. Beach service was awesome ( Daniel was excellent). I like how the shade loungers work, you haveto spend 30 Euros for food or drinks and shade chairs for 2 are included. The remaining days you have to spend 20 Euros. Reasonable prices for food,and drinks. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. ( you have to ask for fried eggs). Very nice place for the price. Two negatives. You have to pay for water and, the guy at the reception desk is not friendly. I experienced this on a couple occasions. When we checked outhe didn't ask us how our stay was, have a nice rest of your holiday,etc. Believe me when i say was are courteous and kind to workers at hotels.

The Aegean Palace was incredible. The spotless, modern room was beautifully decorated, and had a great view of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast eating space was spacious, with glass walls and scenic views of the beautifully landscaped grounds. The facility included a poolside bar which offered food and beverage service on the beach. The staff was extremely kind and polite. We felt very welcomed and cherished. Best four days ever -- treated like royalty! Setting is very romantic. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time with our daughter at this hotel. It was clean with access to beach. Naxos is beautiful and will surely go back again and stay at this same spot. Breakfast was amazing!

Lobby is very outdated but very clean. There are quite a few good restaurants in walking distance with views of the ocean . A mini market and just a few shops in some of the restaurants. Naxos town is about a 20 min drive .

Not good at all, felt unwelcomed as soon as we arrived including front staff. Got the renovated room with private pool, it was directly above the laundry which was loud and heard noises and talking all day, the private pool has no privacy. Room service charges 3 euros and you have to pay cash. Hotel charges 30 euros to use the beach set which is very low quality (compared to Yucca which was great and no fee). The pool bar is free to public and it was a mess. Would not come back, nothing good about this hotel.

Nice property with lots of amenities. Breakfast and pool especially nice. We booked an apartment for family of 4 but were put in a smaller suite with little room our for our luggage, which was just 4 carryons. Very nice decor and service but too small for 4 people. Wish we had the apartment we had booked. Grounds were nice in areas but unkempt in others. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beach was packed with paid umbrella sets, which were reasonable for a beach day but no open spots to just go to the beach for a bit without paying for space without walking far from hotel. Hit or miss with pool bar service. Either they came all the time or not at all. Beach service worker was amazing and always available. Drinks cold and fast and food served quickly. Restaurants around hotel were stellar and beautiful.

Cannot fault the hotel at all. From check in and throughout our stay the staff were warm, welcoming and could not do enough. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. Location is perfect whether it be for the beach, local restaurants or getting the bus into town. The food was excellent, freshly made and plentiful. Special shout out to Vangelis on reception and Eva in the restaurant for such amazing service. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

he Naxos Royal Taxi service we used while at this hotel was amazing! They also had an affiliation with an excellent laundry service called Mr. Bean – so affordable, fast, and efficient. There were two young male bartenders who were fantastic in the property’s bar! Unfortunately, there were some other staff—what appeared to be management—who would sit around a table in the open bar/restaurant area at night, giving off an unwelcoming vibe. When we came into the resort just before the bar closed at midnight, they would almost look us up and down as if we were some kind of alien inconvenience. At one point, my fellow traveller even had to say, “Hi! A hello would be nice!” Go to Three Brothers beside the resort for souvlaki- best we had on Naxos. Ervine “Vinny” is hilarious sandals welcoming! Tables in the sand! pool was cold. Room a tad small but nice balcony. cleaners banged on door, came into bathroom while I was in there after my partner them I was in there.

This place is amazing!! We had issues at another hotel and had to leave after the first night with our entire family. We went over to AP and they took care of us from the second we stepped foot on the property. First cass service all the way around. They have a great restuarant, two pools, two bars and loungers on the beach, which is a 2 minute walk from whatever room you have. We had the best time there and it salvaged what was about to become a very expensive and unpleasant situation at another hotel. This place is a MUST STAY experience on an amazing beach with everything within walking distance.

Very old building and rooms. Decor very outdated, feels like a very old one star motel, with ants crawling everywhere. Toilets impossible to flush (have to push your finger couple inches inside the tank), no coffee in the room. Loungers on the beach (and at one of the pools!) are paid even though this is supposed to be a waterfront resort. Staff are awesome and extremely helpful!!

This place was great! The staff was outstanding! Super friendly and helpful. Front desk staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and make sure we were happy. Grounds and pool area were nice and the free shuttle to and from port was great. Rooms could use an update. The beds were ok but a mattress topper and nicer bed spread would help update it. Sconces on the wall could be updated to lamps to make it a little nicer. The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and was so quiet and peaceful. The restaurants on the strip in front were ok but if you keep walking further down and around the corner the restaurants are amazing. The atmosphere at night and fir breakfast was fun and the scenery was breathtaking. This area is a hidden gem! The staff was so good we’d come back again

I like how the shade loungers work, you haveto spend 30 Euros for food or drinks and shade chairs for 2 are included. The remaining days you have to spend 20 Euros. Reasonable prices for food,and drinks. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. ( you have to ask for fried eggs). Very nice place for the price. Two negatives. You have to pay for water and, the guy at the reception desk is not friendly. I experienced this on a couple occasions. When we checked outhe didn't ask us how our stay was, have a nice rest of your holiday,etc. Believe me when i say was are courteous and kind to workers at hotels.

This hotel was in a perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had beautiful swimming pools and access to its own private part of the beach. It’s very near bars and restaurants all overlooking the sea. The hotel caters for all ages and despite it being quite popular and fairly large it was very quiet. A very relaxing place to stay. We stayed in early September and it was perfect. A very safe sandy beach too.

The Aegean Palace was incredible. The spotless, modern room was beautifully decorated, and had a great view of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast eating space was spacious, with glass walls and scenic views of the beautifully landscaped grounds. The facility included a poolside bar which offered food and beverage service on the beach. The staff was extremely kind and polite. We felt very welcomed and cherished. Best four days ever -- treated like royalty! Setting is very romantic. Highly recommend!!

Location is perfect whether it be for the beach, local restaurants or getting the bus into town. The food was excellent, freshly made and plentiful. Special shout out to Vangelis on reception and Eva in the restaurant for such amazing service. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

The beach is small but, nice. Excellent clear water. Beach service was awesome ( Daniel was excellent). I like how the shade loungers work, you haveto spend 30 Euros for food or drinks and shade chairs for 2 are included. The remaining days you have to spend 20 Euros. Reasonable prices for food,and drinks. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. ( you have to ask for fried eggs). Very nice place for the price. Two negatives. You have to pay for water and, the guy at the reception desk is not friendly. I experienced this on a couple occasions. When we checked outhe didn't ask us how our stay was, have a nice rest of your holiday,etc. Believe me when i say was are courteous and kind to workers at hotels.

Don’t beleive the photos. If you get an advertised ‘updated room they call it’ you’ll be lucky. Most rooms are from 1970s. Maids come in everyday to removed towels from bathroom and put new on the bed…. Why? It’s very irritating. Mattress toppers are too small for the beds and sheets are cheap and rough. TVs from another century and don’t accept usbs. Breakfast is not as advertised. The berry photo etc is a paid extra. Breakfast itself is brand, slow service and a lot of hanging around for bowls as apparently lots have been broken so limited. No fried or pouched eggs. View from room Carpark or wasteland unless your lucky but none of the pool rooms we saw were private. Main Shared Pool has no shade so unusable. Sunbeds in 2nd bar area are on mud. If you want beach sunbeds it’s 50 euros a day although you can buy with drinks and food. Reception staff are owners. All good unless you complain, then they are the loudest and most unpleasant staff you’ve ever come across. Intimidating. Staying at this old hotel ruined our experience of Naxos. We are traveling 2 months and this was the most expensive & the worst.

Love this place, stayed here with my family is 4 rooms total, they were friendly, the place was clean, the pool/beach were amazing and it was great to get into town. Tip: don’t be afraid to use the bus, it’s an air conditioned tour bus, will save you a lot in taxis as the charge is ~25 euro each way.
