Good value for money and great customer service. The hotel staff were very friendly. I would have given this hotel a better rating if it weren’t for the lack of sound insulation and the loud guests. I could barely get any sleep at night, as the guests in the café area (two floors down) were very loud—shouting, laughing, and having a good time.

Zugang zur Dachterrasse war sehr praktisch.

Struttura a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Medina e dal centro. Parcheggio moto e macchine con garage interno chiuso, molto comodo e sicuro.

Le parking sous sol est étroit juste pour 2 vehicule jai stationner dehor

I liked the stay at the Hotel Le Calife, the property was very good, it was in a convenient area for getting to shops and restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful when asked about restaurants and ordering a taxi for the airport. I was very happy with my stay.

I stayed one night with a family of 5. They have large rooms for families which is quite convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The toilet needed some maintenance, but everything was working and clean. WiFi was not stable. If you are looking for a short stay with limited budget it is a decent place.

The room was nice. Staff was good. There was no housekeeping if you didn't leave the key and when you did there was things that were not completely restocked. They took our dirty towels but then didn't leave any clean ones. If you stay with more than one person and they take the key the person who stays could possibly be locked in the room with no way to open the door.

Très bon hôtel en plein centre ville de Tunis, chambre propre ( nettoyage quotidien) bon service. Je voudrais remercier le monsieur à la réception qui travaille à partir de 16h pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Auf dem Fussbodennim Zimmer lag Papier. Der Heizkörper war heiss und liess sich nicht abstellen. Bei offenem Fenster konnte man wegen des Strassenlärms nicht schlafen. Am Morgen gegen 5:30 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Es war auch kein Hinweisschild aufgestellt. Da die Eingangstür mit einer Kette verriegelt war, musste ich mein Taxi wieder abbestellen.

Bon accueil, lieux propres et très proche de la medina. J y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt. En de badkamer kan ik een grondige renovatie gebruiken.

メディナから徒歩７分。地元の人が通るような路地にあり、21時すぎでも10人は目視できるため多少の安全さはあるが、遅すぎる時間はおすすめできない。 タオル、アメニティー、クーラーあり。

I stayed one night with a family of 5. They have large rooms for families which is quite convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. One night stay with a quick check in. There is clearly an issue with ethics and a dishonest cashier. The man who is working as a cashier for the coffee place part of the hotel asked me to pay for my expresso the next morning and explained that the hotel is not providing breakfast. When I explained that I have been asked to pay when I made the check in an extra amount for the breakfast, he refused to refund me the payment for the breakfast. I had to rush to take my plane. I guess that Someone able to have such pitiful behaviour would be able to check your room while you are out visiting the city. I will definitively not recommend this hotel and in all circumstances to leave anything valuable in your room. Séjour d'une nuit avec un check in rapide. Il y a un agent d’accueil malhonnête, non seulement le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus mais plus grave encore, j'ai payé lors de mon arrivée le petit déjeuner mais le lendemain il a refusé de me servir m’expliquant que l’hôtel n’offre pas de petit déjeuner. Lorsque je lui ai dit que j’avais payé la veille, il a refusé de me rembourser. Sur la base de mon expérience, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en raison d’un membre du personnel aussi malhonnête. Il n’a pas eu la moindre honte alors que j’étais en train d’attendre mon taxi pour aller prendre mon vol à l’aéroport. Il n’est pas représentatif de la Tunisie. Pour les téméraires qui séjourneront dans cet hôtel, Je ne recommande pas de laisser des objets de valeurs.

Réceptionniste très accueillant et professionnel. Réactif quand à nos demandes... Je recommande cette établissement.

Was als Solo reiziger onderweg in Tunis. Alleen de omgeving was wat minder. Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding klopt wel allemaal.

Idéal pour un séjour entre amis. L'hôtel est situé aux portes de la Medina.

Quality of service, cleanliness, food service, wifi are very high points for this guest house. More equipment in the room should be available to have in room coffee or tea.
