Only challenge you will face is staff doesn’t speak great English. They are very helpful and kind. Area is fantastic with local mosques. Dinning options are good but not great. Excellent location & 7 mins walk from haram. Elevators 10/10 extremely fast. Affordable hotel! I intend to stay again.

Air conditioner went out our room from 10pm to 2am they couldn’t fix keep trying and we were passionate it’s hot 41 degrees by 2am they gave us another room. No person apologized and say nothing not even sorry

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Turn down service was available till 9 pm which is good. Spacious rooms. Smoking allowed. Room had water kettle - tea, coffee provided 15 minutes walk to haram. Breakfast did not have much variety but was good enough for the price Price was economical compared to others so the downside was it was far from Haram. Building was built in 2019 so had a new feel. Laundry and 2 restaurants were very close to the building. Taxi will take you to haram for 7-10 rials depending on how much hurry you are in 😊. Washroom was modern, clean with hot and cold water Had iron and ironing stand. 200 rial security deposit required at check-in. The pictures on hotels.com shows the room properly Wifi was very good with very good speeds. Room had good lighting and on/off switches were next to bed as well.

Hotel was really good. Nice staff and helpful. It isn’t actually that far from the mosque. It took me exactly 12 minutes from my room to the mosque. About 4 lifts , fast. Affordable hotel. Couldn’t complain.

بشكل عام لا بأس به . مواقف السيارات اسفل الفندق محدودة جدا و ضيقة . بالنسبة للنظافة فوجدت غلاية الماء غير نظيفة بداخلها بقايا آثار قهوة عربية اظن و الكاسات كذلك . السرير مريح لا بأس به . لم يقم أحد بتزويدي بالماء المجاني أو الشاي و القهوة التي تقدم للضيوف كل يوم إلا بعد أن طلبت انا من العامل بالصدفة في الممر . بشكل عام مناسب مقابل القيمة

This hotel was absolutely lovely and in a fantastic location. The service was impeccable and my room was large and very clean. Perhaps the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel! Breakfast each morning was very nice with lots to choose from. The cafe on the ground floor serves the absolute best coffee - it would rival anything served in Melbourne - the coffee capital of the world! The cakes were also beautiful. There are some shops and restaurants in the area as well as an ATM. My only issue was the terrible water pressure. I don't know if this is an issue all over Madinah...but the water pressure in the basin was like a teaspoon. The water pressure in the shower wasn't much better. That was the only thing that turned me off this hotel. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful!

The rooms are super dirty there were hair on the bedsheet as well as inside the pillow cover after complaining it still took them one entire day to change our room apart from that the breakfast is really horrible the restaurant manager is extremely rude. The bread options were not fresh at all the vegetable for salad were of not good quality and the juices instead of fresh juices were full powdered juice of very bad quality.

Room is spacious and clean. easy check in and out. extension 1.5 hours. Thank you. Breakfast buffet is generous but bit crowded. nearby masjid is quite a distance and the best option is nabawi 1.2 km. Disabled person may encounters extra challenge. Uber driver mostly confused with next door Zaha Medina.

A mistake was happen when arrived by giving my room to someone else and had to wait for 45 mins to fix that. But the rep was very nice guy, tried to help but had to wait for very long time that was not my fault. I feel I should have given another room and fix their mistake later not have to wait for them to fix their mistake. Second issue is the property needs some maintenance, the shower room door was broken and the water was coming out the shower, carpet had a lot of stains.

I stay at this property eight days bathroom shower door. It was not closing properly. from the hotel to the Haram 20 minute walk this hotel does not have ice machine I complain to the management also, this hotel is non-smoking but next to my room guest, they were smoking. I complain to the management, but nobody take action breakfast every another day they have same menu I gave 10 to 5 point this hotel

The hotel is a direct 15 min walk to gate 316 of the Haram. Once you enter the gate and walk a few more minutes you will be in front of the Green dome. There are grocery stores and Pakistani restaurants next door. Easy access to taxis or uber right outside the hotel. The staff is friendly and came to clean upon requests. Our room faced the main road so there was noise. The toilet handle had to be jiggled so the water stopped running. Overall it was a good stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zaha Al Munawara Hotel. The staff were disrespectful and unhelpful, which made my stay uncomfortable. They charged a refundable advance of 200 SAR but created excuses to withhold my refund upon checkout, citing minor issues to justify deductions. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from Masjid Nabawi, making it inconvenient for visits. I do not recommend this hotel; there are better options available in Medina.

Terrible Hotel. Not recommended because of this main reason. Rooms are very foul smelling, When went inside after been given a room, there was smell from the toilet in the whole room. When asked to change the room , the receptionist replied that hotel is full . We can’t do anything, go out of hotel or ask the booking company from which you have booked the hotel , we are not responsible for that ??? Worst response ever from any hotel receptionist. Then requested again, as we don’t have the option because at the last minute it’s very difficult to book any other room. Then he given us another room but without the refrigerator. Other bad things are 1. Poor location 2. Poor service 3. No room keeping service 4. Kettle not working 5. Breakfast was okay.

Most Staff here struggle with English so it can be a bit frustrating. They are kind and try to help as much as they can. Restaurant inside hotel is average. The area is convenient with local mosque and stores. Masjid nabawi 7-10 min walk.. masjid Quba 7 min drive.. masjid bilal 15-20 min walk. I would stay at this location again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. Our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is also really good and is complementary. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. Our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is also really good and is complementary. Hotel staff is very friendly.

A mistake was happen when arrived by giving my room to someone else and had to wait for 45 mins to fix that. But the rep was very nice guy, tried to help but had to wait for very long time that was not my fault. I feel I should have given another room and fix their mistake later not have to wait for them to fix their mistake. Second issue is the property needs some maintenance, the shower room door was broken and the water was coming out the shower, carpet had a lot of stains.

Unfriendly staff at reception speak limited English, slow check in process 20 minutes whilst we had heavy luggage. Staff incorrectly stated breakfast was saved later when it was served at 6am so we checked out before breakfast. Rang hotel to ask for water in the room got told will be with you in 3 minutes. After 3 hours rang reception again no response. No wayer even until next day. Poor service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zaha Al Munawara Hotel. The staff were disrespectful and unhelpful, which made my stay uncomfortable. They charged a refundable advance of 200 SAR but created excuses to withhold my refund upon checkout, citing minor issues to justify deductions. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from Masjid Nabawi, making it inconvenient for visits. I do not recommend this hotel; there are better options available in Medina.

Located about a 20 minute walk from the Prophet's Mosque, this was a very good location for us. The hotel is modern, had great AC, and we had a reasonably spacious room with a clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast was generous, with daily specials including a wide variety of food - catering to multiple nationalities. There was also a small fridge and coffeepot in the room. The front desk attendants were helpful when we wanted to arrange a driver to take us around the city to see the sights and when we wished to extend our stay one day. The area around the hotel also had multiple South Asian food stalls making fresh tandoori naan and other specialties. There was a small grocery for fruit, water, and other basic needs. Also there was a date and nut store selling a wide variety of locally produced dates at a reasonable cost. Really made the location even more desirable with all of these shops so close.

Hotel was really good. Nice staff and helpful. It isn’t actually that far from the mosque. It took me exactly 12 minutes from my room to the mosque. About 4 lifts , fast. Affordable hotel. Couldn’t complain.

This hotel is a good option for a reasonable price. The room was clean. It’s definitely walkable, (which includes crossing a main road with no signal). The staff was courteous. Crockery could really use some upgrade. Bowl handles were broken, and plates were chipped. Breakfast options were very limited compared to other hotels.

Staff very helpful especially at reception and Mahmoud and his staff at breakfast buffet, with nice selection. Problem is the guests who waste so much food and neglect the sunnah of cleaning ones plate. About 10 minutes walk. I knew beforehand I had to give a deposit od 200 Ryals, they accepted £40 and I had no issues in getting my full deposit back.

Worse food for breakfast I absolutely not recommend getting breakfast there. rude staff at the desk we had to wait for front person to finish eating in the back while we wait for deposit money back which by the way charge your CC and give you cash back when check out.

The rooms are super dirty there were hair on the bedsheet as well as inside the pillow cover after complaining it still took them one entire day to change our room apart from that the breakfast is really horrible the restaurant manager is extremely rude. The bread options were not fresh at all the vegetable for salad were of not good quality and the juices instead of fresh juices were full powdered juice of very bad quality.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Prophet’s Mosque, so you really don’t need a car. The room was generally in okay condition, although two of the USB ports were not working. Since I only had one adapter with me, the hotel kindly provided an extra one. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower area is also limited, with no glass door. According to maintenance, this is the standard setup, but it made showering uncomfortable due to concerns about water splashing onto the bathroom floor. The complimentary breakfast (Ramadan iftar) was acceptable, though not of the highest quality. On a positive note, the hotel returned the security deposit immediately upon checkout. Overall, it’s a good option, but there is room for improvement.

‏the furniture was old and neglected. Doors were broken, shower missing a door, AC not working and room was constantly 30C( luckily we visited in February) Overall the room was small, barely fits the three twin beds it was fitted with. The breakfast buffet was average, not the worst, but nothing that stands out.
