Being at the front of the complex it was an easy walk to the beach. The entire property is well maintained and landscaped.

Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.
