Bij aankomst werd ons een upgrade aangeboden.Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen,dicht bij openbaar vervoer en winkels. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt super. Koffie en thee kan je zelf nemen, eventueel op het terrasje opdrinken met zicht op het parlement. Ook op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag worden vanaf 18 uur gratis drankjes en hapjes aangeboden. Jammer dat het parlement in een grote renovatie zit en we dit niet konden bezoeken. Maar Den Haag en Scheveningen hebben genoeg te bieden om je niet te vervelen. Was super 4-daagse citytrip.

Lovely buffet breakfast! Suite was fantastic, hotel feels spacious and is very clean. All staff were so polite friendly and made the stay so comfortable. Laundry facilities and 24 hr access to hot drinks and mineral water were such a nice touch Will definitely be back!

Top Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Sehr praktisch, aber auch sehr teuer: es gibt ein Parkhaus. Was fehlt ist ein Parkplatz für Kurzparker vor dem Haus, für die Anreise. Ansonsten nur Lob.

We had a perfect stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and polite, the breakfast delious. They have a free happy hour and 24 hour coffe is available. We had a coffee maker in our room but as we were on the ground floor, it was easier to get coffe from the big machine which provide a variety of coffe choices. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing was the convenient location, across the street from the Mauthuis and within walking distance for everything The tram stop is virtually in front of the hotel providing a quick ride to the central station when carrying your bags. Otherwise just walk. I think for everything it offers this hotel is a bargain.

Loved everything about this Staybridge. Special mention for the staff who were super keen to help and proactively thought about the needs of our family. With its kitchenette in place of room service, it’s more suited to longer stays, but that was fine for us. There are a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from - just be aware that they close at what is an early hour for many other cultures (9pm). The parking is a very reasonable price, but was challenging to get a large car in. In conclusion, excelente hotel. Very happy with the service!

Great two bedroom suite with kitchen including dishwasher, full fridge, hob ans microwave. Comfy beds and clean and modern. Airy reception and dining space and lovely lounge ans extra dining room. Good buffet breakfast and a great 5pm drinks and nibbles happy hour. Small pantry/store for snacks and essentials and an ice machine. Friendly reception staff. Great location near tram stops and a few minutes walk into the center of Den Haag. Would choose to stay again.

Super hotel met suites met keuken faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt inclusief zeer lekker en genoeg keuze. In de lobby gratis koffie en thee. Gezellige zitkamer. Parking dichtbij maar ook parking bij hotel aanwezig. Tram stops op loopafstand en het centrum is ook makkelijk te voet te bereiken . Goede service en leuk personeel . Op woensdag en donderdag gratis snacks en drankjes super gewaardeerd.

We loved the stylish look and decor of the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and crisp. The Happy Hour was a very nice touch!! The front desk clerks were always helpful and welcoming.

Sehr gute Unterkunft um Den Haag zu erkunden. Die Appartements werden überwiegend länger vermietet (Wohnen auf Zeit) und sind gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist schon älter (Aufzug von 1985), ist aber gut in Schuss. Preis / Leistung ist gut. Nachteile: Zimmer zum Innenhof sind recht dunkel es roch ein wenig muffig, mag aber auch daran liegen, dass unser Appartement einige Zeit nicht genutzt wurde. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Die Dusche könnte neue Dichtungen und Silikon vertragen. Parken ist wie immer in den Niederlanden recht teuer würde ich aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Tiefgarage ist recht eng, besonders die Einfahrt. Man kann aber jeder Zeit ein- und ausfahren. Frühstück war zweckmäßig (man muss vorher eine Zeit angeben wobei von 09:00 bis 09:45 nicht möglich war). Service war freundlich.

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect. Tram stop was 100M away. Walk to strain station in 20 min or 2 stops on the tram. Walking distance to everything. Very central location. Only thing is the lighting in the bathroom is awful. They need more light to see your face. A magnifying mirror is needed as well. We stayed 3 nights and would have stayed longer if we had more time. Breakfast included was good. Trains and trams are so easy to use in NL, tap on and off with your credit card to go anywhere.

The location is close to tram stops to get anywhere in The Hague. The full breakfast is great for starting your day. Very nice suite rooms with a kitchenette for longer stays-we were there 1 1/2 days.

Prima hotel, vooral geen gekke optie voor als je met kids op pad gaat en samen in 1 kamer wilt verblijven (er zit een deur tussen woonkamer met sofabed en slaapkamer). Fijn voor een klein gezin! Onze kamer op de 3e verdieping had veel last van lawaaiil; alle leiding- en ventilatiewerk lijkt boven de kamer te lopen, dat had beter geïsoleerd moeten worden. Het ontbijt is wat eenvoudig (mist bijv. Een Frans kaasje of goede ham of zalm). Erg fijn is de koffie die je onbeperkt lan gebruiken in de lobby.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Chiari was especially nice at check in. Perfect location to explore this wonderful city. I enjoyed more than Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We loved the stylish look and decor of the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and crisp. The Happy Hour was a very nice touch!! The front desk clerks were always helpful and welcoming.

Bij aankomst werd ons een upgrade aangeboden.Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen,dicht bij openbaar vervoer en winkels. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt super. Koffie en thee kan je zelf nemen, eventueel op het terrasje opdrinken met zicht op het parlement. Ook op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag worden vanaf 18 uur gratis drankjes en hapjes aangeboden. Jammer dat het parlement in een grote renovatie zit en we dit niet konden bezoeken. Maar Den Haag en Scheveningen hebben genoeg te bieden om je niet te vervelen. Was super 4-daagse citytrip.

Our room was in good condition, clean and well maintained, with a small kitchenette. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located, just across from the Parliament and Mauritshuis, as well as the Escher museum. There is a square within walking distance with many restaurants. Due to practice for the annual King's procession our taxi driver had to drop us off several hundred yards from the hotel, and Randy met us and helped us carry our luggage. Breakfast had good variety and was always ready at 6:30 am as promised. Finally, the "light bites and conversation" in the lobby/check-in/breakfast area on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant visit. Would consider Staybridge again if we return to the Hague.

A perfect home from home in an exceĺlent location. All the convenience of a hotel [breakfast , light servicing & coffee on tap included] combined with the independence of a lounge and kitchen to fix up a snak. The location of the hotel is in the city center overlooking Hofvijver and Parliament. The Mauritshuis museum is only steps away. The area is quiet and pleasant to stroll around. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The Noordeinde Palace is also within walking distance. The breakfast provided by hotel was a bonus. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is close to tram stops to get anywhere in The Hague. The full breakfast is great for starting your day. Very nice suite rooms with a kitchenette for longer stays-we were there 1 1/2 days.

We had a perfect stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and polite, the breakfast delious. They have a free happy hour and 24 hour coffe is available. We had a coffee maker in our room but as we were on the ground floor, it was easier to get coffe from the big machine which provide a variety of coffe choices. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing was the convenient location, across the street from the Mauthuis and within walking distance for everything The tram stop is virtually in front of the hotel providing a quick ride to the central station when carrying your bags. Otherwise just walk. I think for everything it offers this hotel is a bargain.

Leider sehr dunkles Zimmer zu einem schmalen Lichthof. Das Zimmer an sich war schön. Leider war das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich: Rührei aus der Tüte, an 2 von 4 Tagen keine Butter sondern nur Magarine, das Obst zum großen Teil aus der Dose. Das haben wir sogar in Holland schon deutlich besser erlebt. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr zentral.

The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in! Absolutely fantastic location by the lake, nice restaurants, shops and tram. The staff were super nice and courteous at reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and around the hotel in general. The breakfast was very wholesome and great variety of hot and cold foods and healthy options as well. We loved the option of having free drinks and goodies available through the day and happy hours with free snacks and drinks in evening. The facilities in the room has full kitchen, dishes, fridge, microwave, stove and pots and pans available. The room was quite large with enough space to work from there, relax and enough space to hang and store our clothes. I hate it when hotels don’t have enough closet space but this hotel was more than enough. The room was clean and they have light cleaning daily . Some may find the light cleaning option not enough but for us it was sufficient we felt and room felt clean and tidy. The hotel also has a full gym, bikes and umbrella available if I remember right and we were able to also use the safe in room. We stayed five nights and felt could have stayed longer given the excellent hotel. We are also members of the hotel points system which allowed us to also enjoy late checkout and staff were so kind and nice about it. A+ rating overall.
