Very functional kitchen with all the amenities you could hope for and a nice comfortable bed. Hotel staff are responsive to requests through WhatsApp. The main reason I took off a star is for the very tiny bathroom and shower. I wish they had made these bigger even if the rest of the room was then smaller. The bidet was also not very useful because of the angle it sprayed.

Das Hotel ist sauber, gepflegt und in einer guten Lage, der Weg in die Stadt ist sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen und problemlos. Das Familienzimmer ist groß und wir hatten eine kleine Küche, was sehr gut gefallen hat. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war verhältnismäßig teuer, aber direkt am Hotel und mit Schranke gesichert.

Hôtel propre et récent, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le personnel est sympathique. L’hôtel est situé non loin du centre ville d’Utrecht, 4 station de bus. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner cependant le restaurant de l’hôtel est bon et à la décoration sympathique. Rapport qualité prix intéressant mais des hôtels situés directement en plein centre du même standing sont au même prix. Le seul bémol, le parking est payant, au tarif de 17€/jour, je trouve cela excessif au vue du prix déjà payé pour la chambre.

Good place to stay in Utrecht. It was an office building converted to apartments and bathrooms are not comfortable. If you are a big person you have to squeeze yourself to fit in the toilet. Also the location is decent but a little bit apart from city center but if you can ride a bike is no problem, they have them available (for a fee). If you stay there there's a coffee in front of it between the two canals called Soia that is very nice

Schöne Zimmer, schönes Bad. Gutes Bett, habe sehr gut dort geschlafen. Sehr nette Rezeption. Parkticket gilt 24h, genug Parkplätzen im Parkhaus vorhanden. Wenn ich wieder in Utrecht bin, komme ich dort wieder hin

Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too.

Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Ambiente silenzioso. Un po' fuori mano, ma in 25minuti a piedi lungo i canali si raggiunge il centro conferenze Jaarbeur, oppure in autobus, molto frequenti. Attenzione al checkin, che pare chiuda alle 22.00.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel. Lage mit dem Fahrrad für die Stadt gut erreichbar. Sonst etwas ausserhalb. Self Check-in hat nicht funktioniert (nicht nur bei uns). Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht und das mit dem Parkplatz hat auch nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem ist das Zimmer und Hotel eigentlich sauber und gut.

Room was very clean and everything was working. Kitchen and refrigerator were a great thing to have. Staff at reception was very helpful when I was needing attention. My work brought me to this area of Utrecht so was great to find this place to stay.

I am not really satisfied with the service I received. The hotel doesn't change on a daily basis your bedsheets and they only clean your room every fourth day just when I booked only for 3 nights!!! Airconditioning was not blowing fully cold air and didn't make any difference in terms of the room temperature as during my stay was very hot outside between 24th of June and 27th of June. On my second day, the alarm went off in the building and the hotel failed to notify us what was going on so expect absolutely a lack of communication from them. Also, the hotel doesn't have normal TV channels available if you want to watch Dutch channels or international channels like CNN, BBC News or Discovery channel but instead you're expected to use Youtube or Netflix as the alternative. There is no reception available downstairs as you will need to use self-service when checking in and my experience was not that great at all because the system simply couldn't find me in the beginning, so you will have to call someone from the hotel who will come down to sort this out which in effect only adds more unnecessary waiting time. So if I have to give a rating I rate this hotel a solid 2 stars and would I come back again to this hotel? I highly doubt it!

The appartment was really big, spacious and 3 out of 4 walls were in windows, which made rhe room opened, bright. But had curtains to close at night. A small kitchen was also nice, just enough to use for basic dinner. Loved it.

It’s walkable distance from the bus stop and even to the central station. Right near the quiet peaceful neighborhood, Oog in Al and Lombok and my boys (10 and 7) and I especially loved this area because it was safe and had lots of beautiful parks with kids playing. And everything was so clean and the windows were huge and could observe 180° view of Utrecht.
It’s walkable distance from the bus stop and even to the central station. Right near the quiet peaceful neighborhood, Oog in Al and Lombok and my boys (10 and 7) and I especially loved this area because it was safe and had lots of beautiful parks with kids playing. And everything was so clean and the windows were huge and could observe 180° view of Utrecht.

The lighting inside the room was terrible. A few spotlights and that was about it. The self-checkin was a bit annoying You better bring your own toiletries because you just get a small soap and a tiny little cointainer of showergel.

My experience with this place was unequivocally negative and shows exactly how guest service should not look. Despite saying staff were around they were not. The ground floor restaurant is separate. They will not help. We assumed we could use the restaurant as guests. Rhe hotel dalls between 2 stolls. Some of the faciluties forca hotel are not there but equallythe apartment approach meabs guests are left to get on with it.

The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly; check-in was a breeze. I liked that the room I had was a studio apartment. However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. The hotel is a 35-40min walk from the train station, but you could take buses also.

I am not really satisfied with the service I received. The hotel doesn't change on a daily basis your bedsheets and they only clean your room every fourth day just when I booked only for 3 nights!!! Airconditioning was not blowing fully cold air and didn't make any difference in terms of the room temperature as during my stay was very hot outside between 24th of June and 27th of June. On my second day, the alarm went off in the building and the hotel failed to notify us what was going on so expect absolutely a lack of communication from them. Also, the hotel doesn't have normal TV channels available if you want to watch Dutch channels or international channels like CNN, BBC News or Discovery channel but instead you're expected to use Youtube or Netflix as the alternative. There is no reception available downstairs as you will need to use self-service when checking in and my experience was not that great at all because the system simply couldn't find me in the beginning, so you will have to call someone from the hotel who will come down to sort this out which in effect only adds more unnecessary waiting time. So if I have to give a rating I rate this hotel a solid 2 stars and would I come back again to this hotel? I highly doubt it!

Schöne Zimmer, schönes Bad. Gutes Bett, habe sehr gut dort geschlafen. Sehr nette Rezeption. Parkticket gilt 24h, genug Parkplätzen im Parkhaus vorhanden. Wenn ich wieder in Utrecht bin, komme ich dort wieder hin

Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too.

The hotel was very well appointed, lovely smart rooms with a great view of the canal. Staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed three nights whilst working in the city and for that purpose it was amazing value. Cycle links to the centre are very easy and it took me 10 minutes to pedal to the city centre. Highly recoomend for work or holiday.

Good place to stay in Utrecht. It was an office building converted to apartments and bathrooms are not comfortable. If you are a big person you have to squeeze yourself to fit in the toilet. Also the location is decent but a little bit apart from city center but if you can ride a bike is no problem, they have them available (for a fee). If you stay there there's a coffee in front of it between the two canals called Soia that is very nice

Es wäre toll gewesen, für die Küche etwas Spülmittel und einen Lappen zu haben. Der Rest war super. Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng... auch zum rein und rausgehen aus der Duschen. Wir sind "schlank"... für uns hat es gereicht. Sonst war es topp ;-))

Hôtel propre et récent, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le personnel est sympathique. L’hôtel est situé non loin du centre ville d’Utrecht, 4 station de bus. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner cependant le restaurant de l’hôtel est bon et à la décoration sympathique. Rapport qualité prix intéressant mais des hôtels situés directement en plein centre du même standing sont au même prix. Le seul bémol, le parking est payant, au tarif de 17€/jour, je trouve cela excessif au vue du prix déjà payé pour la chambre.

C'est un appart'hotel. Une denrée assez rare, mais où l'on peut cuisiner : le Netto du coin est à 10mn à pied, le long d'un bras du Vecht et la balade est jolie. J'ai opté pour une suite, en "upgrading", avec une baie vitrée qui courait sur 3 grands murs. Sympa. Très sympa. En outre, avec les les bus (28, 73 et 12 il me semble) à 500m de là, on est à la gare. Donc dans l'hyper centre. Economique. Pratique. Et l'accueil est sympa. Contact Whast'App 24h/24. Je recommande.

My room has a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. It was close to a grocery store and bus stop with many options to get around. Staff was extremely helpful when I couldn’t get the laundry app to work. Would stay here again.

The room is spacious and well equipped; the kitchen is very helpful. The reception desk has limited hours but the staff could be reached via intercom outside of the hours. Very pleasant stay; I look forward to returning next time I am in Utrecht.
