My wife, 2 dogs, & I wanted to stop somewhere after about 10 hours of driving home from the Outer Banks. Leslie & Allen’s cottage on their farm was perfect. Private, but owners are very close if needed. Updated farmhouse cottage had tons of space for us & our dogs. Location just outside the city which is an easy 10 to 15 minutes away. Was great location for a couple of distillery visits and my bourbon hunting. Also really enjoyed the arboretum with our dogs. Next visit to Lexington, we’ll be checking if the cottage has vacancy. Highly recommended.

We had an exceptional stay. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The views of the horse farm and vineyards when we sat outside and watched the sunset by the fire pit are a memory that I will always treasure.

This place is so cute!!!!! We have stayed before! The property is amazing. Very quiet and safe. The owners are very nice. Always so helpful. And they have really awesome wine that they make! Silver Springs farm is worth the stay!

This was our first Vrbo. We were well pleased. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do in Lexington and Georgetown. We were able to bring our dog and she had a large beautiful yard to run and exercise. Our hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. We will book this spot again. Thank you Leslie for a wonderful place to stay.

After enjoying the scenic and beautiful drive to the property, you’re gonna find yourself, surrounded by quiet and relaxing scenery, friendly horses, a clean and cozy place to say with added benefit of a private and cozy campfire. We had an accommodating enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Very cute and cozy cottage on a beautiful property. Bonus that it's on a winery and you can try their wine! We witnessed an amazing sunset and woke up to horses grazing near by. The owner/ main house does over look the front of cottage so there's not total privacy but we would definitely stay again. Loved this spot!

Immaculate, beautiful country cottage on a farm and winery in Kentucky horse country. The location was easy to find, the host and hostess were incredibly kind and helpful. This property ended up being one of our favorites! It was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. From the bedding to the kitchen utensils/appliances. It was a perfect get away. We enjoyed just sitting in the yard and relaxing!! The sunsets were also amazing!! We hope to return!!

We were in town for the Kentucky Three Day Event and wanted a place to enjoy beautiful Kentucky after a day at the horse park. This cottage was perfect and was a quiet place to retreat to conveniently close to the horse park and good places for dinner. The cottage is clean, the property is beautiful, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the cottage. It was just like the ad states very charming and very relaxing. Everything was so clean and it was stocked with all items needed. Withing driving distance of things we had scheduled to do. Beautiful country sites. Loved it all.

This charming cottage sits on beautiful property with a lovely scenic setting. The cottage, itself, is absolutely adorable inside. We loved everything about it. We were only there one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were also incredibly comfortable with super soft sheets and blankets.

Quiet location but still close to city. Driveway was a little hard to find first time. The cottage felt like my grandma's house. The tub is a little tricky if you are short like me. Leslie and Al were very nice to talk with.

Cute little country house just minutes from the city. Super comfortable bed. The grounds looked lovely, but it was cold, windy, and damp out during our stay. Would love to come back and enjoy the setting more.

My husband, our Corgi, and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It is a beautiful location and the cottage itself has much to offer, we only wish we could've stayed longer. The cottage is equipped with anything you might want for a comfortable stay and to serve, or cook, meals. Bedroom comfortable with king bed and plenty of room to spread out.

We had a wonderful stay at this truly charming cottage. The cottage was beautifully updated while still maintaining its historic character. Hosts Leslie and Al were extremely welcoming. For a seperate fee you can book a wine tasting with Host Al which we thoroughly enjoyed. He gave us a tour of the property, its history, and the award winning wine he produces from his vineyard are not to be missed. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely country cottage close to the city. We spent time talking and laughing, the four of us sitting out back and watching the sun set while horses grazed in the nearby pasture. Grape vines next door and beautiful trees all around. A comfortable place inside and out with a well appointed kitchen. Enjoyed it immensely and would go back.

A perfect setting to sit back and relax. Front porch was perfect to sit and rest a spell. A clean, comfy and cozy interior. Beautiful grounds to walk around, visit the horses or sit by the back fire pit - we didn’t use but it would certainly be inviting. Leslie and Allen were gracious and hospitable hosts. We frequently utilize Vrbo and it’s rare that we get to meet the hosts, so it was nice to met them. Very communicative and ensured our needs were met.

My wife and I stayed here a few years ago and came back for another four night stay. Everything was great again, it's a very comfortable cottage that has everything you need. Leslie is always a great communicator, checking in daily to see if you need anything. The location is perfect for bourbon trail activites, being very close to numerous distilleries including Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Four Roses, and Wild Turkey. Can't recommend this property highly enough!

House is located on a beautiful horse farm 10 mins from downtown Lexington and Keeneland. Terrific spot to relax and unwind. Owners house is located next door and they were terrific. There are several thoroughbred horses on the property. My wife enjoyed feeding them while I hit golf balls on the property. This property is a gem in the middle of horse country!

Staying at this wonderful cottage was perfect. Leslie and Al were informative and just really nice. Their property was very relaxing, a place to escape The location was great minutes from downtown, the horses and the distilleries.
Staying at this wonderful cottage was perfect. Leslie and Al were informative and just really nice. Their property was very relaxing, a place to escape The location was great minutes from downtown, the horses and the distilleries.

My wife and I stayed here a few years ago and came back for another four night stay. Everything was great again, it's a very comfortable cottage that has everything you need. Leslie is always a great communicator, checking in daily to see if you need anything. The location is perfect for bourbon trail activites, being very close to numerous distilleries including Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Four Roses, and Wild Turkey. Can't recommend this property highly enough!

Everything was great! Anything that you need was there, and they check on you to see if you need anything else! Great to have a washer dryer! Great location to the Kentucky Horse Park

Though our visit was short, enjoyed the cute cottage. A little slice of KY with the rolling hills, horse, and vineyard. Yet, was close to stores and downtown within 10-15minutes. Would definitely come back again!

The cottage was within 15-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do -- horse farm tours, Keeneland Race Track, Woodford Reserve, downtown Lexington. The kitchen was very well equipped and there enough space for both of us to prep meals. The bed was quite comfortable. Outdoor space was large and equipped with a table and chairs although we didn't get to enjoy it much due to the cool temperatures and rain.

We were in town for the Kentucky Three Day Event and wanted a place to enjoy beautiful Kentucky after a day at the horse park. This cottage was perfect and was a quiet place to retreat to conveniently close to the horse park and good places for dinner. The cottage is clean, the property is beautiful, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location but still close to city. Driveway was a little hard to find first time. The cottage felt like my grandma's house. The tub is a little tricky if you are short like me. Leslie and Al were very nice to talk with.

This was exactly what we wanted. A place with ambiance and local flavor that was close to Keeneland! Cute cottage. Beautiful land surrounding it with horses we could pet and a vineyard. We cooked a nice dinner and threw a football around the vast flat yard. It felt like we were staying in a warm, cozy relatives little house!

We loved the property, the hosts, and the cottage! Relaxing, beautiful, and felt like home! Great location for picking up quick eats but they have everything you need if you love to cook! Definitely plan on staying here!

This place is so cute!!!!! We have stayed before! The property is amazing. Very quiet and safe. The owners are very nice. Always so helpful. And they have really awesome wine that they make! Silver Springs farm is worth the stay!

Very cute and cozy cottage on a beautiful property. Bonus that it's on a winery and you can try their wine! We witnessed an amazing sunset and woke up to horses grazing near by. The owner/ main house does over look the front of cottage so there's not total privacy but we would definitely stay again. Loved this spot!

This property is amazing. Out the back you see horses and to the side you see a small vineyard. The owners have taken great pains to ensure every detail is simply perfect!

My husband, our Corgi, and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It is a beautiful location and the cottage itself has much to offer, we only wish we could've stayed longer. The cottage is equipped with anything you might want for a comfortable stay and to serve, or cook, meals. Bedroom comfortable with king bed and plenty of room to spread out.

We had a wonderful stay at this truly charming cottage. The cottage was beautifully updated while still maintaining its historic character. Hosts Leslie and Al were extremely welcoming. For a seperate fee you can book a wine tasting with Host Al which we thoroughly enjoyed. He gave us a tour of the property, its history, and the award winning wine he produces from his vineyard are not to be missed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying here; the first was with my daughter for a college visit five years ago and this time with my husband for some R&R in the Lexington area. It was as cozy and comfortable as I remembered it, but without the horses that we befriended last time. The bedroom bed is super comfortable -- I wanted to bring those sheets home with us! The kitchen was well outfitted so we could make our breakfast in-house (thanks for having turmeric in the drawer!). I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great property with great location. The hostess was very communicative and checked in on us daily. The cottage was cosy and clean, and the grounds looked beautiful, although we did not get to explore them or tour their vineyard due to the VERY rainy weather.The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. The bathroom was functional, but bring your own soap and shampoo. AOverall, wonderful stay and would recommend!

Leslie and Al were wonderful! We enjoyed their guest cottage so much. It was comfortable and a great place to crash at the end of a long day of exploring. My daughter enjoyed meeting the horses and ‘greeting them every morning and evening.’

We had a fabulous time. What could be better than waking up on a farm with horses and a vineyard! The cottage was super cute and cozy. Property owner was super sweet at checking in on us daily. Great location too. Super comfy king bed.

We’ve stayed at this cottage twice and enjoyed it immensely each time. The house is perfect for a visit to Lexington! You’re close to everything while still getting to experience a beautiful farm setting, complete with horses. It’s truly an ideal Lexington getaway!
