ホテル全体は静かで落ち着いて過ごすことができました。お風呂は湯温が分かれていて楽しむことができました。お風呂の洗い場の排水溝が詰まっていて排水が溜まっていたのが残念でしたが、スタッフの方に伝えるとすぐに対応していただきました。チェックイン時、空いていたのですがスタッフ間の連携がとれていず、スタッフが変わるたびに同じ説明をさせられました。煩わしかったです。女性スタッフが若くて綺麗な方だったので許せましたが、年配の偉そうな男性スタッフはフロント、売店ともに無愛想で話したくありませんでした。もったいないなといった感じです。

Horrible experience that I can’t get on internet after entering the hotel code and password to book my bus ride to airport the next day! The front desk gentleman staff told me that they did have that problem. Why not fix it!

彼と旅行。スタッフの方は丁寧で優しい夜バイキングはお肉料理多め、パスタなどあれば良かったのにと思った朝バイキングの方が個人的には好き部屋は和室だったので布団を敷気に来てくれた。でも予定の時間より早かったのは少し困った。部屋に居ても他のお客さんの声は結構聞こえて足音もスイッチの音も聞こえた空調？の音も夜中突然発生してうるさかったでもとても楽しい思い出が出来ました！お世話になりました。

Internet is terribly not working inside this hotel. It’s horrible that I cannot get on internet after entering the given code and password. I reported this problem to the front desk staff and asked for help, but the staff told me that it had been like this in their hotel. I don’t understand why the hotel knows this problem, but they don’t fix it. This is not like in Japan!

In love with Noribetsu, so staying here was a no biggie. The place is nice and the room is big. This place was a non-smoking friendly and true compare to another hotel I have stayed last year in Noribetsu where i requested for a non-smoking room to only get a smoking room. The only thing I wish was different is for the meal to change on a daily base, because you will be eating the same breakfast and dinner everyday.

In love with Noribetsu, so staying here was a no biggie. The place is nice and the room is big. Room is big, very near to Hell Valley, Demon Shrine and natural foot bath. But hotel design and facilities are dated, shower curtain have stains, there are no usb sockets for charging.

Location is ok, only few mins walk to main attraction. The hotel is aged, given it's more old style Japanese hotel. A little bit too expensive for this hotel.

In love with Noribetsu, so staying here was a no biggie. The place is nice and the room is big. This place was a non-smoking friendly and true compare to another hotel I have stayed last year in Noribetsu where i requested for a non-smoking room to only get a smoking room. The only thing I wish was different is for the meal to change on a daily base, because you will be eating the same breakfast and dinner everyday.

温泉・部屋に関しては古いけれどきちんと整備されていていいと思った。夕食に関しても特筆すべきものはないものの宿泊料金からみれば満足のいくものであった。ただ朝食は楽しみにしていたいくらが提供されず、そうなるとその他のものは陳腐なメニューになってしまいとても残念であった。

L’emplacement est très pratique, juste à côté de l’arrêt de bus en provenance de la gare. Accueil charmant, la chambre était grande et confortable. Le onsen était vraiment grand, avec un joli bain extérieur. Mon seul regret était le buffet du dîner, beaucoup de viande et de plats préparé sans explication.

Great location, and wonderful hot springs! The hotel is comfortable and the bath was large. Lots of stairs to the hot springs so not so good if you have a hard time walking. Nice breakfast buffet. The listing on hotels.com says breakfast is included but I was told that it was not when I got there. I was asked to show my confirmation email which doesn’t say either way, but the ad on the site says it’s included. Anyhow the manager was kind enough to include the breakfast. The hotel or the reservation site should change the listing if breakfast is not included as to avoid confusion, and not make it the customers responsibility. I’ve booked for many years on the site and this is the first time I’ve had this problem. Unfortunately, my interactions lead me to not be able to fully relax at the onsen which is a shame because the hotel is quite nice. Great location to tourist sites.
