We checked into this hotel after leaving another local hotel that was gross and unsafe. We were only here for one night but our experience was excellent. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Our room was exceptionally clean and nice. Walls must be well insulated because we didn’t hear a single noise coming from the hallways or neighboring rooms. We weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast or amenities but everything appeared nice and well kept. Should we ever return to this area we would 100% stay here again.

The property was clean and the front desk and breakfast team was extremely nice. The breakfast was great and offered different hot specialty options daily along with the standard breakfast. This is perfect for my kids who don’t eat the same thing daily. Only issues were asked one of the housekeepers for extra towels and was told “no”, and the parking fills up quickly. I do recommend the property for your next stay

Modern and spacious. Quality fixtures and nice finish to room. Couple of food stains were on electric stove but otherwise room was clean. Would recommend. The parking lot is on the small side and has 6 spaces dedicated to electric charging stations.

I chose this hotel based on high user ratings and also because the price was higher than other locations. The room was good but not great. For example: smears on the television, the second bed appeared to have been used to organise a previous guests’ suitcase, towels were clean but disorganized. Price premium was about 110$ including tax versus other properties. I would not pay higher for this property, the value was not there.

We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through but the staff were quick and responsive. The King Studio we stayed in had lots of space and everything we needed. There are a ton of food options around the area so you can find whatever you are in the mood for. The bed was comfy and we slept well! If passing through Cleveland, I would absolutely stay again.

Front desk is the worst. Waiting 5 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. It took her another 5 minutes to figure out my reservation. She kept walking away and then talking to someone else. Then she gave me the wrong room key. When I got the right one the room was the wrong room. I went back and another girl changed it. 30 minutes later and I was in the room. I travel 200 days a year and this was the worst.

The front desk staff both for check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Overall good atay, we would stay there again. Onky a few negatives, carpet in all hotels looks gross and unclean. Open showers i personally do not care for because its cold. Definitely suggest non slip prevention in showers, holy wow it was like trying to balance on ice.

Super comfortable room, excellent staff assistance when needed, and perfect location for us. It’s a new property so everything looks nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Responsive staff emailed us ahead of time to make sure the handicapped room would work for my husband.

Residence Inn in Middleburg Heights was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast area was roomy, clean, and well stocked. The design of the room was well thought out although if I had wanted to use the kitchenette I think there should have been a light over the sink.

It was amazing! From the time in, to check out, everything, and I do mean everything was fabulous! It was extremely clean, it wasn't noisy, there was breakfast, it was comfortable! It is very convenient, right off the highway, plenty of food places around, very well lit up! The woman at check in was the best! The smiles of everyone working out was truly an experience unlike any of Residence Inn that I have been to. When I come again, and I will come again, it will be here that I stay! I actually can't wait to come back!

The property was clean and the front desk and breakfast team was extremely nice. The breakfast was great and offered different hot specialty options daily along with the standard breakfast. This is perfect for my kids who don’t eat the same thing daily. Only issues were asked one of the housekeepers for extra towels and was told “no”, and the parking fills up quickly. I do recommend the property for your next stay

While the hotel is mostly clean and orderly, has very large rooms and a good free breakfast, the front desk staff were low energy and not always helpful. If you work in hospitality, the goal is to be hospitable. If you are overly shy, quiet and not engaging with patrons, it defeats the purpose of working in hospitality. We had very disruptive guests above who were banging, jumping, moving furniture, slamming things, stomping, etc. long into the night after 11 pm. The Front Desk staff were provided little help or explanation. While I understand you can not help what some guests do, you can enforce quiet hour rules that should be in place after 10 pm.
