The beds were comfortable. The warm water was ample. The bathroom was a bit worn out. The laundry facilities were poor. One machine was out of order, another was unhooked from water and the third kept beeping at every attempt to pay. At least a half empty beer bottle was provided.

Property under construction and the Shower wouldn’t drain, and the toilet backed up on every flush, need to use a plunger. TV remote didn’t work, staff tried to fix but wasn’t able to and after 2 days never had a TV. Room was dirty and not serviced but did request request towels and were delivered. Breakfast was marginal and understandable account of the construction taking place.

Staff was kind. Room was smelly and not well cleaned. The bathroom was full of smashed insects. There was no parking available in the main lot whatsoever, so we had to park in the back of the hotel on a side street (basically an alley).

Hotel is beginning some renovation work. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The advance check in and check out from my phone was super easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and several options were available. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel appeared to be under renovation. Room was old and dirty. We had a 12 week old puppy and would not let him out of his crate. Did not bother to complain to management we just decided not to spend the night and we drove the final leg of our trip.

Our room was not clean, there was no shower curtain and only 1 towel in the bathroom, and the floor and the toilet were filthy. We did call the front desk and they offered to switch us to a new room the next day. I asked for cleaning supplies and I cleaned the room myself. The next day the weekend cleaning lady did a good job of cleaning our room while we were out. Hotel is very run down. We could deal with them remodeling, however it was filthy. Staff was very nice though, they did not offer a discount which we think should have been offered.

You get what you pay for! $100 got us a decent night sleep but no hot shower. 2 day stay and no hot water to shower with. Was told that “Everyone must have been using it at the same time” It provided a roof over our heads while we needed it so the room served it’s purpose

The only reason that I didn't give an overall 1 is because the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was dirty with the bath mat along with a bar of soap were laying on the floor behind the toilet. TV didn't work so, finally figured out that it wasn't plugged in. There was a 800 lb piece of furniture in front of the plug. Finally were able to plug tv in. There was what appeared to be dried blood on wall outside of bathroom. 1/2" gap under door and, since it was 9 degrees outside we some pillows at bottom of door. It was surprising and not what I would expect from Howard Johnson or Wyndham. Should have stayed at Best Western.

My wife and I made a trip to Sprinerville AZ for their Christmas celebration weekend. Our room at Howard Johnson's was awesome. Very spacious suite with whirlpool tub. We frequent the Springerville area often and look forward to our next stay.

After several days of hiking & camping in New Mexico, in early march (it got down to 19° at night) I really wanted a hot bath, a soft bed & a heated room to sleep in & boy, did I surprise even myself with this find! (And it gave me an excuse to check out Arizona !) I wasnt expecting much more than the basics when I booked, the room prices were surprisingly low & so I booked the king bed suite, the tub has jets! My sore muscles rejoice! And the room is absolutely adorable, the fishing theme & decor were very nice- an outdorsy vibe I appreciated since Id chickened out on that 3rd night of camping the suite is surprisingly large, a comfy couch & multiple chairs, lamps with softer lighting- there is also a separate walk-in shower & they provided plenty of clean!

The ac kept the room warm and comfortable. I like a firm mattress but this mattress was as firm as a sleeping on a wood floor. Could not take a shower because the hot water turned cold at the shower head. Also, the hot water faucet would not shut off. The hotel is in a severe need for a renovation.

The bed was a complete piece of garbage. The light outside the room was so bright, and the curtains so frail, the room was lit up like day light. We have been stayat the hotel for years, weare very disappointed in the conditions now. We will fimd other lodging from now on.

We had the Keihne suite. The room is everything it's picture online shows and more. Very clean and spacious. Lots of room for sitting and luggage. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Primarily, this is a “has been” motel. There’s couple of small pictures on the wall that were non descript. The thing that bothered me most was the lack of adequate lighting. There was one lamp by the bed that did not cast enough light for reading. There was another lamp across the room, but no nightstand to put it on. There were wall sconces on the wall opposing of the door that didn’t remedy the light problem.

Was a last minute book. Staff was s friendly. Facility was clean. Basically a motel 6 type setup. Parking lot view, brightly lit curtains let in a lot of light at night. Can hear most neighbors around. Was inexpensive and felt safe.

I arrived early and they wanted to charged me $20 to check in early so I just said I would come back later and then I came back and I had to wait almost an hour before my room was ready!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never stay here again 🙃 not worth $100 for this terrible room!!

After being on the road for two days, I was in desperate need of a bed and some rest. What I got was a horrible check-in experience. You initially put me in a room that was at the end of a hallway where all the rooms around me were under construction and I did not feel safe at the end of a renovation hallway. The second room you moved me to had no electricity. Finally the owner put me in a handicap accessible room that was good enough. I’ll look elsewhere for accommodations in the future.

We had a great stay. Unsure why all the negative reviews. Friendly, nice room , only thing was coffee pot needed clean. Other than that it was a fine place to lay my head for the night.

We had a great stay. Unsure why all the negative reviews. Friendly, nice room , only thing was coffee pot needed clean. Other than that it was a fine place to lay my head for the night.

Got there an hour early and wanted to check in. Was charged $20.00 for early check in. There were no cars in the lot. Many rooms were ready. That $20.00 was GREED. Not a way to show people they are welcome.

It was okay i got charged twice for my room witch put my bank account in the hole. Asked front desk about it he said no we only charged once them called me later and said yes we charged you twice. I had to borrow money to get home. The breakfast wasn't good no syrup for the waffles,eggs were not good.

Small town. Hotel did get busy with a ton of bikers, luckily they were all of older age so they went to sleep rather early. Everyone outside went to bed around 10pm.. I was a little worried about the noise

breakfast: cold eggs, kid's only cereals, even the foil katsup packets were stuck together. the bath sink took 5 seconds to fill a drink cup. the shower was powerful, but the drain was defective, so you had 3in. of water in the tub with you before you finished. take your money someplace else; any place else

The hotel is very rundown, with broken rain gutter spouts hanging down, trash all around the property, and our tub and bathroom sink had chips in them and were stained badly. The breakfast was supposed to start at 4:30 AM. We went down at 6:00 and most of the food still wasn’t set out, the pancake maker wasn’t turned on or warm, and there was no cereal. The breakfast worker was just standing off to the side, visiting with another worker and not getting anything ready.

The room was spacious but, dated and dingy. I had to clean soap scum in the bathtub to use it. Full breakfast wasn’t quite full. We had to ask them to make more hot food. The coffee had no flavor because it was so watered down.

Iw was an OK stay. Check-in was a snap but it was 8 degrees out and the room had zero heat on. The heating unit took a good two hours to bring the temp to tolerable levels. The hot breakfast was sussodely served from 6-9 a.m. At 7:15, there was no coffee, the hot items were completely gone. only option was a bagel, a small pre-packaged fruit cup or a miniature muffin. No one as around to see if anything was coming. We were back an hour later. No change. Very disappointing.

Hotel is beginning some renovation work. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The advance check in and check out from my phone was super easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and several options were available. We would definitely stay here again.

The manager on duty was great. The room was clean enough. Sheet were clean but need to be updated. Fridge and microwave in the room. The sink and toilet were clean and the shower was mostly clean a few hairs let behind. New shower but it leaked like crazy into the bathroom. TV was terrible. No cable just STN and it buffered a ton. Whatever the beds were sitting on were very noisy. Huge gap under the door to the outside. Didn't find any critters but still worried about it. It was on the cheap side price wise. But if I ever stay in Springerville again, I think we will pay the extra money. But I don't plan on ever stay in Springerville again.

This property was old and super dirty. Our white socks were black within minutes of walking on the floor. The sheets has (assuming/hoping) food stains. The soda vending machine was broken. Our bathroom sink never stopped leaking so went through several towels on the floor. No one came to fix it. No apologies just kind of an oh well deal with it attitude. Will not be back.

Hotel should be shut whilst refurbishing mess outside our door spray paint all over door bedroom handle came off in our hand no screws bathroom not plumbed correctly floor flooded. No breakfast all that was offered was coffee no apology and no bar or lounge as advertised. This should not be offered on your website and certain should not be paying the amount I did pay

We booked this room 4 months in advance. Drove 5 hours to find out they closed the hotel for renovations. We never got a phone call no emails and now im trying to figure out how to get a refund. We called the managet he didnt care at all was rude. Absolutely horrible managrment.
